The room with the onsen was convenient and offered a great experience. It was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases, and the futon was very comfortable. Dinner was excellent as well. A wonderful place to stay! The staff was amazing, reaching out a week before our check-in to ask about our group and dinner preferences. We were so happy with our stay. Thank you, Sanso Kannawaen, for taking such great care of us!

The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

1. un pasto speciale è disponibile solo come pacchetto per scegliere una stanza di stile giapponese. L'abbiamo prenotato, ma alla fine ci è stato detto che non c'era altro pasto, tranne il buffet di cena. Questo è stato estremamente frustrato perché non ci riservaremmo questo pacchetto se lo fosse. 2. La stanza di stile giapponese sul secondo piano, fuori da una copertina di zinco, abbiamo sofferto il suono di pioggia pesante sulla copertina di zinco. 3. solo ventilazione calda, che era estremamente incomoda, a meno che non l'avessi spostata e aprita la finestra, che rende il rumore di goccia sempre più grande. Non possiamo dormire tutta la notte.

這家酒店離大分站大概一公里不到距離，走路可達，由於大分站附近酒店選擇不算太多，這家還是蠻推薦的，外觀氣派，四星配置，酒店房間也基本都挺大的，這家還有點温馨的感覺，日本酒店都有些年代，所以大多數乾濕不分離的，整體來説還是很滿意的一家酒店

Un vecchio hotel, un prezzo ragionevole e un ambiente, la colazione qui è molto bello, ma il personale della reception non può parlare inglese e solo dare qualche catalogo di informazioni in Corea. La posizione è buona e conveniente per andare al centro commerciale Youme, il miglior centro commerciale.

Abbiamo scelto questo splendido Ryokan perché dopo un mese di bagaglio in Giappone abbiamo sentito come un trattamento per finire il nostro viaggio. Era un bel posto per riflettere sulle nostre avventure. Abbiamo assunto una macchina per esplorare la regione e andare in città quando volevamo (è situato circa 3 km da città su una collina). Abbiamo comprato una bottiglia di vino e snack nel supermercato locale e abbiamo goduto un bicchiere ogni sera nel giardino. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sperimentare il loro ristorante, perché non avevano visto il nostro email chiedere questo; ma abbiamo trovato un bel ristorante e un bel caffè, invece. Le fonti calde erano davvero 🥵 ma grandi per le nostre dolori. Si consiglia di riunire con i vostri amanti come un bel posto privato, un luogo fantastico per un matrimonio, come tutti sarebbero insieme e i giardini sono così tranquilli.

Come hanno detto la maggior parte dei commentatori, l'impianto e i mobili sono in realtà di determinati anni, la posizione è buona e la finestra esterna è favolosa. Il personale è bello, eccetto che un personale di ricezione maschile è un po 'sorpreso, ha insistito che il colazione ultimo ordine è alle 8:00am, poiché sia il pranzo sia il colazione sono organizzati per ogni persona e ben preparati sulla tavola prima del vostro orario. E' troppo presto rispetto alla norma globale, soprattutto per una famiglia con un bambino di 5 anni, cerchiamo di richiedere per il più tardi tempi, ma lui si è agitato la testa senza ulteriore assistenza, mentre alla mattina prossima ho visto un altro ospite da tavola Arrivato dopo le 8:20, ma il loro pasto è anche ben preparato sul tavolo.Il cibo è molto locale giapponese, fresco e speciale con diverse spezie,buono per un tentativo

The hotel design is very unique, and the room planning is outstanding, offering large and comfortable spaces for both sleeping and general relaxation. The private onsen has 2 large glazed doors that open directly to the private terrace, plus a full width and height glazing, enabling the feeling of enjoying an external onsen. The staff can communicate well in English and is very friendly and helpful. The one observation that the hotel management can review is on the lighting in the luggage space, it is sensor operated, as one needs to organize the luggage for sometimes, the short duration of lighting on is not sufficient for the packing, please consider having the lighting be changed to manual operation. Otherwise, well done.

I stayed with my family during our trip to Beppu, and it exceeded all my expectations. We wanted to experience a traditional-style Ryokan, and this was the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was well managed. One of the highlights was the ability to reserve a private bath, which made the experience even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, making it an ideal place to rest and unwind. The location is also convenient—just a 7-10 minute taxi ride from Beppu Station. I highly recommend this Ryokan to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Beppu!
