Hotel a 2 stelle in Montana, Stati Uniti d'America

L'ispezione era rapida e senza problemi. La posizione era davvero eccellente. Ci sono stati diversi ristoranti a piedi, e soprattutto si trova proprio davanti all'ingresso del parco nazionale. Credo che questa sia una delle migliori scelte per coloro che vogliono entrare al parco in anticipo. La pressione sull'acqua di doccia era anche sorprendentemente forte, che mi piaceva davvero. Per questo prezzo, credo che sia stata una scelta positiva in generale.

The room was very clean and not a bad size. Definitely excellent for the price. I paid $234 total for two nights (Friday night and Saturday night) and even the motel 6 was almost $200 per night. My only complaint is small….there were only 2 tiny pillows on the bed, typical rooms have 4 pillows if they are that size. I called the front desk the second night to ask if I could get extra pillows and was told that they didn’t have any first, and then the man said they might have one. One pillow in a hotel with 500 rooms seemed crazy to me. So if someone gets one dirty or has a child with them or god knows what else they are just SOL for the stay??? On top of that, when the front desk person said he did have one, I had to go down to the front desk to get it instead of having it brought to the room. Not a big deal, but I have stated a lot of hotels, and I have never once requested something from the front desk and been told that I needed to come down and get it myself. I have also never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have extra pillows in the building.. other than that one small thing everything else was great though

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything was mostly great until…. I walked out to my car in the morning and it was completely covered in a filthy-looking thick white residue. Upon asking, another guest informed me that it was probably from the sprinkler system, which sprays water with some kind of calcium deposit. I was furious. I immediately went to the Circle K car wash and it took 2 $10.00 laser washes (one with spinning brushes) to get it off. I’m still not sure if it’s perfectly gone. I’ve been reading bad things online about the possible effects of calcium on car paint. Upon asking, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel does not help with the cost of washing it off cars. Maybe this a common occurrence in Montana, but, where I’m from, if you make a mess on someone else’s car, you should be willing to help them clean it off (especially if they are a paying guest). Overall, this seems like a nice hotel but, honesty, this calcium junk being sprayed all over my car was compete BS!

There is a real customer service effort to improve this hotel. Shawn the manager allowed me to check in early as aBW platinum member. He let me drop my bags early in the morning and called me when the room was ready. He even had the bags placed in the room before I returned.  The breakfast was great for this type of hotel.  The clientele was respectful and polite. Oh. And Shawn even called after I checked out as I left behind an important item.  However, the pool/sauna area is not operational, and my room had a lingering pet odor and visible carpet stain. I am a dog owner and animal lover, but housekeepers really need to notify the manager as the room should not have been assigned. I personally think hotels need to charge 500 bucks for cleaning if dog hair or other 'remnant' is left behind. I won't stay at a certain LaWyndham brand that has a generous pet policy.  Their rooms all smell like Fifi and Buddy stayed there. I hope this property continues to improve.

Pros: il tubo caldo, la piscina e la sauna secca. Erano sorprendenti - es. la sauna secca che è aperta 24/7. Questo è stato l'accento della mia permanenza. Anche i letti erano comodi. Cons: le camere sono strette, doveva smontare il riscaldamento/raffreddamento per spegnerlo perché il termostat non lo spegnerebbe. Non c'è nulla da impiccare, come le tovaglie a mano al piatto, e il bagno è super stretto con basso, piccolo bagno che doveva essere spruzzato due volte ogni volta. Attenzione Trip.com ti dà la possibilità di prenotare una stanza amica (per la quale ho pagato un extra), ma l'hotel mi ha informato che è un onere separato che paghi quando accedi e non paghi attraverso Trip.com. L'hotel ha concesso gentilmente la tassa, per la quale sono grato. Rimanendo per qualche giorno, la dimensione della stanza è diventata una questione. Inoltre, se siete qui per il parco nazionale Glacier, notate che è lontano (circa 2 ore per andare a piedi) e la guida è intensa con velocità elevate e talvolta, grandi viti incrociati.

L'hotel dispone di una bella vista montagna se si soggiorna nell'edificio lungo la strada principale, ma l'hotel è l'hotel più lontano dalla parte principale della città, in modo da non poter andare là verso i più ristoranti e negozi. La camera era spaziosa e il letto era comodo.È stato conveniente stare al piano superiore per l’edificio posteriore, così potevo prendere il mio bagaglio direttamente dalla macchina senza doverlo portare sulle scale. Il bagno è un bel posto e un caffè con un piccolo colazione limitata. consiglierei all'hotel di usare ombre nere regolari invece di ciechi, perché la luce del porch è estremamente luminosa come se fosse luce del giorno. A meno che non disinneghino la luce del porch o la spegnino in un'ora della notte.Le unità di riscaldamento dell'aria condizionata sono molto alte, quindi se la stanza che segue il negozio è difficile dormire. Le camere hanno un forte odore consigliato di utilizzare prodotti di pulizia dell'aria fresca o leggera.

Camera pulita. Invece di due asciugamani a doccia di dimensioni piene, solo 1 era fornito con asciugamani di dimensioni medie. Lavanderia era un colpo e una miss. Solo lavatrice lavorava e asciugatrice era fuori ordine. Il colazione era sostenibile con caffè e waffle. La macchina del succo era fuori servizio, e soprattutto il personale di servizio era acomodato e orientato al servizio.

4 stelle per la pulizia perché la stanza non fumante si scioglie come le sigarette, ma ci hanno dato una stanza diversa senza alcun problema.
