Hotel a 5 stelle in Queensland, Australia

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Fantastico hotel!!! Vengo a molti hotel e questa è stata la cosa più bella che abbia visitato. Tutto è stato molto pulito e benvenuto. Da qui si può esplorare l'intera città senza viaggiare a distanza. Diretamente dall'hotel si dispone anche di un ponte a piedi verso South Banks. Nell'hotel si dispone anche del ponte celeste con una grande vista sulla città. Molto consigliato

La posizione è bella. Situata proprio al CBD. Molto facile da raggiungere. Il servizio era veloce soprattutto il controllo in corso. Arriviamo presto e abbiamo ricevuto il controllo molto veloce. La nostra attenzione è stata attenta alla richiesta, la nostra attenzione è stata molto gentile, e abbiamo ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito dal 13° piano al 21° piano. Il fatto è che il letto e il cassetto sono stati molto lento e abbiamo aspettato fino alle 11:00, anche se abbiamo fatto richiesta prima delle 4:00. Il buffet gratuito è anche molto medio.

Il centro storico di San Francisco, con una splendida vista, camere spaziose e bagni, è un hotel molto accogliente, con molti bar e ristoranti da scegliere e si trova vicino al fiume e ai giardini. L'unico negativo è stato sebbene abbiamo avuto un grande controllo in esperienza, è stato molto incoerente in tutto il nostro gruppo. Nonostante il check-in di 2pm, un coppia non aveva ancora una stanza al 3.15pm. Resterò ancora per controllare le strutture, perché non abbiamo avuto tempo in questa occasione.

Living Room bar is a must to visit !! Tony and his colleagues were super hospitable, mixed us most of the menu items, and our favourites were the Beet-ness and Espresso 2.0. We stayed for only the one night on the 19th floor and thought the view at night was great. Waking up to see so much of Brisbane in the morning was a real surprise. Breakfast Buffet menu options were vast, however we chose from the à la carte menu paired with some fantastic coffees to start the day.

Per la prima volta, a Shangri La, non era terribile, ma non era buono, o almeno non quanto mi aspettavo. Inizio con i positivi. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica a Cairns. Grande. Ora i negativi. Le finiture della stanza non erano fino al livello di cinque stelle che mi aspettavo in termini di qualità generale, ma anche la porta del tappeto era rotta e pendolata dalle pentole. La TV era attaccata a un muro in modo che non si potesse guardarla dal letto o dal canestro/divano. Quindi se si vuole guardare si deve stare in mezzo alla stanza. Mal progettato e una scarsa esperienza. Fortunatamente, stavo solo per qualche notte. C'era un allarme d'incendio in un giorno.Ok.Ma il custode è arrivato proprio all'epoca dell'allarme d'incendio. Non ero sicuro se fosse la porta o l'allarme. E l'allarme ha portato il custode a camminare quando non avevo vestiti! Per i soldi. Non vale la pena. Puoi avere un miglior soggiorno su Cairns. Ho soggiornato in un posto più economico di 4 stelle che era molto più bello e più economico. Non mi sarei mai rimasto. Chiedo di rimanere in catena altrove.

Trying to ask favor my last day to allow us check out 2pm but gave us til 12noon, I was not feeling on my last day i asked if my husband can bring some food for mi from the buffet area to our room since i wasnt able to make it i felt going to faint when I stand and kept going toilet. But the staff refused it. Generally the location very nice, big and clean rooms above all very convenient

E' stato decente, niente di eccezionale. Ci è un breve volo di scale che porta all'ingresso, e dovrai spingere la porta aperta per accedere al lobby. Questo può essere piuttosto scomodo se stai portando più sacchetti grandi. Il lobby stesso è piccolo e condiviso con il bar e la zona da pranzo, e a causa della struttura dell’edificio, lo spazio si sente piuttosto crampito e confinato.
