Hotel a 4 stelle in Mongolia Interna, Cina

La camera dell'hotel era buona, comoda letto regina. Nessun frigo nella stanza. Buona posizione, a meno di 200 metri dalla stazione di metropolitana Xinhua. Il pranzo era ok, anche se quasi nessuna opzione «Ovest» come affermato (ad esempio, c'era pane tagliato, ma non c'era tostapane / burro / gioielli o coltelli). Il personale era amichevole, ma nessun inglese parlato al divano (come affermato) quando eravamo li.

La mia stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa, che mi faceva sentire estremamente comoda quando sono entrato. Il colazione era delizioso con grande varietà. La posizione dell'hotel è anche sorprendente vicina a tutto e molto conveniente. Mi piacevano in particolare i funzionari del servizio frontale, che erano molto gentili e rispondevano alle mie domande con cortesia, sempre offrendo un aiuto utile. L'unico svantaggio è che non c'era nessuno che parlasse inglese, nemmeno una persona, quindi può essere un po' difficile per gli ospiti stranieri.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. Perhaps the hotel is still too new and some areas are not yet up to standard. The design is amazing and looks exactly like the photos. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent use of space. However, cleanliness was a major concern throughout our stay. As we walked along the corridor to our room, we noticed many clean, empty rooms were left wide open, presumably to air out the smell of the new rooms. Unfortunately, we also passed a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Our own room felt very dirty and dusty. The dust on the floor was clearly visible to the naked eye, and we even had to request housekeeping to clean it again. The room felt so dusty that we could see dust particles floating in the air whenever we moved around. The bathroom mirror was not properly cleaned either, and even the hand soap bottles had dried watermarks on them. For such a new hotel, we were also surprised that the toilet clogged so easily. While waiting for the lift on our way to breakfast, we even spotted a half-smoked cigarette on the floor, which was another disappointing sign of poor cleanliness. On a positive note, breakfast offered a great variety of food, and everything we tried tasted really good. However, cleanliness was once again an issue when we spotted a fly on the baguette. Overall, the hotel has great potential, with beautiful design, modern facilities, and good breakfast options. However, cleanliness and housekeeping need significant improvement. It is a shame because the hotel looks wonderful, but the actual experience did not live up to our expectations. I hope the management will address these issues as the hotel settles into operation.

Passato ieri sera all'hotel per 2 camere con i miei colleghi. Era difficile scegliere un buon hotel attraverso la linea dalla distanza. L'ho scelto con il miglior rango Erenhot e non è stato deluso 😊. Grazie per le camere pulite, buona cucina e servizio ospite! Grande esperienza! Assolutamente scegliere questo hotel la prossima volta!

All staff that we met were very friendly. We made some complaints on the smell of cigarette and they quickly arranged for us to check another room and helped us change rooms. I appreciate the quick response. They sent the new key up with a robot. The breakfast selection is good and there’s a supermarket, bakery, and cafe located at the hotel.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

L'hotel dispone di una posizione fantastica con ristoranti halal a soli 100 m di fronte all'hotel, più una moschea vicina che è molto conveniente. L'hotel è situato in città, circondato da numerosi negozi e negozi, rendendo facile da esplorare. La stanza è stata eccellentemente pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con una microonde, veramente conveniente. Anche la vista era bella, con una vista chiara della città e le montagne lontane. E' solo a circa 13 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, molto accessibile. Grazie speciali al personale che erano estremamente utile e gentile hanno anche aiutato noi a ordinare cibo online utilizzando un app locale. Veramente apprezzato! Si consiglia molto di rimanere qui.

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated. The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices. My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day. Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!

La posizione dell'hotel è discreta; l'ingresso sul retro conduce direttamente alla vecchia Sai Shang Street, ma poiché si trova all'interno di una zona residenziale, alcuni automobilisti potrebbero essere riluttanti ad entrare. L'architettura dell'hotel è piuttosto caratteristica, con un cortile in stile tradizionale. L'hotel offre molti servizi, ma non dispone di una palestra. A giudicare dal servizio, sembra più una pensione. Il segnale Wi-Fi è debole e intermittente. Il minifrigo è sotto il tavolo, quindi quando ci si siede su uno sgabello, non si possono allungare le gambe.
