When I checked in, at the front desk they were very welcoming and welcomed me, asking if I was Korean. They also mentioned the names of their favorite Korean idols. But the problem was that there was only one woman working in the evening. I said 卫生间里没有休纸, but she didn't respond. When I said again, sh said 听不懂 and turned her head around even before I was done talking. 休纸? It's wrong word? I was also embarrassed and said in English, ”no paper in the toilet”. Again she said 听不懂 and didn't make any response. ”卫生间里没有休纸” ”no paper in the toilet”. I repeat the same thing in Chinese and in English again. What is this situation? Come on. A Chinese man waiting next to me saw this situation and said something to the employee, and then the employee looked at me, opened the back door and took out the tissue. What is this situation? It's not that she doesn't understand, but the hotel employee turned his head to the guest and refused to respond. I don't understand the employee's attitude.

非常好，朋友算事比較多的，平均每個酒店每天至少打三個前台電話，前台小姐姐都很耐心。房間也很不錯，裝修風格時尚典雅，大氣別緻。空間也很大，最重要衞生間乾濕分離，牙刷還是電動的，牙膏是舒客➕，朋友很喜歡。洗漱和睡覺休息的空間也分隔得很好，我很喜歡，尤其兩個小沙發。照片是外面的沙發，房間裏沒咋拍照。

挺好的，停車方便，環境好。交通方便，剩下的字就是賺積分了，因為我沒詞了，就是還不錯，挺乾淨的，院子特別大，還有景觀。真的沒詞了，但是形容很準確，不是誇張的誇他家。okk結束評語。

Il processo di prenotazione ha avuto piccole distorsioni. Molti hotel sono pieni di camere, che hanno portato alla pioggia fuori. Non è ancora prenotato all'hotel a due ore e mezza di mattina, Servizio di monitoraggio di Xiaozhen tutto il processo, conoscere la situazione in tempo utile, aiutare a contattare l'hotel, coordinare la stanza, fornire consigli per noi. È molto efficace che possiamo soggiornare in un breve periodo di tempo per riposare. Questo servizio intimo ci muove molto, deve essere lodato 👍👍, L'atteggiamento del servizio di frontiera dell'hotel prenotato è buono, gestire in modo efficiente, le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, l'igiene ambientale è molto soddisfacente, grazie 🙏

Bella struttura. Alcuni camere sono molto calde anche in inverno. Relativamente pulite ma potrebbero usare alcuni contatti di manutenzione nella stanza. Solo che è un hotel davvero freddo! Il personale non parla inglese.

Well! Here we go again. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, I can mention that the positive things at the hotel was the front desk staff Ms. July who was very empathic and pro active before and during the check in. Free pick up service, free tour to grassland! Highly appreciate it guys. Nice shift front desk or operator team are not helpful at all. . . Cons The breakfast was not good as used to be before. Wifi not strong enough but can be used. Is not normal that at breakfast time to be served 2 lamb siao mae! I love it but the chefs only gave 2 then if i want more must come back for another 2!!!! Weird . . The tour agency located at the lobby is little bit rude and not professional. We got 1 free tour to rhe grassland and one paied but in both ocasions driver never dropped us back to the hotel. . . I should rate less but is ok 4/5

The hotel staff are all very accommodating and friendly. The room is nice and the pillows are very comfortable! Breakfast is served up at the revolving restaurant. Great selection of food - Chinese, Western and local Inner-Mongolian dishes, nice views of the cityscape too. The heaters are quite strong and would recommend opening the windows when you first enter for the room to smell fresh and feel less stuffy. There’s also an air humidifier which is great too. The bathrobes are really comfy which is a bonus. The location is quite convenient, a short walk from the subway station and bus stops (across the road). There’s a convenience store right next door and a larger one a bit down the road. Some good local restaurants a short walk away too. Nice stay if you’re looking for an all-rounded hotel in Hohhot.

I’ve posted before, this is still (i think) the best option in Hohhot, mainly for its high quality staff and its location. Great food options (Green Tea restaurant! 💪) in the high end mall nearby, but also the old town is just round the corner. The staff are so friendly and they work tirelessly in what is very busy season

Dopo essere rimasta per un altro giorno, mia zia ha pulito molto bene e ha asciugato il pavimento. La stanza era abbastanza grande. Xinxin alla reception era molto carina e il servizio era ottimo. Mi ha aiutato a chiamare per la consegna espressa. Mi piacciono i cuscini alti e ho portato io un altro cuscino Comunque molto buono sotto tutti gli aspetti 👍Altamente raccomandato

I had a comfortable stay in this fairly new hotel. Everything was spotless clean. The milk tea station at the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, however there is room for improvement in the quality/selection of the food.
