Hotel a 4 stelle in Mongolia Interna, Cina

Conveniently located. 5 mins walk to mrt station and a row of good restaurant just outside mrt station. Great city view. I love the the city and people here. Will be back. Downside, my room smells like cigarette smoke. I’m sure if I request to change the room, they would but I was too tired too. Service staffs are very warm and friendly.

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

È un buon senso di pascolo 24 ore per coloro che non vogliono viaggiare troppo lontano. Il show ”odo per cavalli” il venerdì e Sats durante la stagione non di picco si trova vicino alla struttura dell'hotel è un guardare. L'hotel può anche organizzare cavalli fuori sito. Sarebbe bello se l'hotel potesse organizzare più attività sul sito o fornire informazioni come l'arciere, altrimenti ci sono cose limitate da fare. In generale, un soggiorno soddisfacente.

Ho prenotato un dormitorio Gold ed ero preoccupato di non poter restare. Quando sono arrivato alla reception, sono stati molto premurosi e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema. È davvero troppo poco, la colazione è deliziosa, i noodles e la zuppa di haggis sono davvero autentici👍! Mia figlia ha sperimentato la disposizione dei fiori🌹 e abbiamo anche bevuto il tè! Il motivo principale è che è molto vicino al Tempio di Dazhao. Quando sei stanco dallo shopping, è davvero comodo tornare e riposarti prima di andare a Saishang Old Street! Altamente raccomandato a tutti! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo 👍

Il panorama è senza scena, le camere e l'ambiente hanno un senso di progettazione come altri campi di gioia.Se il viaggio è destinato a ”Godere la vita lenta”, questa è una scelta molto delicata e sensata.Se il viaggio è destinato a giocare con i bambini, si deve combinare con le attività pratiche dei pascoli intorno. Le stelle della notte sono raccolte inaspettatamente.

Siamo rimasti qui per godere della vista senza ostacoli sul vulcano e per vivere le camere spaziali. Visitando durante la bassa stagione alla fine di marzo, non ci aspettavamo di essere gli unici ospiti, ma nonostante questo, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento eccezionale. Le camere erano senza spazi, spazi e bellissimemente decorate, il colazione era ben preparato, e il personale era amichevole, benvenuto e molto accogliente. Le viste notturne erano assolutamente spettacolari e rendevano davvero il nostro viaggio memorabile.Anche se la posizione è circa 1.5 ore dalla città, siamo stati felici di scegliere questo posto per il suo unico fascino e scena stupenda. Raccomandiamo vivamente che vengano visitati i viaggiatori della zona. Inoltre, c'è un grande spa / fonti calde a pochi metri di distanza per rilassarsi e rendere il soggiorno speciale!

I’ve booked this hotel based on the review left by previous guests. It’s a quite nice hotel, offerred afternoon tea and breakfast. Rooms did not reek of tobacco smoke which was really good. Towels, bedsheets clean and white. Mattress is comfortable. Buffet breakfast had good selection. Front desk spoke english and mongolian. location is a bit far from everything but front desk will help you with taxi so no problem. A couple of feedback: - hotel did not provide bathrobes - make forks and knives (cutleries) available. Not every non-chinese is good with chopsticks Now, a few things for the hotel administration to fix: - we booked a family room. During the day it was quite nice until the night we wanted to sleep. A ***** lighting under the hand wash sink was flashing on and off the whole night. The light will be on for around 30 seconds and turn off for 3 second and again turn back on 😭😭😭 and that continued the whole night!! That impacted our sleep quite badly. Hotel needs to fix that lighting! I told the front desk although not sure if it was taken into account as we were checking out. - afternoon tea seemed like a nice gesture. We were told it’s available from 2-8 PM. We went there around 4pm and snacks there were not refreshed. There were a some dried up cookie, a slice of cake that seemed like someone eaten a half of it, a couple of ripened tangerines nothing else. But had a good choice of tea, coffee and juices. Although offered for free, it seemed like we’re on someone’s leftovers and it didn’t feel nice.

We checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room. We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.” To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start. On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated. The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices. My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day. Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!
