Hotel a 5 stelle in Anhui, Cina

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

L'hotel è molto buono in alto, la stanza è pulita e pulita, le strutture sono complete, e i letti sono molto comodi. My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

Quando ci sono andato, non c'era molta gente e il personale della reception mi ha aiutato a ottenere un upgrade, ma si trattava di una camera esposta a nord. Il principale svantaggio era che le camere esposte a nord avevano un forte odore di muffa. La camera era molto pulita e ci hanno persino fornito un pigiama e un diffusore di aromi particolare. La posizione è davvero ottima. Il personale ha accennato a dei lavori di ristrutturazione previsti per il prossimo settembre. L'hotel offre un servizio di massaggi ai piedi, ma il cartello non era molto visibile; l'ho notato solo in camera, dopo aver terminato il massaggio all'esterno.

La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, anche se il suono di pareti, porte e finestre non era sufficiente per prevenire il rumore dai vicini o strada e strada anche al 40° piano. Non è molto attraente e per un hotel a cinque stelle come si aspetta. Tuttavia, in generale, consiglio l'hotel.

Siamo arrivati all'hotel con i bambini dopo un'escursione sul Monte Huangshan sotto la pioggia. Anche se era presto per il check-in, l'hotel ha gestito la procedura rapidamente, il che è stato davvero premuroso e merita un 👍 per il servizio! Molto impressionante con i servizi di desktop front. Il servizio di pesca è stato introdotto da un amichevole servizio di pesca e offre un servizio eccellente per il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti, assicuratevi di essere confortevoli durante i nostri soggiorni. È gentile e professionale nel suo lavoro e nei suoi servizi attenti. Siamo al concerto di Singer Zhou Shen a Hefei, l'hotel è così considerato e dà ai fan, più caldo/caldo, come il tempo sta diventando più freddo. Il colazione giornaliero è anche molto buono, abbondanza di piatti da scegliere tra locali e crociere occidentali. Il tempo di check out è stato esteso anche alle 4pm per la prudenza del pesce piccolo, ma dobbiamo catturare il nostro treno al 1pm....Thank tu pesce piccolo. Un regalo di addio per noi quando ci lasciamo. Ci piace stare in hotel. La vista dalla nostra stanza è fantastica, vista sul lago e vista parziale della città. Questo hotel sarà la nostra prima scelta se visitaremo Hefei in futuro.

Banyan tree exceptionnal service right from check in to check out makes us feel very welcomed. The hanfu photography package included was also a highlight. The photography team was professional and the photos were great!

Wow! Naturalmente, il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile - anche se mi dimenticavo il mio passaporto a casa, hanno ancora risolto il problema. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, tempeste e bellissime con letti comodi. Ci sono sempre bevande d'acqua e bevande fredde nella stanza gratuita, e la vista è spettacolare con la montagna e il lago da vedere da diversi angoli. Purtroppo la piscina aveva acqua, ma non potevamo nuotare perché dissero che era fuori stagione e non è stato pulito di recente. Vorrei che permettessero tutto la stagione di nuotare. Il cibo era assolutamente delizioso e le porzioni erano grandi. Anche loro erano molto accoglienti con latte/cappucino gratuito. Per coloro che desiderano prendere, purtroppo non può essere consegnato - l'hotel è troppo lontano dalla città per le consegne. Tuttavia, c'è un piccolo negozio di camion vicino all'hotel. La zona circostante l'hotel è fantastica; la natura è fantastica, l'ingresso al picco della montagna è anche molto vicino con un parco divertente e tutti i tipi di attività. I miei consigli sono di andare in autunno, perché molti posti erano piuttosto tranquilli e non così spettacolari come si aspettavano, perché solo in autunno è davvero fiorito. Ci sono molte cose da vedere e fare, ma queste cose non sono a piedi da l'hotel. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema trovare il taxi (forse perché era durante la vacanza di giardino) e il personale ci ha aiutato anche a questo proposito. La città circa 30-40 minuti di auto dall'hotel aveva così tante attrazioni e ristoranti meravigliosi. Si può anche vivere la vita reale del villaggio. Tutto e tutto ciò che posso certamente raccomandare una visita e, se possibile, io andrò di nuovo! L'intera zona è certamente una delle gioielli di Hefei.
