Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

訂了套房270度景觀房，一面臨江另一邊是城景，非常棒。 入住時大堂Sunny服務態度非常好，主動幫我們介紹了周邊的美食，還用小紙片詳細為我們寫清楚，還特意送了水果。 第二天的早餐也十分豐盛，特別需要説的是，因為前一天在蕪湖的二姐紅豆吃了紅豆糊今天早上在酒店也看到了，特別興奮，但是就是覺得紅豆有點兒少，就問了服務員Mavis，能不能加點紅豆， 我自己覺得可能性不，結果熱心的Mavis馬上去後廚找了一下， 發現衹有冷的紅豆，就馬上幫我們蒸起來，使我們享用頓十分滿足的早餐。 再次感謝上面二位。

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

Sono stato fortunato e ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, passando dalla zona B, originariamente prenotata, alla zona A. Inoltre, quel pomeriggio c'è stato un forte temporale sul Monte Huangshan, e sono arrivato in hotel completamente bagnato. Il personale mi ha subito procurato un asciugascarpe e il giorno dopo scarpe e calze erano asciutte, davvero un ottimo servizio. Lo stesso personale ha anche fornito informazioni molto complete, dai servizi della struttura fino all'orario e al luogo migliori per vedere l'alba del giorno seguente. L'hotel è un cinque stelle e le sue strutture sono di stile classico. In bagno c'era anche un pratico stendino. L'hotel si trova a metà montagna, l'ambiente è molto tranquillo ed è vicino al punto panoramico per l'alba sul Picco Danxia. Inoltre, dall'ingresso dell'hotel si ha la possibilità di ammirare lo spettacolare mare di nuvole.

The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels. The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings). The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan. The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

Il servizio dell'hotel è così bello. La stanza è anche buona. Ma l'accesso a Internet (WIFI) è molto basso. I luoghi storici e il grande centro commerciale (Wanda Plaza) sono a buon mercato.

房間非常乾淨靜音，不愧是喜來登比快捷酒店好太多了， 設施：齊全，不過樓道地毯有點舊了。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很優雅，不吵鬧 服務：開房效率有待提高，開一個房間需要複印身份證啥的可以速度一些。
