Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable experience. After a long day in the mountains, the showers and bath were perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The food was excellent—delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The lobby had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to sit back, relax, and spend time with others. The real standout, however, was the staff. They were outstanding—welcoming, helpful, and incredibly caring. From the moment I arrived, they made sure every detail was taken care of, which made the experience even more special. I will definitely be returning, hopefully when the weather in the mountains is better. Highly recommended!

Our family spent a week visiting Huangshan and the surrounding area. Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng was the best of the best in the area. The location and the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff at the hotel was incredible. I would like to thank all the friendly staff members at the hotel for the wonderful service, particularly Mr. Kevin Wang. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers.

Don’t rely on WiFi in the hotel, it’s just not working at all. The air conditioning is not cooling enough, it’s central and not controlled. Otherwise, the food is ok, the room is clean. Staff is nice and trying to help. Reception personnel knows English, which is rare for China.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu was fantastic! The staff generously upgraded my accommodation to a lake view room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a beautiful view—highly recommended!

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️ The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

La ricezione dell'hotel, signorina Goldi, è entusiasta e attenta, la camera è ampia, la colazione è ricco e l'attrezzatura è avanzata; l'hotel è completamente attrezzato intorno alla stazione ferroviaria di Liuhu, a soli 1.5 chilometri, il trasporto è conveniente, è la migliore scelta per un viaggio d'affari, il rapporto costo-beneficio è eccezionale.

前台有點拽啊。房間廁所沒紙，枱子上有沒收走的可能是搞衞生的毛巾（旨在提醒一下清潔阿姨多注意，不要追究責任，阿姨態度很好，很積極，馬上來拿走了）。按金一天了也不退，我打電話去詢問，告知我“已經退過了，我幫你查一查為什麼沒到賬”，掛了電話秒到，應該是忘記退了，忘記了無所謂，退了就行，但是不要撒謊。
