Clean room, but small. Not provided any bottled water or satchet. Table is kind of folding one. Hard to find parking, only 3 parking infront of the hotel. If not can pay and park inside. No deposit needed. Have water dispenser at lobby.

I had a pleasant stay at the hote. The hotel is well located and offers convenient access to nearby attractions and transport options, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

1. Counter staffs are nice and approachable. 2 if have budget concern, this hotel can consider. 3. Location is near to police station and safe to go. And convenient to move around. However. 4. This hotel did not meet my requirements, I wanted a room away from lift, in the end, I got a room just beside lift, a lot of lift door open and close sound. I booked a room with window, when open the door, I saw a wall with black mouldy. 5. I booked a twin bedroom, got pillows have mouldy. 6. The room only have one trash bin in toilet. 7. Nil bottle based water but u ca chose to boil water. To note: pls remind counter staff during check in if u paid tourism tax during the booking, otherwise, there may be a double charge.

Room was okay ! Suitable for traveller who hv car to go around .Limited parking if all families bring own car. First come first park .Need to drive if want get some nice foods .The reason i nt really like to stay here because I only knew that i need leave my kids in the room while i need go take away foods for my fever kid .Only one card access allowed ! Then when i cm bk ,i need ask the malay lady opened the door for me .The next day ,gt one indian boy reception said can help me get one more card and i told him why not allowed during nightime even i try requested 😂Somemore deposit needed bfr checked in but only one card access allowed .This might prevent some people waste their electricity. I feel thankful and appreciated the indian boy who help me get one more card so that i can take away foods without worries in the morning .Thanks again for the help .The boss must gv him best employee award because he very dedicated and friendly serve every customers.

Come utente di trip.com per la prima volta, quindi ho ottenuto uno sconto sul pagamento del conto totale. La cosa che adoro di più è il distributore d'acqua. Posso riempirlo facilmente e rimanere idratato durante tutto il soggiorno. La bella vista del komtar di notte è un punto a favore.

Il 2° soggiorno qui e entrambi sono state eccellenti esperienze. Hotel molto pulito e moderno con minima attrezzatura, che non era considerato per i miei viaggi. Il personale di sicurezza alla ricezione era molto amichevole, con una menzione speciale di ricezione di oggi, lady Shai (scusate se ho sbagliato il vostro nome), il suo aiuto e la sua sincerità mi hanno fatto piacere.

Pros : walking distance to heritage place. Easy to find food. Clean room and i guess newly renovated hotel. Cons : this room definitely not a cityview as described, abit disappointed feeling like being scammed. Can see the picture ive taken. Soundproofing very bad & i can hear clearly people Walk outside & bang the door.
