I just wanna say huge thanks to the fo during cny 17/2 we checkin, forgot her name but shes malay wearing scarf bawal a little bit tembam and cute! She was so kind and patient to arrange our request for birthday deco in our room, she apologized for not noticing my notes on the booking but its okay! Love the ambience of the hotel! Overall it was very nice! Will repeat on staying here next time!

È un nuovo hotel con facile accesso al luogo di attrazioni, evitando la folla e il traffico occupato a Penang, ci sono voluti solo circa 30 minuti per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, abbiamo raggiunto quasi 2 ore prima dell'ora di check-in, Ci aveva controllati presto quando sapeva che la nostra stanza era pronta.

Very convenient location, within walking distance to KOMTAR. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. There are plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of places to explore and eat. It’s easy to find, which makes check-in hassle-free. I especially love that they provide laundry service for every guest staying here , such a thoughtful and practical touch. One night entitle to one wash

Abbiamo soggiornato qui ogni volta che siamo venuti a Penang per lavoro. La posizione è ottima. Le camere sono piccole ma abbastanza comode per riposare. La colazione è limitata, con poche proteine, ma gustosa. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Bella hotel pulito, grandi camere, vicino al cibo, ristoranti, farmacia, solo i dipendenti hanno un sacco di debito, non può sorridere, un tizio che abbiamo lasciato la valigia con fatto piccole informazioni di condivisione di conversazione

I had a pleasant stay at the hote. The hotel is well located and offers convenient access to nearby attractions and transport options, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel room was well-equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of hangers available, which made it very convenient to organize clothes. The room also provided a hair dryer, body lotion, shampoo, and a safety box, which were all very useful during the stay. Overall, the amenities were complete and made the experience pleasant.

Situazione a circa 1.5 km da molte attrazioni turistiche, come il museo superiore, siti di patrimonio dell'UNESCO, ecc.. abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi ogni volta. Ci è una piscina sul primo piano, abbastanza grande per i bambini per nuotare intorno. Ma per essere onesti, potrebbe essere fino alle 9:00, una sorta di regole rigorose. Il personale di check-in non era così accogliente / né sorriso, né parole gentili / Ma il personale di pulizia e sicurezza era gentile, sorridendo ogni volta che entrammo all'hotel.

i had a wonderful stay at Bishop Hotel in Georgetown, Penang. the location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area, within walking distance to popular attractions, street art, cafes, and amazing local food spots. it made exploring Georgetown so convenient and enjoyable. the room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. everything was well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s rest. overall, Bishop Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a centrally located stay with cozy, comfortable rooms in Georgetown. iwould definitely stay here again!
