Hotel a 4 stelle in Hainan, Cina

The rooms are new but The environment outside the rooms and lobby are not great. Problem is u must get past the old main building to get to the hotel lobby. So the entire ambience is ruined. The hotel lobby and amenities were good and new. But the lift interior from ground floor to the hotel lobby (level 8) were so old. Service stuff: v polite and tried their best to answer all questions. Front desk was prompt in attending to my requests. Unfortunately, it was a little harder to sleep through at times because the room was near the elevator (?). It sounded like pulley machines were operating around 5/6am. I really don’t know what it was. Overall, I would still give atour chain a chance since they seem to put in effort in terms of their amenities and keeping the room clean but I would lookout for one that is in a much better location and where the building is much newer. r

C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

漢堡小姐姐服務很好，服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，酒店裝修很好，設計感很強，四樓就是餐廳，五樓就是麻將包廂，七樓有洗衣房和健身房，大廳寬敞氣派，網絡速度飛快，停車場大到根本不用愁車位！庭院裏綠意盎然，一步一景。裝修風格充滿設計感，配色、燈光、傢俱搭配都看得出花了心思，細節之處非常精緻，整體氛圍既高級又舒適，

Novotel Hotel West Coast Haikou offers excellent service, with receptionists who are very supportive, professional, and welcoming. The staff are especially friendly and patient with kids and elderly guests, making everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. All hotel facilities are kept clean and organized, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The hotel is in a great location near shopping malls, with plenty of eateries and dining options.

L'ultima tappa del nostro viaggio a Sanya con la mia migliore amica! Appena abbiamo aperto la porta della camera in hotel, siamo rimaste estasiate: la vista mare è mozzafiato, davvero incantevole! L'intero hotel ha un design in stile 'Instagram' bianco, perfetto per scattare foto meravigliose. Al piano terra si può bere un caffè e prendere un tè pomeridiano. Il ristorante si trova al piano interrato e in soli tre minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia, comodissimo! Anche il servizio del concierge dell'hotel è eccellente! Soggiornare qui è stato un vero piacere!

Very good stay! The staff are friendly, location is good, within walking distance to the qilou old street. There is laundry room that opens 24 hours and the staff will deliver your clothes to the door…highly recommended for families, they also provide kids slippers, toothbrush and pillow upon request

English: 5/5 — Highly Recommended! Don’t let the older exterior fool you — the inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern, comfortable, and well maintained. We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. The room itself was very clean, and the city view from the windows was beautiful, especially at night. We took a video tour of the room, so some of the screenshots may appear slightly blurry. The hotel also has a small kids’ playroom on the first floor, which is really cute and a great bonus for families. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, especially the front desk team and Xiao Liang. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. On our last night, I needed to use the laundry room but had trouble figuring out the machine settings. Even though it was late, a staff member came upstairs very quickly and patiently showed me how to use the washing machine — excellent service. The location is another big plus. People’s Park is right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there every morning to see locals exercising and socializing. There are also many malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy and fun to explore and window shop. Non volevo il solito hotel per le vacanze a Sanya, così ho cercato una guesthouse tranquilla, confortevole e comoda per il mare. Volevo godermi la vita lenta in riva al mare in pace e tranquillità. Ma non mi aspettavo di rimanere così incantato dalla Guesthouse Wutong Jiuli! Mi sono innamorato completamente al primo soggiorno.🌊 La guesthouse si trova nella vivace città di Tianya, un posto con un'atmosfera incredibile. La posizione è a dir poco eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Passeggiate sulla sabbia, accarezzate dalla brezza marina, e attendete tramonti mozzafiato ogni giorno. Nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, negozi e intrattenimento sono facilmente raggiungibili, senza deviazioni. È stato come sbloccare una modalità di vacanza rilassata e coinvolgente a Sanya.

Camera: Pensavo che essendo vicino all'aeroporto sarebbe stata rumorosa, ma l'esperienza è stata comunque positiva. Siamo persone che dormono bene e abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli con nostro figlio di nove anni. L'hotel ha lo stile di una catena di alberghi economici. Servizio: La clientela è composta principalmente da persone in transito o personale di bordo; ho visto molte assistenti di volo e steward. Offre comodità per voli rapidi e non è necessario andare alla reception per il check-out; c'è un posto dove riconsegnare la chiave/tessera direttamente. Le foto non mostrano i dintorni, dalla camera si vede solo l'aeroporto e si possono osservare gli aerei decollare e atterrare.
