Booked 3 rooms with family and a 10mths old infant. - Great service by reception staff: offered welcome drink and patient to answer our queries and accommodated our request for rooms to be same floor or near each other - Spacious, clean and quiet room which offered full set of basic toiletries along with four complimentary bottles of water and some biscuits. Would be good to offer coffee sachets. - Appreciated the comfortable cot setup for 1 of the room. - Location: not the most ideal as might not be easy to locate for some drivers, 12-15mins drive away from Qilou Old Street.

We had the most wonderful time at this amazing property. It has a very unique aesthetic and the room layout was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, we had amazing views, and it was overall a very cozy environment. Highly worth the money, and I strongly recommend it.

Novotel Hotel West Coast Haikou offers excellent service, with receptionists who are very supportive, professional, and welcoming. The staff are especially friendly and patient with kids and elderly guests, making everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. All hotel facilities are kept clean and organized, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The hotel is in a great location near shopping malls, with plenty of eateries and dining options.

+ Huge and spacious villa accommodating many guests + Clean bedrooms and amenities + Great countryside view + Peaceful and calming surroundings + Approachable staff that were responsive to queries + Amenities all provided + KTV room at basement - Slightly janky automatic mahjong table - Location is out of the way - Broken basement toilet lock - Some walkways were quite dusty Overall an excellent place to have extended stays for families or large groups of people.

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel! Il punto forte è senza dubbio la posizione perfetta. Si trova proprio vicino alla spiaggia e ogni mattina eravamo a pochi passi dalla sabbia e dal mare. La zona è fantastica, con molti caffè con vista mare nelle vicinanze, perfetti per un caffè mattutino o un aperitivo al tramonto. Un altro grande vantaggio è stata la facilità di comunicazione. Il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile tramite WeChat. Un piccolo appunto per i futuri ospiti: i punti di ritiro di Didi sono un po' distanti a piedi. Consigliatissimo a chiunque desideri una vera vacanza al mare con un'ottima comunicazione!

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this beautiful new hotel in Haikou. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities that made our family vacation very enjoyable. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from Brandon. As it was our family's first time visiting Haikou, Brandon went above and beyond to provide us with valuable local recommendations, helpful travel tips, and advice on places to visit and dine. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made navigating the city much easier and enhanced our overall experience. The warm hospitality and personalized service we received made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Brandon for making our first trip to Haikou such a wonderful one. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Haikou!

Camera: Pensavo che essendo vicino all'aeroporto sarebbe stata rumorosa, ma l'esperienza è stata comunque positiva. Siamo persone che dormono bene e abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli con nostro figlio di nove anni. L'hotel ha lo stile di una catena di alberghi economici. Servizio: La clientela è composta principalmente da persone in transito o personale di bordo; ho visto molte assistenti di volo e steward. Offre comodità per voli rapidi e non è necessario andare alla reception per il check-out; c'è un posto dove riconsegnare la chiave/tessera direttamente. Le foto non mostrano i dintorni, dalla camera si vede solo l'aeroporto e si possono osservare gli aerei decollare e atterrare.

We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. La stanza stessa era molto pulita, e la vista della città dalle finestre era bella, soprattutto di notte.Abbiamo fatto una visita video della stanza, in modo che alcune delle immagini possano sembrare leggermente confuse. Anche se era tardi, un membro del personale venne in piedi molto rapidamente e mi ha mostrato pazientemente come usare la lavatrice un ottimo servizio. La posizione è un altro grande plus. Il Parco People’s è vicino all’hotel, e ci piaceva andare ogni mattina per vedere i locali esercitare e socializzare. Ci sono anche molti centri commerciali e negozi nelle vicinanze, tutti a piedi, rendendo facile e divertente esplorare e negozio di finestre. Restereremo qui la prossima volta che visiteremo Haikou. È possibile vedere il paesaggio urbano dalla finestra, soprattutto la notte, la vista notturna è molto bella.Abbiamo fatto la presentazione video della stanza, quindi l'immagine può essere un po'fugace. Il primo piano dell'hotel ha anche una piccola zona di divertimento per bambini, molto carina, che è un punto molto intimo per la famiglia con i bambini. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e rispondente rapidamente, soprattutto alcune sorelle e piccoli dipendenti della reception.Hanno risposto con pazienza e dettaglio a tutte le mie domande e il servizio è molto attento. Abbiamo bisogno di usare la lavastoviglie l'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno, ma non posso usare la lavastoviglie.Anche se è troppo tardi, il personale è ancora in alto presto. Mi insegna personalmente come usare la lavastoviglie. Il servizio è davvero molto intimo. La posizione geografica è anche fantastica.Accanto all'hotel è il parco popolare. Andiamo a fare una passeggiata al parco ogni mattina, guardando la gente locale che si fa sentire bene, divertirsi e vivere. Ci sono anche molti negozi e centri commerciali intorno. È possibile raggiungere un passo, molto adatto per le strade di caccia e per esplorare casualmente. La prossima volta che torniamo al mare, sceliamo di vivere qui.
