Hotel a 4 stelle in Hainan, Cina

This hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from the city centre. It offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport and Meilan train station. The first floor offers a beautiful library space where you can read and have a rest. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered is not varied and a bit bland; however, the staff is helpful and friendly.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale, proprio all'interno del terminal, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo e veloce. Le camere sono pulite e igieniche, appena ristrutturate, e l'insonorizzazione è ottima: l'atterraggio e il decollo degli aerei non si sentono per niente. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi arriva a tarda notte o deve prendere un volo al mattino presto.

Avevo un soggiorno molto confortevole. La posizione è molto accessibile, vicino alle strade arcade qiluo, mercato di notte Haidan, torre orologica, libreria nube e spiaggia di vacanza. mi fermerò di nuovo qui quando torno a Haikou.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una villa in seconda fila. Eravamo in cinque: tre adulti e due bambini piccoli. Le ville sono molto vecchie; la nostra era stata parzialmente ristrutturata, ma nel complesso i mobili, l'impianto idraulico, ecc. erano vecchi. La pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani erano giornalieri. A volte abbiamo dovuto chiamare gli addetti alle pulizie per cambiare gli asciugamani da spiaggia, ma non è stato difficile perché la spiaggia era a due passi. La pulizia era nella media, ma migliore che in Egitto e Turchia. In Cina, in generale, è più pulita e ordinata. Le nostre richieste, se qualcosa si rompeva, venivano esaudite immediatamente! Abbiamo chiesto un upgrade della camera per il nostro compleanno (60° anniversario), ma ci hanno rifiutato per mancanza di camere, nonostante avessimo visto ville vuote in prima fila per tutti gli 11 giorni. Tuttavia, ci hanno portato della frutta per un giorno così importante. Il vantaggio principale dell'hotel ora è la sua posizione in prima fila e i lettini (che bisogna prenotare prima delle 7 del mattino 😁). Non c'è niente di simile in questa baia; Il tifone ha spazzato via la costa e questo hotel è l'unico con un'ampia spiaggia. Non ci sono molte attività per i bambini. In caso di maltempo, il grande parco giochi sulla spiaggia è inattivo. E le pulci della sabbia vi uccideranno subito, quindi usate i repellenti!!! Questo vale per tutta la costa! La colazione è la norma per questa regione.

We stayed there for 5 nights. Was in Wenchang to visit some relatives. The staff from all departments from reception to restaurant and housekeeping were very nice and helpful . breakfast also nice it was a mix of asian and western cusine which is included in the price. In general it was a very plesant stay at the hotel. Only downside is the washing machine which are free for hotel guest. were all in chinese. For someone who don`t read chinese is a bit challenging. But as mentioned the staff were very helpful. I called them and they sent someone to help me. There is also a bar/Lounge. looks cozy but i didnt used it. Location were ok. A few convenient store nearby. Its a bit outside central city. But not a big problem as it is easy to get a taxi by using DIDI app. All in all it was a very nice hotel. will be back when i go to Wenchang again.

Soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Ma spa e palestra hanno già chiuso. Abbiamo una stanza comunicante. Ma le serrature delle porte sono rovinate. Abbiamo una spina a 3 poli. Posizione comoda per cibo e mercato

The location of the hotel is excellent. Accessible and walkable to Mix Mall (a high end luxury mall with international brands) and the sports plaza (local brands) with an extensive hypermarket. Smart designed Hotel rooms and facility. Breakfast is more than adequate with Asian and western selection.

Room was clean and very nice. There is a separate tearoom and tea leaves tea set provided. Very nice touch. Location is right next to the lane with all the food places. It is in traffic restricted place so taxi cannot send u to the doorstep. However, it is a very short walk from the north gate square. The afternoon tea set and breakfast provided are both very yummy as well. They inquire what breakfast you would like and prepare it only when u come downstairs. Service staff are all friendly too. Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Haikou.

Начну с того, что заселили нас раньше официального времени — огромное спасибо за лояльность, это очень выручило после долгой дороги. Персонал предельно вежливый и приветливый, сразу чувствуется клиентоориентированность. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию на сайте: чистый, уютный, современный. Отдельно порадовала тишина — ни соседей, ни звуков с улицы, спали как убитые. Постельное бельё и полотенца оказались белоснежными, без намёка на застиранность, что для меня всегда показатель отношения отеля к чистоте. Уборка на высшем уровне: каждый день возвращались в идеально проветренную комнату с аккуратно заправленной кроватью. В общем, отель превзошёл ожидания. Рекомендую от души и надеюсь вернуться снова!

Average hotel; cleanliness is OK with a cheap price. The location is near the city center with a big mall nearby. Food delivery can be delivered to doorstep.
