It’s located in the middle of Aonang Night Market and beach. So, very convenient to access those area. Facilities and service is perfect. They even provide the welcome fruits in the room which is very good 👍 Only the toilet ventilation is not good, overall is perfect and I had a pleasure vacation with Deevana.

Abbiamo prenotato solo una notte qui e siamo contenti di esserci stati solo una. Ah ah... La nostra camera era bella, con un letto comodo e un buon condizionatore, ed era economica perché non c'era l'ascensore per arrivarci e perché sarebbe stata in un altro edificio, il che andava bene perché lo sapevo già al momento della prenotazione. C'erano una piccola palestra e una piscina, il che era positivo. E c'erano ristoranti e un 7/11 appena fuori dall'hotel, quindi è stato fantastico. Ed è stato anche facile prenotare. Il letto era buono, così come i servizi igienici/bagno. Quello che però non ci è piaciuto è stato che il personale durante la colazione non sorrideva, come se non le piacesse il suo lavoro (ah ah). E quando mio marito ha chiesto se poteva mettere dell'acqua nella sua borraccia dall'acqua fornita nell'area colazione, a quanto pare la signora ha risposto in modo scortese e urlando. Quindi lo ha di nuovo scoraggiato. Inoltre, durante il giorno avevo la mia lezione online, ma c'erano così tanti rumori di lavori che si sentivano nella mia stanza. Avrebbero potuto avvisarci prima. Inoltre, se volessimo dormire fino a tardi dopo un lungo volo, non potremmo perché l'hotel è troppo rumoroso. Se si tratta solo di un soggiorno molto breve e a un prezzo molto conveniente, questo hotel è comunque una buona opzione.

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo in una posizione fantastica ma puoi sentire il basso delle feste in spiaggia nelle vicinanze. Se prendi i tappi per mangiare potresti stare bene, ma è così fastidioso perché è tutto ciò che puoi sentire fino alle 2 del mattino circa. La colazione è ok, è il tipo di posto in cui ti metti a posto. La pulizia della camera è buona se ti alzi tardi, si occuperanno comunque della tua stanza. Se stai cercando un bellissimo soggiorno, questo è il posto giusto, ma ricorda solo che di notte potresti aver bisogno di assistenza con il rumore.

Io ero in una stanza con accesso diretto alla piscina, che era certamente un accento molto conveniente per saltare e salire. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e confortevole, anche se non tutte le camere sono dotate di un bagno, che era un po 'di declino. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona bene e mantiene la camera buona e fredda, ma l'acqua calda nel doccia richiede troppo tempo per entrare, che può essere frustrante. I canali TV sono molto limitati, ma grazie a Dio sono riuscito a collegare la mia Chromecast a Netflix. La piscina è molto piccola e non offre alcuna vista. Anche se la profondità è indicata come 1.4m, si sente più come 1.5–1.6m, che potrebbe essere una preoccupazione per alcuni. Il colazione era sottomarino. A 300 baht, si sentiva troppo costoso considerando la varietà limitata e la qualità media. Ci sono certamente migliori e più economiche opzioni alimentari proprio fuori dall'hotel. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto con le direzioni e le raccomandazioni intorno alla zona. In generale, è una scelta decente se si desidera un accesso diretto alla piscina e un ambiente pulito, ma vi è spazio per il miglioramento in aree come il colazione e le strutture bagno.

Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

The Deevana Plaza Krabi Ao Nang has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The lobby is welcoming and nicely designed, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were several downsides that made the experience less enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was very old and outdated, with poor drainage that caused the shower to flood. The grout was dirty, and the bathroom itself was quite dark, making it feel uninviting. Another issue was the cleanliness in the hallways—room service trays and leftover food were left sitting out for days without being cleared, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The hotel appears to be divided into two sections, with one part seeming much older and clearly in need of renovation. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of security. It was surprisingly easy for anyone not staying at the hotel to enter and go directly to the rooms, which made us feel quite unsafe. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and security concerns would make me think twice before staying here again.

Very fast Check-in and check-out, clear information provided at check in about the hotel services ( including the van transfer to the beachfront areas and the optional breakfast). My Superior room on the second floor was large and clean, with a lovely pool view balcony. I had a pleasant stay and wished that I could stay longer. High value for the price I paid.

Ottimo per posizione , la spiaggia più bella, la stanza e’ funzionale, letto comodo, bagno ok la colazione a buffet e’ buona, il responsabile alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutare, personale gentile e ottimo anche il ristorante, producono le verdure, avevo Camera Deluxe - Lato Collina(letto matrimoniale ) n. 984 e’ in alto, c’è una salita da fare ma la vista soprattutto la mattina all’alba ripaga lo sforzo. grazie

hotel eccellente con una buona scelta per la colazione a buffet. il personale della stazione delle uova ha eccellenti capacità culinarie, cucinando 2 uova strapazzate in una piccola padella! anche il drink di benvenuto gratuito era rinfrescante. il personale era cordiale e le dotazioni erano eccezionali, soprattutto la piscina superiore. splendida vista sulla scogliera e sul mare. lezione di cucina gratuita venerdì e sabato. è stata una bellissima esperienza provare il loro cibo locale. 3-5 minuti dall'hotel alla spiaggia. molti negozi intorno all'hotel. 7-11, metropolitana, Starbucks, Watson

Bella camera, hotel pulito, drink di benvenuto, vista decente, non vicino al mare. Facile raggiungere a piedi 7-11. C'è molto cibo davanti a te. Lo svantaggio è che la montagna si trova al 3° piano e non dalla parte della piscina. Il rumore dalla piscina è ancora forte, probabilmente perché durante il festival è forte il rumore dei bambini che giocano nell'acqua. C'è stato un reclamo riguardo alla stanza e il personale ha esaminato l'azione tecnologica e si è subito scusato. Ma non so se posso risolverlo o meno perché ho controllato prima.
