Soggiorno in una casa tipo 2 camere da letto, 18° piano della Torre A. La casa è piuttosto piccola in base al prezzo offerto. La prima camera ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e uno specchio di tipo verticale. Asciugamani e appendiabiti non sono forniti. Ci sono solo 2 appendiabiti nell'armadio. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un ventilatore e non dispone di aria condizionata. C'è solo 1 bagno ed è nel mezzo tra due stanze. Il soggiorno è dotato di Smart TV, divano, Internet Unifi 100 Mbps e aria condizionata. Se ci fosse un balcone sarebbe sempre meglio, ma purtroppo non c'è nessun balcone. Suggerisco a HomeBrickz, in qualità di agente che gestisce l'alloggio in famiglia, di fornire una scopa o uno straccio, almeno noi ospiti possiamo pulire la casa prima del check-out. Un deposito di RM200 può essere recuperato entro 24 ore dal check-out anche di domenica, l'agente effettuerà comunque il rimborso del deposito. La piscina e le altre strutture sono all'ottavo piano. La piscina è molto bella, è la migliore. Solo la Camera Kids Zone non è autorizzata ad entrare se non previa prenotazione e versamento di una caparra.

La struttura è nuova (ad oggi ci sono ancora piccoli lavori in corso). Tutto funziona con chiavi magnetiche: porte ingresso, ascensori, porte interne. Attenzione a non dimenticare le chiavo altrimenti si rimane bloccati tra le diverse porte. Per il check in bisogna mandare un messaggio WhatsApp ai gestori che arrivano in pochi minuti. Stessa cosa per check out. Complessivamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. In appartamento c’è tutto. La piscina roof top è splendida come la vista.

My stay in this hotel was so good. The reception was amazing. The room was equipped with plenty of facilities. Beautiful view of the Twin towers through my window. Taxi grab area and availability of a subway (MRT) station (Raja Uda station, just 400m away) are other advantages of the hotel.

L'ho scelto a lungo prima di uscire. La posizione è buona. È vicino al padiglione e al jalan alor prima di prendere una decisione. Questo hotel ha già riscosso la tassa di soggiorno alberghiero e non è richiesto alcun deposito. Il check-in è al 40° piano e il quinto piano è molto diverso. Il primo piano è dove vengono depositati i bagagli. Non c'è nessuna sorpresa nella stanza, il rubinetto del bagno è ancora disconnesso, il personale sanitario non può vederlo tutti i giorni? Non c'è presa in testa al letto. Questo deve essere migliorato. C'è una presa nella stanza che non ha bisogno di essere convertita, e il resto sono prese britanniche. Il condizionatore d'aria deve essere impostato e salvato, altrimenti dopo aver regolato a 26 gradi, tornerà a 20 gradi di notte, che freddo! Non esiste un menu cinese. Non c'è separazione tra il bagno e il bagno.È adatto a coppie che viaggiano e potrebbe essere un po' imbarazzante per i membri della famiglia.C'è un tramezzo nella stanza per separare il bagno, l'armadio e la stanza, ma non sarà insonorizzato. The hotel shows its age, but things are still functional. Comfortable bed in fact. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue—there were crumbs on the chair upon entering. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, but this was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. Parking is available, though it’s a bit confusing to navigate if you’re unfamiliar with the layout. It costs 5RM per entry, and validation is self-service through TNG card, which might be inconvenient for some. This wasn’t my first choice of accommodation, but it was offered as an alternative. While the hotel has its shortcomings, it’s adequate for a short stay if you’re not too particular. However, improvements in cleanliness and better guest assistance would make the experience more satisfactory.

As of now, my regular weekday hotel for short trip to JB. Location is unquestionable. Lots of restaurants, eateries, foods in vicinity n very near to hop to mid valley n Pelangi, if u have things to do there. All rooms are std 26sqm. Diff is in the bed size n toilet amenities/facilities. So for simple stay, deluxe twin/queen/king will suffice. No need premier category. Room rather spartan but sufficient to sleep in. Weekday rates are very inviting for retirees on budget. Weekends can be 30% or more. But rather evident hotel is aging tho good enough for simple stay. I like the fact lots activities outside hotel in the evening, which means it’s safe. If u want exclusivity n privacy, away from crowds, then this is not your cuppa.

Housekeeping only cleans after 3 days of stay. When you request for fresh towels, they take hours to assist. They refused bringing a mop or broom for us to clean ourselves. This is something the hotel my ensure they look at; guests can not live in dirty surroundings; even when they are willing to clean themselves. The hotel must provide a broom or mop on request.

È un hotel confortevole per riposarsi in attesa di un volo in coincidenza. C'è una navetta per l'aeroporto. L'addetto alla reception è bravo. Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Letto molto comodo (a me piacciono i letti rigidi). Albergo molto vicino alla stazione, anche se dovete far attenzione a prendere l'uscita giusta per evitare di allungare il percorso. Vicino sono presenti diversi minimarket. Se avete il sonno leggero, i suoni che provengono dalla vicina stazione potrebbero essere fastidiosi. Lo staff non parla inglese, ma è gentile ed è disponibile ad aiutare usando traduttori. Nei bagni della hall c'è spesso puzza di fumo.

L'appartamento è fantastico, molto grande, adorabile vista, pulito e .... bagno 🛁con vista sugli oceani. Inoltre c'è una cucina con forno, frigorifero e lavatrice che può essere molto utile, soprattutto quando viaggiate con la vostra famiglia. Ma non li abbiamo usati perché per colazione siamo andati al ristorante dell'hotel e mangiare delizioso buffet. Il personale ospite può parlare inglese e molto utile. E senza dubbio la posizione è il più grande vantaggio di questo appartamento. 4-5 minuti e il mare 🌊 Wow 😍

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

La posizione è stata molto difficile da trovare perché l'indirizzo indicato ci ha portato nel posto sbagliato, abbiamo dovuto spendere di più per prendere un taxi per la posizione effettiva dopo aver chiarito con la reception. La stanza in sé era molto bella con una vista molto bella e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Everything abt this hotel are so good.. Location is so convenient. Abv train station and shopping malls and Beijing street with lots of food n shopping. Reception counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and slight late check out. The only problem i had was the shower head water pressure. But overall its acceptable. House keeping staff is also very prompt whenever we call to request for items. She's very attentive to the number of pax checked into the room and ensure we have sufficient towel n toiletries

Siamo una famiglia di 5. Prenota la suite duplex che ha 3 letti matrimoniali e un letto di divano che è più che sufficiente per noi. Situazione sulla strada di Pechino è super conveniente. Ci sono intere strisce di negozi ovunque per negozi e mangiare. La prima stanza che abbiamo soggiornato, che era profumata di fumo di sigaretta, abbiamo avuto un commento al signor Fan e lui è riuscito a farci trasferire in un'altra stanza il giorno dopo, che è grande. La lavatrice con funzione di asciugatrice ci serve bene durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti.La TV Proiezione ha limitato video liberi da guardare, ma per noi è tutto a posto, dato che abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo fuori esplorazione. Il famoso ristorante Lucky per la somma di dim è situato solo al 8° piano dello stesso edificio. Ci sono anche Starbucks e 7 negozi a piedi. Se si aspetta servizio di qualità e pulizia dell'hotel, è probabile che si debba guardare altrove. In generale, il signor Fan è un butler molto utile e amichevole. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare il pilota di uscita dall'aeroporto e ci ha anche raccomandato un ristorante di soffitto molto bello funerale che appare ancora meglio di quelle raccomandazioni Xiao Hong Shu

The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.

My family and I recently stayed at IFC Residence in Shanghai, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the metro line, which made getting around the city effortless. The apartment itself was outstanding – non-smoking, quiet, and soundproof, with top-notch amenities. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, a segregated kitchen area complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, and basin. The space was thoughtfully designed, and the view from the apartment was spectacular. While the curtains were manual, this was a minor detail in an otherwise impeccable setup. The service was equally impressive. The hotel housekeepers and counter staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring every need was met with efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose IFC Residence again for my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!
