Appartamenti a Hanoi

L'hotel è in una posizione ideale nei vecchi quartieri con tutto a pochi passi da qui. Il personale era molto amichevole e il colazione era molto buono. E 'un hotel recentemente ristrutturato, quindi tutto era nuovo e pulito. Alcune attività sono ancora in corso, ma non abbastanza per essere un problema.Particolare menzione a Patrick che ci ha dato una lista di posti da andare e ha aiutato con qualsiasi domanda che abbiamo avuto.

Capella Hano è il prossimo livello. Se vuoi un posto fantastico per passare in bella Hanoi, Capella è il posto per essere. Servizio fantastico dal momento in cui arrivate fino al momento in cui partete. Capisco perché la gente prenota la Capella in Hanoi e non vuole lasciare il posto. Le camere sono classiche, super pulite e semplicemente immaculate. Da caffè al champagne, tutto è fatto eccezionalmente bene. I ristoranti sono belli e i pasti sono bellissimi. Un riconoscimento speciale a Tran Thao, epitomò la Capella. Full di classe, felicità, amicizia e conoscenza. Se cerchi un fattore di wow, niente si avvicina alla Capella di Hanoi.

I had a memorable stay at Splendid hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony by Mr. Harry. The hotel has a very good location so it was very convenient for us to move around. When we returned from our trip, the staff offered us tea and coffee. It's free every day. The breakfast was great and the staff were also very kind and enthusiastic. So I booked another room for next year. Looking forward to our next stay at Splendid Hotel

Buona posizione, personale amichevole, buon servizio e situato in zona d'affari. Molti ristoranti qui e ho dovuto provare 3 Spaons ristorante che serve buffet (freschi alimenti marini e deliziose opzioni occidentali. In generale ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno in Intercontinentale.  

L'hotel è stato progettato con un servizio di lusso/ospedaliero di 5*, e è stato molto nuovo, come ha detto l'associato, che è stato aperto per circa 6 mesi. Il letto e la camera erano molto confortevoli e decorati. Io apprezzerò questo a 10/10. Grande servizio e pulito. Mi sono accolto con un buono da bere e la gara di bar mi ha fatto una bevanda che non era sul menu e anche se la barra del tetto era chiusa, ha preso il tempo di preparare una bevanda speciale che non è troppo zucchero per me come richiesto. Il colazione al ristorante era anche fantastico! Anche se non riuscivo a rimanere per un lungo periodo, mentre volava a Hanoi per fare un fermo a Hai Phong. Certamente tornerò e resterò qui per la mia futura visita.

Ho prenotato in questo albergo basandomi sulla posizione strategica: al confine tra la città vecchia e quella più moderna, in modo da poter visitare tutto a piedi. Ma in realtà il valore più grande di questo albergo è nella cura dedicata dal personale agli ospiti. Sono stata 3 settimane e mi hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni a Ha long bay e Sa Pa, corso di cucina e visite per la città. Ogni volta che mi muovevo in città mi prenotavano il taxi dicendo quanto avrei dovuto spendere per evitare fregature. Lo sky bar e il ristorante dell'hotel hanno cibi ottimi e vista mozzafiato aulla città. La silk road, ottima per i regalini, è a 3 minuti a piedi. Il mercato notturno del fine settimana inizia praticamente lì accanto. Ma malgrado questo l'hotel è un posto tranquillo, con una spa che è un'oasi di benessere e tranquillità. Posto veramente da raccomandare!

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Il complesso Villa del Centro Nazionale di Convenzione (Garden Villas) dispone di un totale di 10 villaggi, ciascuno di cui ha 1 suite presidenziale e 6 camere deluxe, con interni di legno di lusso e un giardino privato. Ogni camera dispone di grandi finestre che si trovano sul giardino o sul lago.Questa villa è adatta per le vacanze di famiglia, le vacanze di amici e i viaggi di business.
