Hotel 4 stelle a Roma

Un soggiorno indimenticabile con un servizio eccezionale allo Starhotels Ciao, sono un viaggiatore coreano che ha recentemente soggiornato allo Starhotels durante un viaggio di famiglia in Italia. Il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni a Roma è stato così meraviglioso che mi sono sentito in dovere di scrivere questa sentita recensione non appena sono tornato a casa. Questo viaggio è stata la nostra prima vacanza in famiglia in Europa, con mia madre e mio figlio, e abbiamo trascorso i primi tre giorni a Roma allo Starhotels. Fin dal nostro arrivo, tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative: la posizione eccellente, le camere pulitissime e, soprattutto, il servizio cordiale e premuroso del personale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente confortevole. Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che abbiamo deciso di tornare allo Starhotels per la nostra ultima notte in Italia. Tuttavia, a causa di un mio errore, ho prenotato accidentalmente la data sbagliata. Dopo un lungo viaggio di 11 giorni attraverso l'Italia meridionale, siamo tornati a Roma esausti, solo per renderci conto che la prenotazione era errata al nostro arrivo in hotel. È stato un momento stressante e travolgente... finché il signor Tofael M., il direttore, non è intervenuto gentilmente per aiutarci. Prima ancora di comprendere appieno il problema, il signor Tofael ci ha guardato negli occhi, soprattutto mio figlio, e ci ha semplicemente detto: ”Non preoccupatevi. Troverò una soluzione per voi”. Quelle poche parole ci hanno portato un tale sollievo e conforto. In un paese straniero, un errore del genere può sembrare paralizzante, ma la sua calma e la sua sincera rassicurazione hanno fatto un'enorme differenza. Ancora più toccante è stato il modo in cui il signor Tofael e la signora Paola S. alla reception si sono prodigati per trovare una soluzione per noi. Poiché la prenotazione era stata effettuata tramite un sito esterno (non direttamente tramite l'hotel), la questione era complicata. Ciononostante, il signor Tofael ha effettuato personalmente diverse chiamate e ha seguito con attenzione la situazione fino a quando non è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Grazie al suo impegno, abbiamo potuto trascorrere la nostra ultima notte in Italia esattamente come desideravamo: di nuovo allo Starhotels, sentendoci al sicuro e coccolati. Avendo lavorato per anni in catene alberghiere globali in Corea e continuando a lavorare nel settore dell'ospitalità, posso dire onestamente che la loro professionalità e dedizione si sono davvero distinte. Sono un modello di ciò che i veri albergatori dovrebbero essere e meritano assolutamente riconoscimento ed elogi. Sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel senza esitazione quando tornerò a Roma. Ho intenzione di consigliare Starhotels, insieme all'eccellente servizio del Sig. Tofael e della Sig.ra Paola, a quante più persone possibile attraverso blog, community di viaggio e qualsiasi piattaforma possibile. Grazie di cuore.

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Il nostro hotel preferito quando siamo a Roma. L'o conosciamo da anni e sempre ci siamo trovati molto bene.Personale molto gentile, le stanze molto confortevoli, Letti grandi con materassi molto comodi, al ristorante si mangia bene,c'è anche il bar con tanta scelta di insalate, pizze e altro. Poi la piscina all' aperto è molto grande, pulita. C'è anche la palestra. E sempre bello tornare al ” Midas”!

Le pareti della nostra stanza erano sporche e polverose. Muffa in bagno e intorno alla finestra. L'aria condizionata era controllata dalla reception, quindi dovevi chiamarli per accenderla e spegnerla, un po' fastidioso. L'ingresso ai musei del Vaticano è dall'altra parte della strada, quindi c'erano troppe persone di fronte all'hotel tutto il tempo. Il rumore al mattino degli altri ospiti e delle pulizie può essere forte. La parte peggiore è il check-out alle 10:00. Sicuramente non ci tornerò.

Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

Ottimo albergo, comodo per raggiungere le terme di Caracalla. Peccato che in un albergo 4 stelle, bisogna fare la richiesta per avere il frigo. E non c'è neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

Ottima posizione, buona la pulizia personale cordiale La stanza occupata e’ risultata un po’ calda senza possibilità di modificare il clima. Bagno piccolo con vasca non più confacente con doccia e pericolosa. Scalda salviette non attivo e non modificabile. Accettabile la colazione

Durante il mio viaggio a Roma, ho prenotato inaspettatamente questo Ibis, che offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccezionale. La metropolitana dista meno di un chilometro. L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla zona collinare nei pressi di una comunità. È molto tranquillo e la mattina presto c'è gente che fa jogging. Il trasporto è comodo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e tram leggeri che consentono di andare ovunque. Il punto forte è che la colazione è particolarmente ricca. C'è un ristorante cinese aperto da un abitante di Wenzhou accanto alla stazione della metropolitana. Di tanto in tanto puoi aggiustare la posizione dello stomaco. Non è costoso ed è abbastanza autentico. Sono uscito per un giorno per visitare Pompei e ho lasciato i bagagli in hotel; anche il servizio è stato molto buono. La prossima volta sarà comunque la mia prima scelta.
