"Per la prima volta prenotare un soggiorno a casa nella regione R&F Seine, un'esperienza molto piacevole per me e i miei amici. Grande piscina e strutture intorno a questo alloggio a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di R&F, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza della città. La pulizia è un bel bagno è spazioso, le camere sono lussuose. Pertanto, se stai in un piano alto come per me ero al 43° piano, la vista era eccitante. Puoi vedere SG a destra e Malaysia a sinistra. Totale 💯/10."

"We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete."

"The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable."

"I am giving an average rating for the following reasons 1) the key box lock was difficult to open but if there is damage the property owner wants guests to bear the cost. Unreasonable.I took the help of security to open the mail box. 2) the roof of drawing room had some mould near the AC 3)the faucet in the bathroom was not there at all. Feedback was provided immediately.very sad as they want to hold deposits but don’t want to keep the property in shape. I am waiting for the property management to respond to my request for the deposit refund. They are yet to respond."

"The stay was amazing with great view! It’s perfect for a few nights stay. The room was clean and the customer service was super. Would like some of the items in the room to be fixed and replace (for example sliding door knob that was broken, and worn out table). The kitchen cupboard needs to be disinfected cuz tiny insects were there. Overall amazing for the price!"

"Check in an issue no network there. Got 2 blk ** there don't know which one ? Walk up n down to search for wifi to contact CS team.The refuse bin also need to walk to far end to throw. Very tired.But upon check in, the room very comfortable,aircon is cold,bedsheets nice smell the housekeeping in blk ** good job. Cs team also reply fast to my concern thanks. Overall happy stay."
