"L'hôtel était plutôt sympathique dans l'ensemble. La chambre est grande et bien équipée. Les lits étaient propres. Cependant, il y avait une odeur de cigarette froide nauséabonde. Nous n'avions pas vu que la chambre était fumeur. L'odeur était partout et nous a très vite dégouté et laissé une impression de sale. Sinon très bon accueil du propriétaire et une bonne communication. L'emplacement est aussi très bon, proche de la station de métro.
De plus pour tous les voyageurs non chinois, sachez que les PC disponibles seront très difficiles a utilisé, voir impossible. La majorité des jeux nécessite un compte chinois qui n'est pas accessible pour les étrangers."

"1.衞生：建議多招幾個阿姨打掃衞生吧，或者提高一下衞生標準，如果店家也就隨便做做生意，有人來就做沒人來也無所謂，那這個衞生可以保持現狀；
2.地方是真的很方便，距離周邊所有的大廠都方便，以後地鐵修好了，乘地鐵也方便；
3.管家服務挺好，也很耐心；
4.屋內設施的話，該有的也算都有。
衞生環境太差了，這個價格蠻可以更加乾淨的，衞生間有味道，且很重，冰箱沒法碰，粘手，洗衣機是漏水的，坐在沙發上，沙發下面居然有前租客用過的紙巾，就希望店家改善下衞生條件吧，因為這個位置真的很好，去哪裡都方便。祝好。"

"Our stay here was very pleasant. Its location is really good, close to metro stations and convenience stores. If you're a foreigner who can't speak Chinese it could be a little bit difficult to find the entrance and tell the guard you're staying there, but with a translator app in your phone you're OK. Chinese people are so friendly and always eager to help.
The apartment was clean, with decent room space and nice decoration. The only thing that could improve was the bathroom, especially the door, which needed some maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience as a westerner."

"我是第二次預訂，那天老闆還給我升級了比較好的房型，可是那天的入住並不滿意。我到的時間比較晚，已經是凌晨。他給我升級的那個房間格局和窗外比我上次的好太多了。不過我一進門就有看見蟑螂。洗手間，客廳都有。能聯繫老闆更換之前房間，可是更換的房間並沒有準備好，沙發被套是拆出來洗的。而且洗衣機裡邊洗着東西。洗手間的吹風機第一次入住已經跟老闆説是壞的，結果第二次入住也是沒有修。本來入住公寓就圖一個省心，結果洗衣機洗不了衣服，洗手間的吹風筒也不能用，第二次入住體驗較差，如實評價，希望老闆有所改進"

LLovelyCnThe apartment is located in a quiet and developing district, which gives a sense of calm away from the city rush. Within walking distance, you’ll find a small convenience store, some coffee shops, and a couple of cafeterias. To reach most other destinations, you’ll need to take the metro or enjoy a 20-minute walk—manageable and safe for most travelers.
It’s worth noting that the apartment differs somewhat from the photos in the listing. It is situated on a residential floor with long-term tenants, families, and pets, which adds a lively atmosphere but may not suit those seeking complete seclusion. The kitchen ventilation system appears to work in reverse, occasionally bringing strong cooking smells—particularly garlic—into the room. If you are sensitive to odors, you might want to request a different unit if available.
Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones.
The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space.
That said, the on-site staff are kind, attentive, and do their best to assist promptly. While they may be limited in what they can resolve immediately, their responsiveness is appreciated. Lluping121212Il bel ragazzo con gli occhiali alla reception ci ha offerto un servizio fantastico! Per qualche motivo continuavo a disturbarlo e lui mi ha aiutato pazientemente. La camera è dotata di cucina, lavatrice e un letto molto grande, il che la rende più economica rispetto ai normali hotel.

Se fosse per il personale, tornerei sicuramente perché sono super gentili e puoi comunicare con loro tramite Wechat, il che è molto comodo, e fanno sempre del loro meglio per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Tuttavia, la loro pulizia è la peggiore che abbia mai incontrato, prima di tutto, cosa ha detto uno degli ospiti nella recensione sull'odore, la stanza  puzza davvero molto male, immagino sia dovuto all'acqua o alla circolazione dell'aria che non è pulita, che causa l'odore nella stanza, ho già chiesto loro di provare a fare qualcosa per l'odore, tuttavia non ci sono riusciti, ho comprato un sacco di Dettol e candeggina, per provare a pulire la stanza da solo, ho letteralmente impiegato un'ora per pulire l'intera stanza, tuttavia dopo alcune ore la stanza è tornata a puzzare terribilmente, ho sospettato che fosse la circolazione dell'aria.  Inoltre, anche il loro condizionatore d'aria ha un problema di perdite e ha perso un odore di aceto, ho sospettato che usassero l'aceto per pulire l'aria condizionata. Sono un viaggiatore professionista, poiché viaggio per il mondo come membro dell'equipaggio di cabina, l'odore dell'hotel è il peggiore che abbia mai incontrato in vita mia. Ho trovato peli e unghie in giro per la stanza che non mi appartengono.  quindi penso che l'hotel debba migliorare la pulizia. 整體上, 我想講, 喺客戶服務方便, 佢哋係做得好好, 客人好多嘅要求佢哋都盡量滿足, 亦都好盡量去幫手, 我覺得客戶服務係非常之好, 但係酒店嘅清潔就係好似好多住客所講, 間房係有一浸異味, 嗰陣異味係好奇怪, 係好臭嘅, 我已經叫咗佢哋上嚟清潔, 我自己都買咗漂白水同埋滴露洗咗成間房一個鐘,但係嗰浸味實都喺度,所以我覺得係應該係成個空調系統係有問題,同埋我喺樓梯嗰度見到有不明嘅手指甲,同埋浴缸嗰度係有其他人唔知邊個嘅頭髮, 我覺得地板佢唔算好污糟, 都算乾淨嘅, 但係真係嗰陣異味係好難頂, 所以我哋本來都係訂咗兩晚嘅酒店房, 我哋都自己算了, 留咗一晚就算了, 因為實在太難聞浸味, 所以如果好介意有臭味嘅,應該就唔好去了, 間酒店係好高樓底, 入到去房間係有空間咁嘅, 但係真係臭到頂唔順😂 Per saperne di più唯一嘅缺點就係好臭, 同埋間房唔夠乾淨會有頭髮同手指甲, 酒店員工係好好好好人嘅, 但係空調嗰度都係有同一個問題漏水, 一開着, 就漏晒啲水出嚟, 嗰啲水係有白醋味好古怪, 但係唔知點解係啡色嘅啲水, 所以我哋都好驚

Even the loft itself could be a model it is so photogenic, I have like 20+ pictures of this place lol. It seems like it is designed and decorated to feel that way.
It large, has a kitchen area with some glasses and utensils, a washing machine (modern) with detergents provided, 2 toilets and 1 cute shower(I’ll attach a photo of it), a big projector screen, with membership access provided, a laptop or cellphone screen could also be casted; on the first floor it has a dining place, and a big refrigerator, on the second there are 2 beds ( a double normal one, and a single tatami style one in a separate room). There is also a giant wardrobe.
And there is also the view. It adds to the charm of the apartment, the sea and mountains are awesome, and the lighthouse library is clearly visible from the windows.
The place smells nice, usually hotels in China get that annoying cigarette smell, if you know what I mean. In this loft it always smelled the way I wanted it to smell. Fresh and nice.
The environment is this bustling noisy mall area, apparently, a famous one in this district. But I ignored all these stores and markets and just went to the seaside ( 2 minutes by foot!) and there is a beautiful walkway by the sea starting right from the lighthouse. I rely like my foggy morning sea walks haha.
I recommend highly this hotel. This loft is just awesome, please, future guests, keep it that way.

泰泰默As per our previous stay, We choose to stay here for the second time. It feels like a good place to stay, good Futian district skyline, a bit noisy due to its location right opposite to the main avenue.
Close to subway stations line 7 and line 1 and line 3. All daily necessities nearby. Room furniture is a bit out dated but comfortable. A cozy homely feeling.

NN2GThe hotel/ apartment is located in a very convenient area (5-8min walk from Grand Theatre Station)... but it's very difficult to find, as theirs no signs. The entry to the ”building” not the hotel itself is located in the back near the car park.
Trying to locate the reception is an adventure of its own on the 24th floor.
Room itself is quite spacious, decent facilities but cleanliness of the bathroom were abit concerning.

Il personale è davvero eccezionale super utile e amichevole, e parlano inglese molto bene, che fa una grande differenza.
L'hotel non è neanche nuovo, ma è molto accogliente e ben mantenuto.
La posizione è un altro grande plus: solo a piedi per la metropolitana e il terminale della ferrata, e circondato da una vasta gamma di ristoranti e bar alcuni dei più noti in tutto Shenzhen. Inoltre, il mare è proprio intorno all'angolo.
Molto raccomandato per soggiorni brevi e lunghi!

RRocketmanApartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well.
He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying.
Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

La lavatrice è piena di liquidi, la lavatrice è molto utile. Il frigorifero è molto freddo sopra e sotto.
E' stata anche una signorina della reception che è particolarmente gentile a guardare bene per vivere per dieci anni.
