Hotel 5 stelle a Cancun

Quando ho fatto il check-in, la reception mi ha spostato in una camera con vista sul mare nella zona centrale e alta. Ho guardato un intero scenario blu gelatinoso sentivo che non ero più miope. Tutti i ristoranti dell'hotel sono buoni, tranne il ristorante giapponese, sono andato in tutti gli altri. Erano tutti deliziosi e il servizio era attento. Consiglio in particolare il ristorante Isla Contoy in riva al mare. La vista è fantastica. È molto rilassante godersi il panorama godendosi la brezza marina mentre si mangia. L'hotel ha anche fornito inaspettatamente biglietti gratuiti per il traghetto di andata e ritorno per Isla Mujeres e una persona dedicata ci ha accompagnato sulla barca. Il servizio è stato molto premuroso. In breve, questo hotel è molto conveniente. Ho notato che tutte le sue camere si affacciano sul mare, ma alcuni angoli sono diversi, a differenza di alcuni hotel che hanno camere con vista sul giardino, anche se l'arredamento e le strutture delle camere sono piuttosto vecchi non influisce affatto sull'esperienza del check-in. È solo che la spiaggia è relativamente umida, quindi sarebbe meglio se avesse un deumidificatore.

La vista sull'oceano dell'hotel è bella, ma c'è solo una stazione di servizio vicino alla piscina dell'hotel chiamata ”Aqua World”, che è una truffa. Ingannano i turisti convincendoli ad andare in una spiaggia dall'altra parte della baia per fare moto d'acqua e parasailing. Il paesaggio e l'esperienza sono pessimi, e i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Non capisco perché il JW Marriott dovrebbe collaborare con questa compagnia per convincere i clienti a cambiare posto. Immagino che stiano pagando un sacco di soldi all'hotel. Questo servizio ingannevole è il principale danno all'esperienza.

Perfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

L'hotel e il servizio supera le nostre aspettative, si è davvero goduto del nostro soggiorno, la varietà dei cibi e i ristoranti erano di alta qualità.

El check in es un proceso arcaico que de entrada te hace preguntarte qué haces en ese hotel. Después todo mejora pero el mal sabor de boca ya no se olvida

In generale, va bene.Il personale è molto entusiasta e il servizio del personale della reception deve essere rafforzato.Alcune strutture al di là della piscina hanno bisogno di un pagamento supplementare, il modello commerciale è pesante, alcuni ristoranti hanno bisogno di prenotazione anticipata, spesso non possono incontrarsi, il cibo da buffet è lo stesso ogni giorno e deve essere migliorato. Il paesaggio naturale del mare è davvero bello. Abbiamo passato a metà agosto. Fortunatamente abbiamo visto la produzione di pirati a terra*. Il personale dell'hotel ha anche distribuito i piccoli pirati che sono stati abbattuti ai bambini per la loro vita collettiva, che è significativo.
