Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

La colazione a buffet è fantastica!!! Il personale è molto disponibile. Stabilimento balneare onsen pubblico consigliato, buono e conveniente. Anche la posizione è fantastica! A pochi passi dalla zona dello shopping di Namba!

Overall it was a pleasant stay, we were a bit far from all the attractions it was atleast 2 trains to get anywhere but the first train was only a 200m walk so it was very nice and convenient. Heaps of restaurants around, but I think it was a very local area so we had to use google translate for a lot of menus. Not a problem but just to be aware of. The place was very small but it had all the basics. They provided us with fresh towels and toothbrush’s every night we stayed. There’s not always someone at the desk but the self check in was super easy we were even able to drop off our bags early.

It’s just a terrible experience. When I checked out , the password become immediately valid.and because of that I can’t get back to pick up the baggage . I can understand the hotel need to cut costs.but please never cut the service. What’s big deal for one more day password ? And where is everybody? I can’t just see a man for almost 1hour in the lobby. What a joke

La camera è spaziosa e dispone di due letti singoli e un letto a castello. C'è un bagno e un WC separati ed è disponibile una lavatrice per lavare i vestiti. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV, due divani e un tavolino da caffè di medie dimensioni. Per cucinare facilmente sono disponibili frigorifero, utensili da cucina e stoviglie. C'è anche un microonde per riscaldare il cibo. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione di Hankyu Juso, che fornisce un accesso diretto alla stazione di Osaka tramite treni semi-espressi o treni espressi limitati. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi negozi, tra cui DONKI, Sukiya, ristoranti yakiniku e ristoranti giapponesi.

We stayed here with our family and were very impressed by how clean everything was. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The space was also very spacious, making it easy to relax even with a lot of luggage. The stroller rental service was very helpful for traveling with a child, and it made our stay much more convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby stations and attractions, so getting around was very smooth. The front desk staff were kind and helped us with the check-in process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The room was also well-equipped with a kitchen, tableware, washing machine, and bathroom dryer, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Overall, it was an extremely clean, comfortable, and satisfying stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Il personale è gentile. Anche se non c'è una stanza disponibile, anche noi ne abbiamo prenotata una in anticipo. Il personale ha organizzato un taxi per trasportarci in un altro hotel. Per il resto, tutto bene.

Molto strategico, comodo, vicino alla stazione (Teradacho) realmente consigliare questo posto per rimanere

Sono stato a questo hotel 2 anni fa durante la nostra visita a Osaka. Noi amo questo hotel perché. È solo vicino alla stazione Osaka che è molto confortevole andare intorno a Osaka. Puoi prendere un treno diretto dall'aeroporto alla stazione Osaka per arrivare a questo hotel. È anche facile andare a Kyoto. Nelle camere forniscono lavastoviglie, microonde e cucina con attrezzature. I miei figli lo amano così tanto. Quando sono lenti a cenare, possono semplicemente cucinare un pasto facile. Rimarremo sempre qui se avremo la possibilità di tornare a Osaka.
