La struttura è pulita, ordinata e spaziosa, con una cucina completamente attrezzata, tuttavia risulta un po' datata. Il check-in è stato abbastanza semplice, ma applicano dei supplementi quando possibile, ad esempio per il check-in anticipato, mentre la maggior parte degli hotel in cui ho soggiornato sono più flessibili e offrono il check-in anticipato se disponibile. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una suite con due camere da letto, il che è stato molto gentile da parte loro. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva. Purtroppo non ho avuto l'opportunità di utilizzare i servizi, ma so che dispongono di piscina, palestra e spa.

Absolutely loved our 2-night stay at YTI Garden Hotel The location was unbeatable -just steps away from the market and some of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out with two comfy single beds and a handy little kitchen that made all the difference. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond, even letting us store our luggage after checkout. Perfect blend of comfort and convenience-highly recommend!

Situato a circa 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram. Situato all'interno della zona di tram libero, e a circa 20 minuti dal centro della città. La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. Ci è una piccola cucina completamente attrezzata. Inoltre, ci sono anche lavastoviglie e asciugamani che ci hanno fatto bene. Tuttavia, la prova sonora può essere migliorata, possiamo sentire suoni dal corridoio quando i nostri vicini sono tornati tardi di notte. Il letto è anche sul lato più morbido.

PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent.
I highly share this hotel.

Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few issues. When I checked in, the room was not ready even though check-in time was after 2 PM and I arrived after 3 PM. After finally checking in, I found that the shower was broken. I informed reception and was told it would be fixed the next day due to a holiday, but it was never repaired during my stay.
I was also a bit concerned about the door lock, as there was no additional or double lock from inside, and the lock jammed once. That said, everything else was good. I liked the location, the area felt safe, there was a shop nearby, and the tram stop was very convenient. The building itself also felt secure, apart from the door lock issue.

The Art Series hotels by Accor, while a novel idea years ago, are getting tired and a bit worn down at heel. The Olsen might have started as the belle of Chapel Street but she is definitely showing her age and no longer comes off as the cool influencer. Part of the problem is Accor can't decide what this series wants to be -- luxury hotels with $21 granola or boutique on a budget. The towels are thin, the lighting dim, the amenities screwed to the wall. We were placed in an ”accessible” room, which is a tiresome trick by front desk personnel to those bothering to find a good deal on overpriced lodgings. Mediocre shower, deafening fan, wet floor and soulless vibe. Bare minimum for coffee in room. Looked out our window at the poor souls working in the office across the way as it was better than staring at the curious drapes. Lift your game, Accor.

Fai una nuotata nella piscina della struttura. Puoi anche dare un'occhiata a piscina sul tetto. Durante il tuo soggiorno, concediti una visita al sauna in loco. Mantieni il tuo programma di fitness visitando palestra.

Location - In the ”Little Italy” neighborhood, so many pizzerias and gelato spots are nearby. There's also a 7/11 across the street. The hotel is right on the outskirts of the CBD (so not too far), and there's a bus stop across the street that goes to the CBD. The location is good.
Room - Spacious, clean, and the wifi speed was good. The balcony in my room faced another building, but that wasn't a big issue for me- I don't use balconies that much. Lastly, I had my room cleaned each day.

Great stay in a super convenient location
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, quiet, and feels like a great balance between business-friendly and leisure-ready.
Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out, which always makes a big difference. Overall, great value for money in a central location. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne for work or a short city break 😊

TTina FeIl tappeto dell'hotel puzza, l'edificio è vecchio e ha bisogno di un sostituto totale di tappeto. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza. Ha un odore di biancheria ovunque. Dobbiamo aprire la finestra per farla andare via. La camera è decente e il bagno e il bagno sono separati dove non c'è una piscina a mano da usare dopo l'uso del bagno se qualcuno sta usando il doccia o il bagno. Adoro anche la posizione perché è vicino ai trasporti pubblici, a tram e negozi, anche alle università. La cucina è completa con utensili da cucina e pannolini. Sono disponibili gratis caffè, tè e latte. Le toilette sono state fornite 1 set di piccole bottiglie, ma siamo 4 persone prenotate.

La posizione è bella, così vicino a tutto e c'è un tram direttamente fuori dal fronte. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, tranquilla e molto convenientemente.
Non è l'appartamento più pulito che abbiamo mai soggiornato, ma è ragionevole per il prezzo.

RRitaXAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno qui. Il servizio era eccellente, e le risposte erano molto veloci. Molto consigliato! Ci sarebbe certamente rimasto qui quando visitare Melbourne. La posizione è conveniente, con facile accesso al trasporto, alimenti e shopping.

BBec143Ho soggiornato in numerosi appartamenti a Punt Hill nel corso dell'ultimo decennio, anche se è stato un po' da quando sono rimasto in uno.
Il nostro appartamento è stato spazioso, ma l'hotel è completamente sbloccato.
Le pareti nel bagno non erano molto pulite, né erano muffole e cuttery (lo faccio sempre un abitudine di pulire le cose prima di usarle!).
Ho finito di rimanere in hotel per lo più mentre ero malato con l'influenza, così ho notato che il wifi era molto brillante e intermittente anche così ha reso streaming spettacoli piuttosto difficile da vedere che ho finito solo usando il mio telefono.
I letti erano comunque comodi!
La posizione è anche fantastica, proprio nel cuore della città cinese e facilmente camminabile per posti.

UUtente ospiteSarebbe stato buono, tranne per le grandi finestre occidentali che si trovano a sinistra senza ciechi e per un sistema elettrico che spenga il condizionamento dell'aria quando nessuno è nella stanza. Così siamo arrivati a scaldare il calore, e un condizionatore d'aria che non raffredda davvero le camere da letto, e nessuna finestra o fan nella camera principale. La maggior parte delle altre cose erano buone, ma avere una camera confortevole è fondamentale e l'appartamento non è semplicemente creato per questo. Ci è piaciuto la posizione e la piscina. Non possiamo davvero parlare ai livelli di servizio perché non abbiamo chiesto, aspettato o ottenere nessuno. E' stato un po' frustrante che l'hotel abbia una prenotazione solo per 4 adulti quando abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per 2A+ 3C su trip.com ma chi sa chi è stato responsabile di questo.

Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

AAnuradha Ganesh (Anu)Spacious, hearthy and very comfortable stay. Right next to the famous 12 Apostles (10 min drive) it is extremely convenient for sunset and sunrise visits and also close by to so many other viewpoints on the last stretch of the Great Ocean road!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute home style unit, with all thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, car parking right next to the unit, nice sitout area in the back with a wooden bench. While there were only 2 of us, but we felt that this unit is great valu for money as it can easily accommodate a large family of 5-7 people (1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds and large couches in the living room)
Very warm & welcoming and definitely recommend if you're passing through Port Campbell!

UUtente ospiteI stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued!
At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”.
Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?!
When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused.
Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.
