Il tappeto dell'hotel puzza, l'edificio è vecchio e ha bisogno di un sostituto totale di tappeto. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza. Ha un odore di biancheria ovunque. Dobbiamo aprire la finestra per farla andare via. La camera è decente e il bagno e il bagno sono separati dove non c'è una piscina a mano da usare dopo l'uso del bagno se qualcuno sta usando il doccia o il bagno. Adoro anche la posizione perché è vicino ai trasporti pubblici, a tram e negozi, anche alle università. La cucina è completa con utensili da cucina e pannolini. Sono disponibili gratis caffè, tè e latte. Le toilette sono state fornite 1 set di piccole bottiglie, ma siamo 4 persone prenotate.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza, ma rapidamente abbiamo capito che non tutti gli studio qui sono creati uguali. Abbiamo ottenuto il più piccolo studio mentre abbiamo consultato il piano di piano. Non abbiamo chiesto un'altra stanza quando siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte, completamente stanchi, dopo un lungo ritardo di volo. Non c'era nessun forno, quindi nessun utensili da cucina, solo potevamo riscaldare le cose con la microonde. La posizione è vicino al Mercato di Queen Victoria, ma 2 fermate fuori dalla zona di tram libero, quindi è necessario pagare o camminare. La pulizia è solo ogni 3 notti.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

Ho soggiornato in numerosi appartamenti a Punt Hill nel corso dell'ultimo decennio, anche se è stato un po' da quando sono rimasto in uno. Il nostro appartamento è stato spazioso, ma l'hotel è completamente sbloccato. Le pareti nel bagno non erano molto pulite, né erano muffole e cuttery (lo faccio sempre un abitudine di pulire le cose prima di usarle!). Ho finito di rimanere in hotel per lo più mentre ero malato con l'influenza, così ho notato che il wifi era molto brillante e intermittente anche così ha reso streaming spettacoli piuttosto difficile da vedere che ho finito solo usando il mio telefono. I letti erano comunque comodi! La posizione è anche fantastica, proprio nel cuore della città cinese e facilmente camminabile per posti.

Sarebbe stato buono, tranne per le grandi finestre occidentali che si trovano a sinistra senza ciechi e per un sistema elettrico che spenga il condizionamento dell'aria quando nessuno è nella stanza. Così siamo arrivati a scaldare il calore, e un condizionatore d'aria che non raffredda davvero le camere da letto, e nessuna finestra o fan nella camera principale. La maggior parte delle altre cose erano buone, ma avere una camera confortevole è fondamentale e l'appartamento non è semplicemente creato per questo. Ci è piaciuto la posizione e la piscina. Non possiamo davvero parlare ai livelli di servizio perché non abbiamo chiesto, aspettato o ottenere nessuno. E' stato un po' frustrante che l'hotel abbia una prenotazione solo per 4 adulti quando abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per 2A+ 3C su trip.com ma chi sa chi è stato responsabile di questo.

Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

We stayed for one night and found the self-check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space for each car. The interior was a bit loud, with a ”school trip” or ”auntie style” vibe, but everything was functional. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the heating mats in the bed, which were a nice touch for the colder weather. Overall, it was a good, practical stay.

La stanza è spaziosa e ha tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Il maschio asiatico che guardava ricevente è stato molto utile. Ci rimarremo quando torneremo a Melbourne di nuovo

Sono rimasto a casa il 13 marzo 10, 2025, e c'è una banda di persone nere che hanno una festa durante la notte a casa 12. Non voglio discriminare le persone e ho usato la parola ”nero” per descrivere quel gruppo di persone quella notte.La musica è molto alta, e a volte ci sono battiti di tromba pesanti che si possono sentire la vibrazione dal pavimento, e a volte si possono sentire vibrazioni dal pavimento. Il muro della casa di casa divisa 13/12 è stato colpito e non ho mai pensato che nessuno potesse dormire in questa situazione. Anche mia moglie e io non potevano dormire, ma avevo paura perché erano giovani e potenti neri maschi. Alla fine, alle 2:00, abbiamo girato la luce e abbiamo aperto la cortina per dirgli di stare tranquilli dal nostro balcone 1/F quando tre di loro si sono battuti con una donna al tappeto comune. Alle 17:00 è piovendo, ma non posso più tollerare, sono andato a dirgli di stare zitto, per favore! Un grande nero alto (non marrone, molto nero) disse: ”Ti ho preso!”. Francamente, ero un po' spaventato.Ma cosa posso fare? Quando la ricezione si apre il giorno dopo (casa 1?), mi sono lamentata e ho chiesto un cambio di camera (casa in realtà). Le signore della ricezione sono molto amichevole e hanno detto che avevano segnalato alla polizia due volte quella notte per il rumore è troppo alto e che colpisce molti clienti che si trovano in diverse case quella notte, ma lo fanno anche indipendentemente dall'avvertimento della polizia. Secondo la ricezione, aveva già elencato nero questo cliente della prenotazione della catena hotel Quest a livello nazionale (Australia). Quando sono tornato all'hotel l'altro giorno, ho ricevuto una carta di ringraziamento per il permesso di ciò che è successo insieme a una bottiglia di vino per le inconvenienti causate. Anche se ho avuto un incubo in questo hotel, penso che sia un incidente di una volta, e continuerò a raccomandare questo appartamento di servizio.
