Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

Stayed in a two bedroom unit. The unit had a nice kitchen and well supplied for cooking. The washer and dryer were great and there were racks to hang clothes as well. The living area was good with lots of natural light. The unit sleeps up to five but only had comfortable livingroom seating for 4, the dining chairs were hard to sit on to watch TV or chat. Good location.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and extremely efficient in all my needs and inquiries. The housekeeping always makes my room new and clean. Location is at the city center which is convenient to all your needs and places to visit.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 giorni. Buona posizione se si vuole rimanere vicino al mercato vittoriano. Non lontano dalla zona principale. Vicino a ristoranti e tram (5-10min a piedi). L'appartamento è abbastanza grande per 2 adulti con bambini. Non abbiamo una stanza con vista. Non sono sicuri se hanno spazio con vista. Amiamo la piscina riscaldata 😄.

Hotel easy to find, check in ok, I had double booked so was able to get a refund pretty quickly. My fault so thanks Ctrip for organizing with no fees charged.. this hotel has a washing machine and a dryer. Gyms ok for a bit of a workout. Location handy as I had meetings the next day. Fridge, toaster kitchen well equipped. Could not get the wifi working. Not a fan of the QR code pdf download for the hotel information mainly because of the lack of information provided on tge finer details. Such as the 55th floor. This hotel is a short term rental complex from what we observed. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Everything is perfect, except the refrigerator can’t keep ice cream. Please don’t buy frozen items. We booked a room for 3. The room is spacious with an open kitchen. You can cook and enjoy meals with your beloved ones. The hotel is few steps away from the China town, plenty of restaurants. If you book tours from Klook, you can choose the pick up point at the Stamford hotel, 2 mins from the Mantra.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso, con cucina pulita e utensili, lavatrice interna e asciugatrice, letti confortevoli. Grande blocco di ciechi. Equipe utile e carina a mano. Parcheggio disponibile sul sito (tassa supplementare), posizione conveniente al tram libero. Camminare camicia Yo teatro distretto e Melbourne. Sicuramente rimarrebbe.

The room and the view were stunning. One of the best features of the hotel is that it comes with cabinets already stocked and loaded with dishes, silverware, etc. I've never seen a hotel do something like this before. Amazing. However, the room we stayed didn't have a fan in the bathroom. One of us came down with a stomach bug during our stay, and we had nothing to filter the air after using the toilet. It made the entire place stink, and nothing to do about it. Hopefully, at our next stay, we will be given a room with a working fan in the bathroom.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e, mentre le strutture erano decente, la posizione è stata una grande delusione. Anche se è stato annunciato come ”centralmente situato”, era molto lontano dalle principali attrazioni e convenienza, le opzioni di trasporto pubblico erano limitate, rendendo difficile raggiungere senza spendere soldi aggiuntivi per taxi o azioni di guida. Inoltre, la zona circostante si è sentita un po' isolata, con pochi ristoranti o negozi vicino, lasciandoci poco da fare in prossimità. Se stai cercando di esplorare la città o di godere di un ambiente più vivente, Mi consiglierei di guardare altrove.
