Hotel 4 stelle a Il Cairo

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

La stanza e le immagini possono essere detto completamente coerenti. La stanza è molto pulita. Ha un odore appena entrato nella porta e ha un senso di comodo.Abbiamo stabilito due camere da letto, due camere da letto, e un cortile molto largo, e la sala da pranzo è anche molto bella. La posizione è in centro città, vicino al Museo Egizio. Numerosi servizi sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Il famoso Koshary Abu Tarek è raggiungibile in 6 minuti a piedi. Le camere sono ben tenute. Il personale della reception è disponibile 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Sono ammessi ospiti di tutte le età e nazionalità. Suggerimento per il miglioramento: 1. Gli asciugamani devono essere forniti al momento del check-in e non su richiesta. 2. L'ascensore dovrebbe essere migliorato, perché mi è capitato più volte di rimanere bloccato all'interno a causa di un blackout. E spesso l'ascensore non funzionava perché la porta non era chiusa correttamente. Si prega di notare che l'ascensore non è gestito dal vostro ostello. Si prega di richiederlo al proprietario dell'edificio, poiché non è accettabile. 3. Si consiglia di installare un sistema di aria condizionata centralizzato. Chiunque può spegnere il condizionatore, disturbando gli altri.

Nel complesso, camere spaziose, buona colazione e una bella area piscina e avremmo fatto un bel viaggio solo se ci fossero stati cuscini più sottili. Sfortunatamente l'hotel aveva solo un tipo di cuscini ed erano piuttosto spessi e difficili da farci dormire comodamente e questo ha rovinato un po' l'esperienza. Questo è il motivo per cui tolgo una stella dai comfort. Avevamo una fantastica camera con vista sulla città e la foto mostra la vista con la torre del Cairo.

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..

Considerando il prezzo pagato per tre camere, oltre 100 dollari a notte, e considerando che si trattava di un Hilton, siamo rimasti estremamente delusi. La hall sembrava promettente e il personale era molto gentile. Tuttavia, le camere sembravano al limite del ******* e non sembravano pulitissime. C'erano corridoi strani e stanze a caso in cui dovevamo entrare prima di entrare nella camera d'albergo vera e propria. Beh, il personale è stato fantastico. Non posso dire che sia di livello o qualità Hilton e sono rimasto estremamente deluso. Considerando che Hilton è un marchio mondiale.

In sostanza, può essere un problema di comunicazione vocale, molte persone non parlano bene l'inglese.In generale, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono e molto amichevole.Il luogo è molto buono, conveniente ovunque. L'hotel è un po'vecchio, ma si può vedere l'ombra dell'antica profumo, con lo stile dei coloni britannici e turchi. La mia stanza è buona il primo giorno, il giorno dopo e il terzo giorno non so perche'profumo molto pesante stasera. Non fumo da solo, non so da dove provengo, forse la testa del letto.

The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, making it a best choice for travelers who are on short visit to or transit via Cairo. The facilities are outstanding with a well maintained swimming pool, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and with nice & attentive staffs. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. The hotel offers free shuttle service to all the departure terminals (once in 30 minutes for 24 hours) and the complimentary buffer breakfast was awesome with a wide spread of menu items.

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
