Hotel 4 stelle a Il Cairo

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

La stanza e le immagini possono essere detto completamente coerenti. La stanza è molto pulita. Ha un odore appena entrato nella porta e ha un senso di comodo.Abbiamo stabilito due camere da letto, due camere da letto, e un cortile molto largo, e la sala da pranzo è anche molto bella. 1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel

C'è stata una cosa davvero assurda. Dovevamo prendere un volo in transito, quindi avevamo prenotato due camere per mezza giornata per tre persone, di cui una coppia. Dato che avevo registrato solo due nomi sulla piattaforma Ctrip al momento del check-in, quando siamo andati a ritirare le chiavi ci hanno detto che, poiché l'altra persona non era nell'elenco del sistema, avremmo dovuto pagare un extra di 1700 sterline egiziane, che equivalgono a più di 300 RMB. Non avevo mai sentito una cosa del genere! Due camere, Ctrip ne aveva registrate solo due, ma in realtà eravamo in tre, e per di più solo per mezza giornata. In qualsiasi altro hotel, due camere per quattro persone sarebbero più che sufficienti, ma questo hotel ha addebitato un costo extra sostenendo che il numero effettivo di ospiti non corrispondeva a quello registrato online, chiamandola addirittura una loro regola. Ho provato a discutere, ma alla fine non ho avuto scelta e ho dovuto pagare. Questa regola bizzarra ha rovinato la mia impressione dell'Egitto e non ci tornerò più. Registrare una persona per una camera e poi far pagare oltre 50 dollari americani, cioè 1700 sterline egiziane, per un ospite extra nella stessa camera è qualcosa di inaudito! Compatrioti, fate attenzione a non cadere in questa trappola.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

Un'esperienza che non credo che succedera' di nuovo. Sono andato in camera, e non ho trovato forniture di bagno, né padelle, né spazzole, né forniture di consulenza, né pigeon, e dovevo chiederle. Non ho trovato un cavo per fare vestiti nel gabinetto, e sono sceso in molti apparecchi, e questo era il primo hotel in cui vivevo, e non ho trovato un cavo nella stanza. Quando ho chiesto il coltello, mi hanno detto che il coltello era nel dipartimento del Landry, e mi hanno preso i vestiti per il coltello, non per il lavaggio, e mi ha sorpreso che mi chiedessero il coltello, Nessuno mi ha mai detto che il coltello era un'ulteriore commissione. Il buffet è molto limitato, ma la varietà è deliziosa.

i stayed here twice. the first stay was decent, the room was much better than other hotel in Cairo, so i decided to book again. but the second time was really disappointing, the management could do much better. they started maintenance with extremely loud drilling at 8 AM, which woke me up in a very bad mood. then the housekeeping tried to enter my room suddenly after just a quick knock, without giving me any chance to answer the door. luckily, i had locked it, and i had to shout for him to leave. overall, a very bad experience, need much improvement.

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
