I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently clean, and the bed is very comfortable, making it easy to relax. There’s ample parking available, which is very convenient. The hotel is also family-friendly, with a kids’ room that’s great for children. I especially appreciate that the swimming pool is open until 10pm, giving more flexibility to unwind in the evening. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay every time.

Tanjung Tokong Point Residences è un bel posto per soggiornare, offrendo un grande valore per i soldi con un prezzo conveniente. L'intera unità è pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole, rendendolo ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Apprezzo in particolare l'atmosfera confortevole, che fa sentire la casa lontana da casa, ma un piccolo svantaggio è che l'ascensore può essere molto lento e le strutture igienico-sanitarie sono un po' limitate. Nonostante questi piccoli problemi, l'esperienza complessiva è ancora molto positiva, è un posto splendido e piacevole per rimanere, e lo consiglierei assolutamente agli altri.

Hotel is super clean and modern. Came with kitchen and microwave and dining table. Shower pressure was good and had hot water. The pool on the 36th floor whilst not huge, is very nice and refreshing and offers incredible views. It can get a tad crowded at times but its plenty big to enjoy. Check in was smooth, but the staff that check you in are not the staff that will help you with things you need. Your key card will have a phone number that you call when you need something. A bit confusing. Theres a shop for snacks and drinks in the lobby and the hotel is in a fantastic location near many hawkers, shops and sights. Theres free parking as well. Its one of the tallest buildings in the city so its easy to find. I’d definitely stay here again next time i’m in Penang.

all is good , 🙌🏻🙌🏻 but i would like to say no soundproof and also the lights is warm light, but overall is good and suitable for family trips , thank you

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo nella zona di Tanjung Tokong. L'hotel era abbastanza facile da trovare, ma a causa delle dimensioni della nostra auto, non siamo riusciti a usare il parcheggio con ascensore automatico. La camera era spaziosa e pulita! Ho apprezzato molto la disposizione e i servizi offerti all'interno. Ho trascorso una notte di riposo meraviglioso. Non ho utilizzato i servizi igienici, ma tutto il resto era bello. Il personale era cordiale ed efficiente. Un piccolo appunto: nonostante fosse disponibile un distributore d'acqua, non era disponibile l'opzione acqua calda. Nel complesso, tornerò se i prezzi degli hotel in città saranno alti.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Urban Suites. The unit was very modern and equipped with everything we needed for the family. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the security at the building made us feel safe. The location is strategic—easy to get to most tourist spots in Penang within 10–15 minutes. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay!

Really perfect stay. They even provide four pillows for each queen bed, which made the bed extremely comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and the room was cozy and relaxing. The only small issue was that during room service cleaning, the toilet paper was not refilled. Other than that, everything else was great. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

Location is good, right next to Gleneagles hospital, very convenient for doc appointments. The front desk was not so friendly though. Unit was good, rooms were nice, but there was no clothes hanging rack provided eventhough there was washing machine. So we had to find something else to use for hanging the washed clothes. TV got a big crack on it, so could not use TV at all. Not to mention TV was not a smart TV, unlike many other units in Mansion One. Will not recommend this unit to anyone, with that price you could get better option in Mansion One.
