We were in this hotel Apartment.We enjoyed our holiday there.🤣 Good ✔️: 1.Open the door can we see the ocean .All stress go away . 2.The room has a seiling fan , and we can use the remote control to adjust the speed /strength 3.The room has a kitchen table .boil the water for tea and coffee 4.The drinking water is filtered by 3M 5.The hotel room is clean ,the bed cover and pillow covers are with pleasant smell. 6.We have enquires ,they will answer so quick . send the technician to the room quick and they are so organized. 7.The hotel representatives are command good English 8.Swimming pool is not really big but the view is super good. 9.There are free towels in the swimming area 10.Most of the sraffs and security guides are friendly . 11.There is a convenient shop right bear the hotel 🤗 Improvement 😉: 1.There is a paper slip tray showed that we need to close the windows as there is an insect that will bite people, make us infectious. It is better to add How We Should Do if We have infect bite . 2.There are some days they offer free housekeeping .The housekeeping will go to the room and tidy up without you notice . 3.Because we booked the small room ,there is no cooking utensils in the kitchen .We can only boil some water for cup noodles . 4.If there is a microwave provided ,that would be nice . Overall we have a nice trip by this hotel Apartment.😂

The service was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. My room had faulty lighting and a malfunctioning water heater. When the technician checked, he informed me that the issue was due to incorrect wiring and that he couldn’t fix it. As a result, I was moved to another room on a different floor. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take a shower the entire morning and had to cancel my appointment. I had to pack my belongings and relocate on my own, as no porter assistance was provided. The duty manager who handled my complaint was a young lady who seemed like a fresh graduate. While she was polite, she lacked the training and experience to manage such situations effectively. Her only response was to apologize. Since this is a new building, ongoing renovations in many units created constant noise. I was surprised that management allowed renovations even on weekends, starting as early as 9 a.m. Additionally, loud piped music played along the apartment corridors throughout the day. It was disruptive, especially in the early morning, making it difficult to rest. The repetitive music continued until late evening, giving the place the atmosphere of a low-end supermarket rather than a comfortable stay. I hope the management will conduct thorough wiring inspections before a guest suffers a fatal electrical shock from a faulty water heater.

We loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking. It was a great option especially for family with kids. What we loved about this house: 1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys. 2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms. 3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.) 4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa. 5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues. 6) Very nice view especially at night. 7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security. 8) Easy check in and early check out. 9) Housekeeping is available upon request. 10) Food servings option is also available. Some improvement suggestions: 1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall). 2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time. 3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor). 4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!

(Real guest review) I really had a wonderful experience with my family at Stylish 2BR at Urban Suite for two days. The room is just nice for 5-6 people to stay in. You can have a great city view, especially at night, everything just falls into your eyes. However, I had to ”stick” to the window to see the sea view because the sea is on my right side (for the room that I stayed in). Besides, every necessary thing was well prepared (like shampoo, cup, spoon, fork, hair dryer, washing machine and so on). You can even cook in the house! Moreover, for TV, they got the Disney Hotstar member so you may watch the movie that you like (although some movies are not available). What I really love is the facilities, particularly the infinite swimming pool. There, you can have a fantastic sea view. It was really relaxing there. The facilities also include a gym room, basketball court, and some more. Overall, I would highly recommend you all to stay in this accommodation. :) The price is still OK lah for this.

This place has the nicest ambiance and a relaxing feel to it. Although it is quite old and rather tired, requiring upgrade and maintenance, it certainly has seen more glorious days in the past! The kids enjoyed all the facilities here! Restaurant menu needs to be added more variants so guest could choose to dine here though food are abundance in the area.

My stay Urban Suites at was fantastic, and the self-check-in process made it even better! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to settle in seamlessly without any hassle, even though I arrived late in the afternoon. The property itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the attention to detail was impressive. What I loved most was the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. The self-check-in system gave me the freedom to come and go as I pleased. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and local amenities. It was the perfect base for exploring while still offering a quiet and peaceful retreat. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The self-check-in feature made everything so smooth, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. 5/5 stars!
