The room was clean and comfortable but there were no full length mirror and ironing facilities in the room. Have to go to another level to iron your clothes which is very inconvenient. Furthermore the room where they place the iron is very hot, no fan or aircond there. And no place to hang your ironed clothes if you have more than one.

Stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The house was clean, well-maintained, and everything was as described. Check-in process was smooth and easy to follow. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended. Will consider staying here again in the future 👍

Amo la stanza con vista sugli oceani. Il rom è pulito ma c’era un odore nella stanza. Non so cosa fosse. Anche il mio cuscino aveva un odore, l’odore era piuttosto forte! quindi ho avuto un momento difficile per dormire.   Il profumo è stato ottenuto dai predecessori che usavano un certo tipo di olio !!!! Tuttavia, amate la vista della stanza e il personale dell'hotel, le guardie dell'hotel, sono tutti molto carini. amate la piscina infinita anche se non l'ho usato, ma sembra molto carino.

Nice unblock views from the studio flat. Room size is good enough for only two people. Sofa bed is very dirty and towels are very used and old. No shampoo provided. Only provides 2 in 1 type for hair and body. Two air con blower provided. One is noisy and the one leaks when on for too long. A lot of room for improvement. Owner is fast to response to whatsapp message.

Hotel is super clean and modern. Came with kitchen and microwave and dining table. Shower pressure was good and had hot water. The pool on the 36th floor whilst not huge, is very nice and refreshing and offers incredible views. It can get a tad crowded at times but its plenty big to enjoy. Check in was smooth, but the staff that check you in are not the staff that will help you with things you need. Your key card will have a phone number that you call when you need something. A bit confusing. Theres a shop for snacks and drinks in the lobby and the hotel is in a fantastic location near many hawkers, shops and sights. Theres free parking as well. Its one of the tallest buildings in the city so its easy to find. I’d definitely stay here again next time i’m in Penang.

Il bagno era immacolato, con una forte pressione dell'acqua e una temperatura costante dell'acqua calda e fredda. Articoli da toeletta e asciugamani erano completamente forniti. I servizi dell'hotel erano ottimi. La piscina al 15° piano offre una splendida vista sulla città e sulla baia. Sono disponibili anche una palestra, lavatrici, distributori automatici e asciugamani. Questo hotel è perfetto per le famiglie, le camere sono grandi e pulite. C'è un distributore d'acqua, un piano cottura a induzione e un frigorifero; sarebbe stato perfetto con una lavatrice. Anche se non c'è la colazione, la mattina basta attraversare la strada per trovare una tradizionale tavola calda dove ho visto molti impiegati fare colazione. Sotto l'hotel c'è anche un piccolo supermercato, super comodo. La cosa più soddisfacente è la piscina all'ultimo piano e la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi una strada piena di ottimo cibo. I bambini possono passare ore nella piscina all'ultimo piano. La sera, si può passeggiare tranquillamente e mangiare durian e spuntini locali. Ci sono diversi 'hawker stalls' (bancarelle di cibo). Fantastico! Ah, il personale della reception al piano terra è super gentile. Sarebbe meglio portarsi le ciabatte, qui forniscono solo pantofole monouso molto sottili. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel ci sono il Museo di Penang e il Sun Yat Sen Memorial Centre, raggiungibili a piedi. C'è anche il famoso char kway teow, ma bisogna fare una lunga fila per mangiarlo.
