We enjoyed a wonderful staycation here. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. Great for a quiet break and quality time. Highly recommended.

Purtroppo per me non sono riuscito a rimanere qui, perché mi è stato detto che questo non era disponibile dopo averlo prenotato. Anche se mi sono ridiretto ad un altro alloggio in un luogo diverso non lontano dallo stesso ospite, questo è a mezzanotte e non potevo dire no, perché ero stanco di viaggiare. Dove sono rimasto non è stato lo stesso offerto da questa prenotazione, ma l'ospite ha fatto il suo meglio per accogliermi al meglio della sua capacità, anche migliorando la mia stanza il giorno dopo e permettendomi di controllare molto tardi come il mio volo era alle 11:00. Anche se non ha funzionato inizialmente, è stato alla fine. Le foto sono dalla stanza aggiornata.

La posizione è vicino al mio piacere. Tutto quello che serve in uno studio con amministrazioni

This is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Shore Residences. La posizione è eccellente, con facile accesso ai negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni vicine. Il prezzo è stato ragionevole e offre un buon valore per la posizione. L’unità era in generale confortevole e soddisfaceva le mie aspettative, ma l’attrezzatura della cucina poteva essere migliorata. C’era solo un panino fritto disponibile, che rendeva la cucina difficile e scomoda per gli ospiti che preferivano preparare il proprio pasto. Il servizio è stato accettabile, anche se vi è spazio per migliorare la reazione e il supporto degli ospiti. In generale, mi sono divertito per la grande posizione e il prezzo ragionevole. Con alcuni miglioramenti nelle strutture e nella qualità del servizio, l'esperienza potrebbe essere ancora migliore. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui in futuro.

Tutto era perfetto 💯 def il meglio. Le viste sono sorprendenti e buona posizione per un volo precoce dal momento che è più vicino all’aeroporto. Tuttavia, la situazione dell'ascensore era terribile, doveva aspettare più di 5 minuti per un ascensore, perché gli altri non lavoravano che era terribile IVA e il fornitore di camera poteva fornire acqua per gli ospiti almeno. Altrimenti tutto era grande 💯

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

Questa stanza è molto grande! Molto bene! E la vista è molto bella! Puoi vedere la vista notturna dell'intero Venice Mall! Lo scenario è come la Venezia di Macao! È molto comodo andare su bgc! Alta sicurezza! C'è una piscina e una palestra al piano di sotto

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Questo hotel mi è piaciuto moltissimo! Il personale è davvero attento. Il letto è così comodo che non volevo andarmene. La posizione è fantastica. Basta letteralmente attraversare la strada per andare a Greenbelt. Mi piacerebbe tornarci alla mia prossima visita a Manila. Anche il buffet è buono! I piccoli dettagli sul buffet filippino sul tetto sono perfetti. Rende l'esperienza molto migliore
