Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Il posto è davvero bello. E' davvero pulito e confortevole. Bene per le famiglie, anche. Triste che non siamo riusciti a godere della piscina durante il soggiorno a causa del cattivo tempo. Spero che presto avranno parcheggio moto e più comodi negozi.

The Studio 18 Residences in Pasig is a solid contender that mostly succeeds, offering excellent value for money, but falls just shy of a perfect 10 due to some small, yet noticeable, inconsistencies in the facility and experience. This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10. The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

Questa è la mia seconda notte al Lanson. Dopo la grande esperienza della prima notte, ho deciso di cancellare un'altra prenotazione e di prolungare il soggiorno qui. Questa volta, prenoto una stanza con il Lanson Club (salone esecutivo) per provare. In verità, il costo aggiuntivo non è davvero di valore. Anche se il personale è gentile, amichevole e utile come sempre, ci sono molto poche opzioni di cibo e bevande nel salone (confrontate con le sale di altri hotel che ho vissuto). La vista dal polmone è anche limitata (vedi foto). L'opzione di cibo come il colazione nella foto è anche molto limitata. Mi accade che Lanson Place potrebbe essere una buona opzione per le camere ordinarie, ma non per le camere esecutive. Forse la W/D in camera sarebbe qualcosa che apprezzo, ma non vale certo il costo molto più alto.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Shore Residences. La posizione è eccellente, con facile accesso ai negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni vicine. Il prezzo è stato ragionevole e offre un buon valore per la posizione. L’unità era in generale confortevole e soddisfaceva le mie aspettative, ma l’attrezzatura della cucina poteva essere migliorata. C’era solo un panino fritto disponibile, che rendeva la cucina difficile e scomoda per gli ospiti che preferivano preparare il proprio pasto. Il servizio è stato accettabile, anche se vi è spazio per migliorare la reazione e il supporto degli ospiti. In generale, mi sono divertito per la grande posizione e il prezzo ragionevole. Con alcuni miglioramenti nelle strutture e nella qualità del servizio, l'esperienza potrebbe essere ancora migliore. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui in futuro.

the room is great its just that sa sink part medjo malansa yung amoy parang hindi masyado nalinis. Yung staff naman sa looby 2 female employee yung isa is masungit and di masyado accommodating but overall stay is great I would rate it as 8/10.

Non siamo soddisfatti con il nostro 3 notti soggiorno, posizione e strutture è grande, prenota feb 2 -5, pulire solo una volta, in realtà non pulire solo cambiando le linee e gli asciugamani, chiedo i materiali per pulire i bagni e il bagno di cazzo, ma il puliziatore non dice nulla, il Feb 4 1:50 l'elettricità è stata interrotta a causa della disattivazione. Il proprietario non paga da settembre 2024. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, anche se la Torre 2 1 è una bella residenza, può provare altri proprietari del condo solo non a questa Casa di Wu soggiorno agen. Ma mi piace l'atmosfera di guardie della Shore2 Tower1 e ricevitori sono alloggiati,.Abbiamo una bella vista dal balcone.

★★★★☆ 4.2/5 Prince Plaza II Condotel is one of those places that knows exactly what it is and doesn’t pretend to be anything else. Its greatest strength is undoubtedly its location. Situated in the heart of Makati and just a block away from Ayala Avenue, it strikes a pleasant balance between accessibility and quiet. You’re close enough to be in the middle of everything, yet tucked away from the busiest streets. Greenbelt, countless restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options are literally just a short walk away. For travelers looking to unwind after a long day, there are several massage establishments nearby, and even in-house massage services are available, making it particularly convenient for guests staying a few days or longer. The building itself is undeniably old. Not neglected, not unsafe, and certainly not dilapidated—but old in the way many well-built structures are. You can tell it has decades behind it. In fact, it feels like one of those older buildings that have simply endured better than some newer developments. If you’re expecting sleek contemporary aesthetics, this may not be your first choice. If you’re primarily interested in practicality and location, the age becomes less important. The elevator situation deserves mention. During my stay, only one elevator was operational while another was undergoing upgrades. The functioning elevator is manually operated and has a charmingly old-school character—including a ceiling fan. Surprisingly, it was more efficient than elevators in some much newer buildings I’ve visited. Guests simply contact reception when they need the elevator to stop at their floor. It sounds unusual on paper but worked smoothly in practice. The room itself was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and functional. The shower, toilet, and sink were all well-maintained with reliable water pressure and both hot and cold water available. The air-conditioning cooled the room effectively, Wi-Fi was dependable, and the television offered a respectable selection of channels. I also appreciated the practical amenities: a stove with kitchen ventilation, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an in-room safety box. The windows face the courtyard side of the property, allowing natural daylight into the room. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. If your priority is finding a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to rest while spending most of your time exploring Makati, I would happily recommend Prince Plaza II Condotel. In fact, given its location and room amenities, it could also work quite well for longer stays.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
