In primo luogo, vorrei dire che il personale era amichevole e amichevole, ma la cosa era di verificare e di uscire troppo a lungo, perché non avevano la propria tavola o il posto per trattare i documenti. Il posto era più grande di quello che prenotevo prima.La stanza ha un doppio ponte e un letto doppio.Era pulito e il letto è comodo. Volevo solo consigliare di aggiornare il cuoco in induzione, era vecchio e raffinato che sprecava elettricità. Forniscono dormitori per 4 persone. Devi portare il tuo shampoo e i bagni. Se hai bisogno di pulizia e aiuto solo informare il personale. Non è raccomandata alcuna aggiornamento

Guardando indietro al nostro tempo al Airbnbit non era solo circa il luogo, ma i ricordi che facevamo sotto quel tetto. Così grato abbiamo avuto quel spazio per rilassarsi e solo stare insieme. Certamente un soggiorno per i libri di record!

If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. L'hotel è stato molto ben conservato, ben pulito, confortevole e ben mantenuto. Una delle cose che più si è resa conto era la gente incredibile, tutti così amichevoli, benvenuti, e sempre ci hanno salutati con un sorriso ogni volta che passiamo. Il servizio e l’ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire molto bene guardati durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Abbiamo anche amato il buffet per colazione, i pasti pomeriggio e le bevande pre-pranzo, così bellissime eccellenze che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.La piscina infinita era un'altra attenzione, con una bella vista e un'atmosfera rilassante. In generale, abbiamo avuto una così bella e memorabile esperienza a Lanson Place. Si sentiva davvero come una casa lontana da casa, e sicuramente torneremo la prossima volta che siamo a Manila. Molto raccomandato! ❤️

L'unica cosa che non mi piace è il servizio Wi-Fi senza segnale. Non mi piace stare in un posto senza segnale Wi-Fi. Quando ho contattato l'assistenza, non hanno potuto fare nulla per ripristinare il segnale Wi-Fi. Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️

The building is located at the heart of makati. Its a quick walk to Greenbelt. Walk a bit more to the other side and you can explore the Salcedo and Legazpi weekend Markets. Only drawback is the Lift (elevator) that is still going through repairs. Takes awhile to get up and down.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
