We had a great stay. Staffs are friendly. Didnt had a hard time communicating because most of the staffs can speak english, they even have a pinoy staff, indian and thai. The place felt like a home. Location was great less than 5 minutes walk to a train station a 2 minute walk to a convenience store. They even help us book a taxi on our check out because we where having issues booking on the app. The room was big. The room has also a dining table where 4 people can eat. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family and family :)

Eravamo tre adulti in Giappone e il nostro soggiorno al Daffitto Oshiage I è stato fantastico. Avendo viaggiato spesso in Giappone, eravamo abituati a hotel più piccoli dove bisognava sempre mettere le valigie sotto i letti. Invece, al Daffitto Oshiage I, avevamo spazio a sufficienza per tre valigie grandi e tre più piccole. In generale, devo ammettere che l'alloggio è molto più grande di quanto sembri nelle foto. C'è una camera da letto separata che può essere chiusa con una porta scorrevole. Un ampio soggiorno con cucina integrata (dove due adulti possono dormire). Poi c'è un'altra porta che conduce al corridoio. Dal corridoio, c'è una porta per il bagno con lavandino integrato. Poi c'è un ingresso per le scarpe e un'uscita. E infine, una porta per il bagno. Per arrivare al bagno, si entra prima in una sorta di anticamera con lavandino e lavatrice, e una porta separata per la doccia e la vasca. Devo dire che un alloggio così grande a un prezzo così basso è incredibile. Un'esperienza davvero da 10/10. L'unico inconveniente era che bisognava camminare per 15-20 minuti per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana più vicina, ma non era un problema.

В ней было все необходимое для проживания большой компанией: два душа, принадлежности для умывания и ванны, стиральная машина с моющими средствами, принадлежности для чистки обуви, утюг, небольшая гладильная доска и прочие хозяйственные мелочи. Располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Асакуса и примерно 10-15 минутах ходьбы до ближайшей станции метро, рядом несколько магазинов 7/11, несколько кафе и баров Единственный минус - нужно поднимать багаж по не очень просторной лестнице на 3 этаж, но, в целом, это терпимо

Finding the place was a breeze – clear instructions and a distinctive exterior made it instantly recognizable. 2. Thoughtful, Characterful Interior Design This is no cookie-cutter hostel. The owner has poured genuine creativity into every corner – vintage posters, handmade handpicked furniture, and an artsy blend of retro and modern elements. I booked a single bed this time, but unlike the typical 10-square-meter hotel boxes in Tokyo, my space felt genuinely roomy. I could stretch out, lay open my suitcase, and still have floor space to do morning stretches – a rare luxury for solo travelers. 3. Fully Equipped – With Surprising Extras The amenities go way beyond basics. A full kitchen with cookware, a washing machine. But the real delight? The owner’s personal toy collection scattered around – retro figures, board games, and quirky knickknacks to tinker with. And the crown jewel: a vintage record player with a curated vinyl selection, plus a compact DJ setup. I spent one evening spinning tracks with the host personal collections – an unforgettable Tokyo memory. 4. The Host – Warm, Witty, and Genuinely Sociable The owner is the heart of this place. They greet every guest like an old friend, share honest food recommendations for the local alleyways (I tried three of his tips – all phenomenal), and even bring their little dog down to the common area in some evenings. We’d gather around, sip drinks, chat about life, and laugh at their stories. It’s that rare blend of hospitality and authenticity that you can’t book – it just happens. Who Would Love This Place? Solo adventurers who crave connection but value their own space. Digital nomads needing room to work and relax. Music lovers, design nerds, and anyone tired of sterile hotel chains. If you’re traveling alone in Japan and actually want to make friends – over a shared meal, a vinyl crackle, or a dog’s gentle nudge – this is your spot. Highly, highly recommended.

Per essere una guesthouse, i servizi e le strutture sono piuttosto completi. Assicuratevi di portare le vostre pantofole usa e getta, dentifricio e spazzolino da denti; queste due guesthouse non li forniscono! Dentifricio e spazzolini da denti possono essere acquistati nelle farmacie e nei minimarket vicini, ma le pantofole non sono disponibili. Al piano inferiore, ci sono un 7-Eleven e un FamilyMart, oltre alla famosa caffetteria Unison su internet. Nelle vicinanze troverete anche ramen, Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC e yakitori. Potete cercare cibo a Ningyocho su XHS. Ci sono tre linee della metropolitana: la linea Asakusa, la linea Hibiya e la linea Hanzomon, il che la rende molto comoda sia per gli spostamenti che per la vita quotidiana. Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi è raggiungibile a piedi, offrendo negozi di lusso e notevolmente meno affollati di Ginza. Disneyland è a circa 50 minuti di metropolitana e l'aeroporto di Haneda è a 45 minuti di metropolitana, senza bisogno di cambi.

Si trattava di un viaggio in famiglia, con quattro persone nella stessa stanza. Lo spazio e l'ambiente generale erano ottimi. Il WC, il bagno e il lavandino erano separati, quindi non c'era il rischio che fossero occupati prima della nostra partenza. La camera 402 ha un letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata autonoma. L'altro letto singolo è in comune con il soggiorno e la cucina. Il divano letto può essere aperto e trasformato in un letto singolo, e ripiegato quando non utilizzato, aumentando lo spazio. Sono stati forniti shampoo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo. Asciugamani e teli da bagno possono essere lavati dopo l'uso; gli ospiti devono ricordarsi di portare il proprio detersivo per il bucato e le grucce. Le grucce sono abbastanza grandi solo per i cappotti, quindi ho portato le mie grucce per il bucato. La cucina è dotata di forno a microonde, detersivo per i piatti, una spugna, una padella, una cuociriso elettrica, un lavello, coltelli, forbici, ciotole, piatti, bacchette, una spatola e un cucchiaio. Il frigorifero e il congelatore sono separati, con ampio spazio di stoccaggio, e c'è anche una cappa aspirante separata: è molto ben attrezzata. Durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro giorni, abbiamo cucinato hot pot e noodles istantanei, e anche scaldato latte e pane. I servizi sono molto comodi. Gli unici inconvenienti sono la mancanza di un pelapatate e tutte le stoviglie sono in plastica PP, il che mi rende un po' a disagio nel tenere in mano cibi molto caldi o nel riscaldarli nel microonde. Inoltre, mancano gli strofinacci. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole; un fantastico hotel in stile appartamento.

Hotel eccellente... appartamento su due livelli, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto... l'appartamento ha tutto il necessario... WC, doccia, vasca da bagno, lavatrice, bollitore, fornelli, stoviglie, frigorifero, Wi-Fi, TV... zona molto pulita e tranquilla, con molti negozi, supermercati e caffè nelle vicinanze... la metropolitana è a 5 minuti a piedi... lo consiglio vivamente!

Il vantaggio più grande è prendere il treno di accesso direttamente dall'aeroporto di Chengdao alla stazione di convivenza. Prima di avere un elicottero dall'uscita A5, arrivare un minuto prima, se da altre uscite, scendere sulle scale. Circa dieci minuti di distanza dalla torre di aria.Circa quindici minuti di passo dalla prateria di aria. La zona è pulita, facile da usare quando il bagno e il bagno sono separati. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo e il letto di stoffa è più vecchio. Solo una tavola e un paio di cuscinetti. Nessuna scarpa. La TV è solo una schermata, non puoi aprire niente per vedere YouTube. Il meno insoddisfatto è che dopo aver fatto check-in tre giorni fa, non ho inviato la password della stanza, pensando che riceverai e-mail dopo le 4 del giorno, ma non l'ho.Alla fine, solo per inviare e-mail per cercare. Solo per circa mezz'ora ho ricevuto la password della chiave elettronica e ho disturbato il divj per più di un'ora prima di entrare nella stanza. Oltre a sprecare tempo, ci rende molto più disturbati e dolci.

Crucial Tip for Future Guests: A vital piece of advice for anyone booking this property: your locker number IS your room number. The Incident: I was assigned the wrong room because the wrong key was placed in my designated locker. Because I ended up staying in a different room type than the one I originally booked, I cannot fairly review or rate the affordability and value-for-money of my specific booking. Service Recovery and Staff Handling: While operational mistakes happen, the staff's handling of the situation and their service recovery were deeply disappointing. The error was only addressed on the very last night of my stay, after I had already been checked in and settled for a few nights. Instead of taking responsibility and managing the recovery on their end, the staff repeatedly pressured me to pack up and move out to the ”correct” room. When I tried to cooperate politely to help them understand the situation, the staff lacked basic appreciation. At one point, a staff member actually snatched my room keys away to try and force the issue. Ultimately, I managed to reason my way out of it and did not move to the other room. However, the damage was already done. This poorly handled situation and the staff's insistence caused a full one-hour delay to my day's schedule, not to mention the potential inconvenience caused to the other customer affected by their mix-up. Final Thoughts: Given the significant one-hour delay and disruption to my schedule, I initially considered pursuing compensation. However, I know the service industry is a tough job, and I have chosen to forgive the staff involved. My intention in writing this is to urge the management to bring this review back for an internal retrospective. The operations team needs to learn how to seamlessly manage their own errors without transferring the burden to the customer. I wish the team all the best and genuinely hope they make the necessary improvements to their operations.
