Extremely warm and welcoming reception staff. There was construction noise at night due to road works which was totally out of the hotels control, however, the staff Ms Ly was still so apologetic and kept offering free drinks and fruits to make up for it! Special thanks to Ms Ly and Ms Thanh for being so friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Would love to come back next time for a longer stay!

The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is still not complete. A lot of construction still on-going. The first room we checked-in was not finished. Even the blinds/curtains on the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was missing. Totally disappointing! But, I would give full marks to the manager and the front office team. They were very courteous, and helpful. They facilitate an early checkin without even asking! They were personally checking and helping with every small details of our stay, travel itinerary, tour bookings, food, etc. They were very cooperative and more than willing to offer complimentary cabs and drinks when we let them know about the disappointments around the room quality and facilities. To summarise, what was started off as a bad experience was turned into an memorable stay by a highly professional, friendly team!!

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.
