Hotel con balcone a Hanoi

L'hotel vanta una posizione superba, con attrazioni, ristoranti e centri massaggi tutti raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione viene servita al decimo piano ed è varia e deliziosa! La spa dell'hotel è altamente raccomandata; provate il trattamento Signature Therapy: i terapisti sono incredibilmente competenti! 👍❤️ C'è anche uno sconto del 30% tra le 10:00 e le 14:00. Ma soprattutto, tutto il personale dell'hotel è eccezionalmente cordiale, sia nella hall, che nei ristoranti o nella spa. Questo hotel merita sicuramente di essere consigliato!

The place is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. Both the accommodation itself and the surrounding area gave me a sense of security. The facilities are complete, and it’s conveniently located close to a supermarket. I highly recommend staying here!

I’ve been to Hanoi a few times and hotel service here is generally good, but Solaria truly stood out for us from the moment we stepped in, all the way to when we left and were warmly sent off by the porter. The level of service was impeccable. The hotel itself was excellent, cleanliness, welcome drinks, snacks, and overall comfort were all on point. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. A special shoutout to two wonderful staff members who made our stay even more memorable: 1. Daria: During breakfast, we asked about the special chili salt powder served with fruits (it was amazingly tasty!). Daria not only explained where we could get it from a local mart, but also thoughtfully packed some in a container for us to bring home. Funny enough, we loved it so much that we bought fresh mango that same night and finished everything immediately! 2. Lily (Reception): We would like to give our heartfelt compliments to her, who assisted us from our first day to the last. She brought us on a room tour, polite, friendly, and answered all our typical tourist questions with ease. As we had requested a high floor, we were assigned one of the highest floors in the hotel. Lily thoughtfully informed us that the restaurant is located right above and operates until 10pm, so there might be slight noise until then. She checked if we were light sleepers and offered us the option to change to a lower floor for the remaining nights if it became an issue. The next morning at breakfast, she personally checked in with us again regarding the room, and it turned out to be perfectly fine for us, we didn’t notice much noise as we were still awake around that time. Since this was our anniversary trip (which I had indicated in the hotel remarks), our room was beautifully decorated with towel-shaped swans and rose petals, a really lovely touch. The next morning at breakfast, after our meal, Lily came by and presented us with a specially made coconut pandan pudding dessert. She shared that it was prepared for us today as we seemed a little tired from traveling the day before. During breakfast as well, Lily brought up about our request with housekeeping team for a firm pillow from the night before. Although we were initially told only one type was available, she took the initiative to explain and said she would try to source one for us. That very night, I received a firm pillow, truly thoughtful service. Lily also helped us plan our travel time to the airport, offered to assist with booking the hotel spa via her personal contact, and gave fantastic local food recommendations like cháo sườn with quẩy and rượu (sadly the shop was closed when we arrived, but it’s definitely on my list for my next trip to Hanoi). What really stood out is how Lily picks up on small cues and chooses the right moment to communicate, making everything feel very natural and personalized rather than forced. There was even more she helped us with along the way, always attentive and proactive, which really made a difference to our stay. To top it all off, during checkout, we were gifted local souvenirs, Trung Nguyen coffee drip filter and coffee powder, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, an outstanding stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi 🩷

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, vicinissimo al lago Hoan Kiem e circondato da ristoranti, bar e supermercati, il che lo rende molto comodo. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente; il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e accogliente. La colazione era deliziosa, fresca e pulita. Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi, molto probabilmente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

Il Manevi Premier Hotel è stato uno degli hotel più memorabili del mio intero viaggio. Dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono rimasto colpito dal design degli interni. Ogni spazio è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una raffinatezza squisita. L'attenzione al particolare è semplicemente eccezionale, conferendo all'hotel un'atmosfera elegante, sofisticata e incredibilmente accogliente. La mia camera era arredata con gusto impeccabile, estremamente confortevole. Ogni elemento, dalla scelta dei materiali all'illuminazione e all'arredamento, rifletteva un gusto raffinato. È il tipo di hotel in cui si ha davvero piacere di trascorrere del tempo, non solo di dormire. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio di Hanoi, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, pur offrendo un'atmosfera tranquilla in cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa trascorsa a esplorare. Il personale merita una menzione speciale. Sono sempre stati cordiali, professionali e sinceramente premurosi, facendomi sentire benvenuto durante tutto il soggiorno. La loro gentilezza e l'attenzione ad ogni dettaglio hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Se apprezzate gli hotel boutique con una splendida architettura, interni raffinati e un'ospitalità eccezionale, il Manevi Premier Hotel è un vero gioiello. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque visiti Hanoi.

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.

Questo è un hotel nel centro di Hanoi, molto vicino al Lago dell'Ovest. La stazione degli autobus di My Dinh e la stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi distano 15 minuti di taxi. Ci vuole un'ora per arrivare dall'aeroporto all'hotel a causa del traffico notoriamente intenso di Hanoi. Il personale della reception dell'hotel era cordiale, parlava inglese e un po' di cinese. Anche il personale del ristorante era cordiale e il pho era piuttosto buono. Le camere erano ben attrezzate, ma un po' vecchie. L'effetto rinfrescante del frigorifero era limitato e l'asciugacapelli era solo mediocre. Il bar sul tetto era carino e la palestra era ben attrezzata. Non ho provato la piscina perché l'acqua era fredda. La pulizia era accettabile. Non so se sia dovuto al caldo e all'umidità di Hanoi o a un problema di ventilazione, ma l'intero hotel e le camere avevano un leggero odore di umido. Era molto meglio con l'aria condizionata accesa. Tuttavia, l'hotel dovrebbe controllare gli asciugamani da bagno: uno aveva un forte odore oleoso e rancido. La colazione era molto buona, con pho di manzo in stile vietnamita, baguette e alcuni prodotti tipici della colazione occidentale. Il caffè era eccellente. Infine, la zona circostante sembra essere una zona residenziale con molti piccoli ristoranti e un mercato locale, ma pochissime persone parlano inglese, cinese o coreano. In sintesi, questo è un hotel eccellente per la sua fascia di prezzo, perfetto per i backpacker come noi che amano esplorare la città a piedi. Ci tornerei volentieri in futuro.

La camera era pulita e temperata, e disponeva di tutte le strutture operative, il servizio era amichevole e le strutture all'interno dell'hotel erano molto buone, con la chiusura di biciclette gratuite/pool/studio e così via. Conosciamo la posizione in anticipo, ma dovrebbe essere considerato da altri come circa 20-30 minuti dal centro. Ciò ha detto che ci è anche un autobus gratuito 4 volte al giorno che abbiamo ottenuto. In generale, quindi raccomandato.

I’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

Abbiamo prenotato due camere in questo hotel. L'altra era più grande e più spaziale dell'altra. Le due camere avevano problemi con i loro AC. Tuttavia, bella e gentile personale e posizione era vicino ai luoghi turistici.
