Location is perfect with most ”things to do” within walking distance. Rooms are quite clean and new. Breakfast buffet spread is decent with salad, bread, hot dishes, pho, juices and other things to choose from. Security is quite helpful even if his English is limited. One thing i didn't enjoy was, i added more nights and received confirmation from trip. But, the reception said that the rooms was fully booked and they can't see my reservation yet. They did come back with my reservation eventually but, it's not helpful. This happened multiple times, as i extended multiple times. Please take time to check before notifying the guests. Also it would be great if they can provide umbrella in every room.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite familiare 502. La stanza è grande e bellissima! Dispone di finestre e di un piccolo balcone, il che è comodo. Anche se si affaccia sulla strada non è molto rumoroso. Vicino a Hoan Kiem e al lago. Il GRAB scaricato prima di venire ad Hanoi non funziona. Il direttore della lobby mi ha chiamato un taxi GRAB ed è andato tutto liscio dall'hotel al Mausoleo del Presidente Ho Chi Minh per 45.000 VND (14 RMB). Quando siamo tornati, abbiamo preso per sbaglio un'auto nera che aspettava i passeggeri fuori dal Mausoleo di Ho Chi Minh. Sono stato derubato di 890.000 VND (265 RMB)!!!! Sono così stronzo. I taxi neri hanno anche il tassametro, che inizialmente mostrava 20.000 VND. Inaspettatamente, la tariffa del tassametro è aumentata così rapidamente! Avrei dovuto fare una foto alla sua targa, ma in quel momento ero così scioccato che non ho fatto nulla. Era la prima volta che viaggiavo in Vietnam Tutti, compreso l'autista del prelievo all'aeroporto, l'hotel, il ristorante e gli addetti alle attrazioni turistiche, erano molto gentili! Pertanto non ho più diffidenza nei confronti delle auto nere... Si prega di fare attenzione alle auto illegali!

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。 河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，只有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。 我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。 河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。 Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。 嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。 大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Hotel is quite old but I believe it has been renovated in some parts. BF was good and there were varieties of choices. Hotel location is quite a bit out of center of city. Overall is good enough to stay.

Buono prezzo per i soldi.È bello avere un aria condizionata a un prezzo molto basso. La stanza era spaziosa e una breve pausa.

Sono arrivato alle 12:30, ma sono stato chiesto di entrare immediatamente nella stanza. Gli ho chiesto di aggiornare gratuitamente alla grande stanza vicino alla finestra, ma gli edifici accanto sono in costruzione. Ho lavorato con meccanismi pesanti fino a circa 11:00 a.m., il rumore era pesante e il WiFi era quasi inconnetibile, quindi il giorno dopo gli ho fatto cambiare in una piccola stanza senza finestre in mezzo. Wifi è buono.

위치도 좋고 시설도 깨끗하고 프론트 직원분도 너무너무 친절합니다 저렴한가격에 이정도 호텔은 생각지도못한 호사였습니다 감사합니다.
