Ostelli a Hanoi

I think it's more than worth of the money I paid for. I stayed for just one night because I booked a wrong flight, and our group need to check out from our hotel. So I decided to look for sleeping pods or shared rooms like these, as the only one left from our group. The shared spaces like the lobby and eating area is big enough to cover a lot of people. The shared bathroom and toilets are always clean. I slept well because the sheets are clean. It's just a 15-20-minute walk to the international airport, so I had a good walk because it's a cool weather. But Grab is just around 40-60K VND.

I've been a long time customer in this hostel, every time I visit Vietnam I always booked here. It's been a long time since I last stayed here and I love the new ambience, the room locker is a game changer it's more comfortable to stay knowing that your belongings are secured. Kudos to all the staff, very friendly and accommodating, I really appreciate how they asked you if you need anything once you enter the receiving area tired and beat from outside bustle 😂 Thank you guys.

The staff is very professional, friendly, kind and always ready to welcome travelers with a smile and cheerfulness. Fantastic. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarter. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of showers and toilets. The pods are excellent for sleeping, although my pillow was too high and hard. The only REALLY annoying thing is the traffic noise from the street. My room was on the first floor facing a busy road with deafening noise, making it impossible to sleep. Bus horns, scooters, cars, loud engines... unfortunately, it was truly impossible to sleep.

This is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong. The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025. The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

This is my very 1st time in Hanoi and I choose to stay in this place. The hostel was perfect and quiet. Located in the West Lake (Tay Ho) which is a bit far from the old quarter but easy to use a grab or bus for travel around. Clean and very welcoming. Would recommend for all to visit especially solo travelers.😊🥰

La camera era pulita e inodore, e la temperatura era perfetta. Il bagno era pulito, inodore e adeguato. La posizione è ottima; è comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo e ci sono molti ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Ci tornerei volentieri la prossima volta.

Che posto perfetto dove soggiornare se si ha un volo in arrivo tardi o molto presto la mattina. Ho trovato il personale estremamente cordiale e hanno usato Google Translate per comunicare. La camera era immacolata e offriva un rapporto qualità-prezzo fantastico. Offrono la colazione a un costo aggiuntivo, molto ragionevole, e il loro caffè freddo è superbo, lo consiglio vivamente. Un posto ideale dove soggiornare per una notte.

È stato un soggiorno confortevole, quindi ottieni ciò per cui hai pagato. La posizione non era delle migliori perché devi prendere un autobus o un taxi per raggiungere la città vecchia. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Offrono tour e taxi da e per l'aeroporto a prezzi ragionevoli. 10 minuti di taxi per il centro commerciale Aeon che ha la migliore area ristorazione di Hanoi secondo la mia esperienza.

Camera doppia vista città. Davvero ampia, pulita e curata nei dettagli Molto luminosa, letti comodi. Unico difetto: molto molto calda poiché situata all'ultimo piano mansardato. Presenti però aria condizionata e ventilatore che hanno permesso un soggiorno ottimale. Bagni condivisi sempre puliti, personale molto gentile. Presenza di cucina condivisa e di un bollitore con tazze in camera.

I stayed here for three nights in a mixed dorm. The location is pretty good — close to public transport, some cafés, and a few bars. That said, the area gets noisy at night, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The hostel itself is okay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, though they seemed a bit disorganized during busy hours. The common room is small but has a few couches and a TV. It’s a decent place to meet other travelers, but there’s no real social atmosphere unless someone starts something. The beds are basic — thin mattress, clean sheets, but the pillows are flat. Each bed has a reading light and one power outlet, which worked fine. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock. Cleanliness is average: the dorm was swept daily, but the bathroom floors stayed wet, and the shower drain was slow. Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, instant coffee). Free Wi-Fi works in common areas but not great in the dorms.
