Presso questo hotel a capsule, tutte le camere sono dotate di un armadio. Dotate di un bagno in comune con bidet e set di cortesia, certe unità presso MOTOGO Hostel comprendono anche la vista città. "I think it's more than worth of the money I paid for. I stayed for just one night because I booked a wrong flight, and our group need to check out from our hotel. So I decided to look for sleeping pods or shared rooms like these, as the only one left from our group. The shared spaces like the lobby and eating area is big enough to cover a lot of people. The shared bathroom and toilets are always clean. I slept well because the sheets are clean. It's just a 15-20-minute walk to the international airport, so I had a good walk because it's a cool weather. But Grab is just around 40-60K VND."

UUtente ospiteThis is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong. The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025. The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

딘딘황 (HoangDinh)La cosa principale che rende questo hotel stand è circa la sua posizione, vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi più famosi di Hanoi. Per il prezzo, è una scelta molto buona considerando la convenienza della posizione. La stanza è normale, prenoto una stanza deluxe, la vista è buona, ma le strutture sono molto vecchie, poiché la mia stanza è al piano superiore, il suono dell'ascensore è chiaro e davvero annoiante. La pressione dell'hotel non è buona, e anche se la camera ha un bel bagno, il riscaldatore d'acqua è un vecchio piccolo dispositivo e non abbastanza per riempire il bagno con acqua calda. In generale, se avete bisogno di un hotel con una buona posizione per esplorare Hanoi a piedi, questo hotel è una buona scelta, ma ricordate che la stanza non vi soddisfa. E personalmente non consiglio la stanza in alto piano.

DDabadabaduOne of the worst customer services we have had in more than 6 months in Asia. Upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us two upper beds, despite us arriving at 6:00 AM and having booked weeks in advance. Politely, using both English and a translator, we asked to change to bottom beds, as we noticed upon entering the room that out of the 6 beds, only the two of us had checked in, and we asked if we could be near each other since we are a couple. Her response? ”Impossible! We are fully booked! The system does not allow changes.” Repeatedly. We innocently thought it was a system problem. Since we had a second consecutive reservation, we managed to get her to agree to change us for the second booking. When the day arrived, she moved us to another room, much worse, with bottom beds but separated. We complained to stay in the same room, negotiating for just one bottom bed since it seemed ”impossible” to have both, even though it was 9:00 AM and almost all the beds had been vacated by guests! At first, once again ”impossible,” but after insisting, she agreed to only one bottom bed. When asking to change the top bed because it was right next to the door—which rattled and practically didn't let me sleep for two nights—again: NO, IMPOSSIBLE. After having to ask her several times, she reluctantly agreed and did both changes in ONE minute. Was it THAT difficult? And also, clearly it was NOT a system issue in the end, which was very dissapointing. The beds are comfortable, but if you have a bed in room 3A next to the door, the door mechanism does not cushion the impact and the door makes the entire wall next to your head in the cubicle rattle VERY loudly. They should have a way to muffle the door noise. A LOT of street noise comes in through the balcony door. If you are a light sleeper, better look for another option. The cleaning staff makes a great effort to keep everything clean, as it is a hostel where they don't give you ”slippers”; therefore, all the dirt from the street comes in with your shoes, and when stepping on the wet bathroom floor from the shower, it gets spread everywhere. They give you clean towels every day, which is an interesting plus. In the end, it was a mixed experience, with a very dissapointing aftertaste because of the receptionist treatment. If you are looking for cheap facilities for a short stay, it is good. If you have problem with noise, be careful of room 3A. Location and neighborhood is nice.

ЮЮна ЮрьеваPurtroppo non posso dare un voto pieno. Il personale della reception è molto gentile, ma i servizi e la pulizia lasciano molto a desiderare. Nel bagno mancava costantemente la carta igienica, era sporco e, a quanto ho capito, c'è un solo bagno per piano, condiviso da due camere. Non c'è un posto dove appoggiare lo spazzolino da denti e le persone sembrano formiche.

UUtente ospiteVery clean rooms, nice and clean white bedding. Each bed is equipped with a mini fan (in case the ac isn’t cold enough), mini locker and bed side light. There’s also a larger personal locker under each bed. The bathrooms and showers are on 3rd floor. There’s also a rooftop sitting lounge/area. Towel are 15k to rent- large, white and clean The hostel provides loads of services and the location is superb. Right next to old quarter, short walk from train street, night markets, hoan kiem lake etc. You can get to Noi Bai airport via private taxi (from hostel) or walk to 86 bus stop and get on bus 86 (every 45mins, 45,000đ), also a short walk from hostel My favorite cheap eats and places nearby: LAN SẦU- Mía Sầu Riêng-Nước ép- sinh tố : my fav smoothies place, mango + yogurt is a must try (35k) Banh Mi MAMA: 3 min walk away, breakfast banh mi place, their beef pan for 60 k is a must try Mr.XiXi Shop TheNorthface: somewhere around here (old quarter) you can buy elephant pants for just 70k Bún Riêu Tóp Mỡ Mọc Giòn Cô Hương Béo: this place, or the one next to, delicious bun cha for 50k. Next to train street Overall spent 4 nights and 5 days in Hanoi, was so much fun ! Would recommend

UUtente ospiteÈ stato un soggiorno confortevole, quindi ottieni ciò per cui hai pagato. La posizione non era delle migliori perché devi prendere un autobus o un taxi per raggiungere la città vecchia. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Offrono tour e taxi da e per l'aeroporto a prezzi ragionevoli. 10 minuti di taxi per il centro commerciale Aeon che ha la migliore area ristorazione di Hanoi secondo la mia esperienza.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for three nights in a mixed dorm. The location is pretty good — close to public transport, some cafés, and a few bars. That said, the area gets noisy at night, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The hostel itself is okay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, though they seemed a bit disorganized during busy hours. The common room is small but has a few couches and a TV. It’s a decent place to meet other travelers, but there’s no real social atmosphere unless someone starts something. The beds are basic — thin mattress, clean sheets, but the pillows are flat. Each bed has a reading light and one power outlet, which worked fine. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock. Cleanliness is average: the dorm was swept daily, but the bathroom floors stayed wet, and the shower drain was slow. Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, instant coffee). Free Wi-Fi works in common areas but not great in the dorms.
