If you are expecting a five star resort for the cost of a hostel you will be disappointed. If you are expecting friendly staff, that you may have try to communicate with because you are in their country, and you don't judge the area as unsafe because there are not many street lights, I think you will appreciate a stay here. I had a great experience with the staff. We arrived late at night, had little to no trouble getting into a room and we were more than satisfied with the room we were put in. The mattresses were stiff, but I did not find them any more so than other places in Vietnam. English communication was not as easily done, however, the staff was obviously trying to be very helpful in communicating with us. We utilized Google Translate and had no issue getting information for the stay. Also, I am in Vietnam, so I would expect that it is partially on me to try to communicate in Vietnamese. The hotel is in a back alley entrance with not many lights around. I would not call it dangerous. I walked around later at night and was able to find a family restaurant nearby as directed by the staff, as well as there were locals in a nearby square doing what looked like a communal dance class. The next morning the same square was filled with an organized volleyball match. It hardly seemed like a spot that was sketchy, more just dark. The area is not busy late at night as it is not surrounded by residential housing and it is about 2 km from the airport. The breakfast was a bit of fusion cuisine between local foods and western food. You could eat your fill of either, and the location is the top floor of the hotel giving it a nice view of the surrounding area. Again, a quick glance from that vantage point puts the alley entrance as a scary area into a different perspective. Lastly and most importantly, we had a special request with some luggage difficulty we had in our travels. It was a ridiculous thing for us to request from the staff and they went above and beyond to help us out. I would have no issue staying here again. Also, if there was a problem with the stay, I think I would have no problem sorting it out appropriately with the staff that I met there.

Il colazione è semplice al meglio, e il personale sembra ancora in ”formazione”, con solo Brian come ”capo”. La piscina al tetto non sembra ben mantenuta, e la sala di intrattenimento è stata completamente abbandonata, con la tavola da football e da biliardo lasciato per raccogliere polvere mentre è diventato un deposito e parcheggio. Ma ehi, è un hotel aeroportuale. L'obiettivo è avere le persone a dormire per una notte prima di lasciare immediatamente. Si trova in una zona rurale molto bella, quindi non si aspettano alcuna catering o negozi di comodità stabiliti vicino. Pensate ai piatti di strada e negozi di forniture a casa. In conclusione, il miglior hotel aeroportuale vicino all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai.

Le strutture sono buone e pulite. Buona per il riposo tranquillo.

Buon hotel. Ma non buono per andare all'hotel.Non c'è una strada pedonale là. Così difficile da camminare mentre trascinano i bagagli. Meglio prendere un camion. Hanno un taxi a hotel che può guidare voi all'aeroporto. A parte le cose che ho menzionato, è un buon hotel.

Mi piace il modo di guidarvi al check-in remoto perché è sconosciuto incontrare stranieri. Il personale può supportarvi attraverso Zalo, Whatsapp o Wechat. Il panorama del lago occidentale è molto bello. È molto conveniente ordinare cibo dal ristorante e riceverlo consegnato alla stanza.

La stazione accanto al centro commerciale di Hene Le Tian, la strada di Liu è molto conveniente, la comunità è avanzata, il paesaggio è buono, ci sono anche lavastoviglie e alcuni utensili da cucina che possono essere utilizzati, e un grande frigorifero, solo che è stato quasi impazzito quando è stato segnalato all'inizio. Ci sono tre musei m1.m2.m3, non so dove andare a chiedere a chi, La piattaforma ha sempre detto che non sapevano niente, e la piattaforma non poteva contattare direttamente il proprietario, ci ha fatto entrare per un'ora...E'davvero disturbato.

When booking it looked super close to the airport and easy to get to. It proved a little difficult for the taxi driver to find, but English was not his strong point. The room was very basic and tidy, however the bathroom was very out dated and could do with some work. However for what it was and the purpose it needed to serve for a 4am start to the airport it was ok. The host was very good in arranging a driver for the early morning, however expect to pay 150,000 dong for the 4.3klm trip to the airport. General warning, anything from the airport is a bit dodgy and even our first cab driver tried to rip us off with the meter reading 89,000 dong yet he wanted 300,000. We only paid 200,000 from the airport to Westlake area, so 300,000 for a short trip seemed excessive.
