Hotel con parcheggio a Hanoi

Un ospite meraviglioso, così pensativo, da acqua in bottiglia a asciugamani, detergente liquido a gel da doccia, shampoo e persino gel da lavare a mano, l'ospite ha conservato tutto prima della nostra arrivo. Molto pulita, eccellente posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro vincom. Ci siamo trasferiti per 4 notti e vorremmo poter rimanere più! Torneremo la prossima volta che siamo a Hanoi.

I’ve been to Hanoi a few times and hotel service here is generally good, but Solaria truly stood out for us from the moment we stepped in, all the way to when we left and were warmly sent off by the porter. The level of service was impeccable. The hotel itself was excellent, cleanliness, welcome drinks, snacks, and overall comfort were all on point. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. A special shoutout to two wonderful staff members who made our stay even more memorable: 1. Daria: During breakfast, we asked about the special chili salt powder served with fruits (it was amazingly tasty!). Daria not only explained where we could get it from a local mart, but also thoughtfully packed some in a container for us to bring home. Funny enough, we loved it so much that we bought fresh mango that same night and finished everything immediately! 2. Lily (Reception): We would like to give our heartfelt compliments to her, who assisted us from our first day to the last. She brought us on a room tour, polite, friendly, and answered all our typical tourist questions with ease. As we had requested a high floor, we were assigned one of the highest floors in the hotel. Lily thoughtfully informed us that the restaurant is located right above and operates until 10pm, so there might be slight noise until then. She checked if we were light sleepers and offered us the option to change to a lower floor for the remaining nights if it became an issue. The next morning at breakfast, she personally checked in with us again regarding the room, and it turned out to be perfectly fine for us, we didn’t notice much noise as we were still awake around that time. Since this was our anniversary trip (which I had indicated in the hotel remarks), our room was beautifully decorated with towel-shaped swans and rose petals, a really lovely touch. The next morning at breakfast, after our meal, Lily came by and presented us with a specially made coconut pandan pudding dessert. She shared that it was prepared for us today as we seemed a little tired from traveling the day before. During breakfast as well, Lily brought up about our request with housekeeping team for a firm pillow from the night before. Although we were initially told only one type was available, she took the initiative to explain and said she would try to source one for us. That very night, I received a firm pillow, truly thoughtful service. Lily also helped us plan our travel time to the airport, offered to assist with booking the hotel spa via her personal contact, and gave fantastic local food recommendations like cháo sườn with quẩy and rượu (sadly the shop was closed when we arrived, but it’s definitely on my list for my next trip to Hanoi). What really stood out is how Lily picks up on small cues and chooses the right moment to communicate, making everything feel very natural and personalized rather than forced. There was even more she helped us with along the way, always attentive and proactive, which really made a difference to our stay. To top it all off, during checkout, we were gifted local souvenirs, Trung Nguyen coffee drip filter and coffee powder, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, an outstanding stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi 🩷

Ottimo servizio clienti da parte del personale. La posizione era ottima e vicina a tutto. A due minuti a piedi dal lago. Avevo prenotato una camera deluxe per i primi due giorni, mi hanno dato una camera più piccola e poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto un upgrade. Non so se si trattasse di un upgrade o di un downgrade. Le foto sul sito web mostravano una doccia con cabina, ma i primi due giorni ho avuto una vasca da bagno. La doccia aveva un po' di muffa, ma questa è una pignoleria. A parte il problema con la doccia, è andato tutto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo. Molto gentile, si prende cura di te. Ti conoscono per nome e numero di camera, il che dimostra che sono molto titubanti. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chiunque. Infine, l'hotel che si è offerto di prenotarmi un taxi per l'aeroporto inizialmente mi ha chiesto 400.000, ma ho detto che il Grab era più economico e poi mi ha chiesto 230.000 con lo sconto. Non ho potuto fare a meno di essere deluso dal fatto che mi abbiano proposto prima il prezzo più alto, invece di ricevere automaticamente lo sconto. Avrei sicuramente fatto un'impressione migliore. Non so se fosse la barriera linguistica e se mi abbiano offerto lo sconto, perché vengo dal Vietnam del Sud e il dialetto è diverso al nord. Spero solo di sbagliarmi.

Tutto il personale al check-in è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, assicurandosi che il check-in si svolgesse senza intoppi. Dopo aver fornito copia della prenotazione e dei passaporti per confermare la prenotazione, ci è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto. La signora Kate è stata super efficiente e cordiale e ci ha accompagnato in camera per mostrarci tutti i comfort e i gadget. I fattorini hanno portato i nostri bagagli dentro e fuori dall'hotel. In precedenza c'era stata un'interruzione dell'acqua che aveva colpito la città, ma siamo stati bene in hotel e non abbiamo subito alcun impatto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 601, era enorme, con un letto king size e un divano in pelle a due posti, un piccolo balcone (solo in piedi) e un bagno separato con vasca, doccia x 2 opzioni e WC; la potenza dell'acqua era buona. Nessun canale in lingua inglese in TV, ma c'è Netflix ecc. Essendo non fumatori, abbiamo riscontrato un problema con l'aria condizionata principale, con un forte odore di sigarette quando accesa. C'è una seconda unità più piccola che è riuscita a mantenere la stanza fresca e non l'abbiamo più utilizzata. Abbiamo avvisato la reception e la manutenzione, che è venuta prontamente a pulire i filtri. Abbiamo scoperto che gli ultimi ospiti avevano fumato in camera. Abbiamo infilato la combinazione della cassaforte e, dopo una rapida chiamata alla reception, qualcuno è arrivato in men che non si dica per risolvere il problema. Al sesto piano, il rumore della strada non era un problema. Le bevande in frigo non erano fredde, ma cambiare la spina in un'altra presa si è rivelato un'ottima soluzione e le bevande erano fredde. Abbiamo avvisato la reception. Piccoli problemi nell'insieme. Le camere vanno al decimo piano e poi ci sono le scale per l'undicesimo e il dodicesimo piano, dove si trovano la palestra, la piscina, il ristorante e il bar sul tetto. Il personale è molto cordiale in tutto l'hotel. La nostra camera veniva pulita e rifornita ogni giorno. Abbiamo bevuto un paio di drink al bar sul tetto: la vista è fantastica, le birre erano fredde e il servizio era buono. La colazione è al dodicesimo piano e offre un'ampia scelta di piatti occidentali e asiatici e molti posti a sedere. Il personale è molto cordiale e pulisce i tavoli rapidamente. Il cibo era fresco e abbondante, con molte opzioni calde e fredde. C'è una piscina con 4 lettini e un'ulteriore area lounge al piano superiore. Non è molto grande, ma data la posizione dell'hotel nel centro storico, è una fortuna avere una piscina. Ho provato i massaggi svedesi nella spa interna, situata nel seminterrato. I servizi sono puliti e il personale è impeccabile con le sue tecniche di massaggio. Il pagamento del conto e il check-out da parte del signor Rachel sono stati puntuali e ci ha offerto un piccolo omaggio. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati bene in questo hotel, i punti di forza sono il servizio molto efficiente e cordiale, le dimensioni delle camere, la vicinanza alle zone turistiche e i servizi dell'hotel. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia soggiornare nel centro storico. Il direttore di turno è stato gentile e desideroso di conoscere la nostra esperienza. L'hotel è aperto solo da 4 mesi, ma non si vedeva, la gentilezza del personale è ciò che distingue questo hotel, vale sicuramente la pena soggiornarci.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel. Il personale è stato super cordiale e disponibile! La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. L'hotel offre servizi eccellenti, tra cui una palestra ben attrezzata, un'enorme piscina sul tetto e un campo da pickleball, un ottimo modo per sfuggire alla stagione delle piogge. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo intenzione di tornarci quando torneremo ad Hanoi. Tutto era perfetto!

Questo è un hotel nel centro di Hanoi, molto vicino al Lago dell'Ovest. La stazione degli autobus di My Dinh e la stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi distano 15 minuti di taxi. Ci vuole un'ora per arrivare dall'aeroporto all'hotel a causa del traffico notoriamente intenso di Hanoi. Il personale della reception dell'hotel era cordiale, parlava inglese e un po' di cinese. Anche il personale del ristorante era cordiale e il pho era piuttosto buono. Le camere erano ben attrezzate, ma un po' vecchie. L'effetto rinfrescante del frigorifero era limitato e l'asciugacapelli era solo mediocre. Il bar sul tetto era carino e la palestra era ben attrezzata. Non ho provato la piscina perché l'acqua era fredda. La pulizia era accettabile. Non so se sia dovuto al caldo e all'umidità di Hanoi o a un problema di ventilazione, ma l'intero hotel e le camere avevano un leggero odore di umido. Era molto meglio con l'aria condizionata accesa. Tuttavia, l'hotel dovrebbe controllare gli asciugamani da bagno: uno aveva un forte odore oleoso e rancido. La colazione era molto buona, con pho di manzo in stile vietnamita, baguette e alcuni prodotti tipici della colazione occidentale. Il caffè era eccellente. Infine, la zona circostante sembra essere una zona residenziale con molti piccoli ristoranti e un mercato locale, ma pochissime persone parlano inglese, cinese o coreano. In sintesi, questo è un hotel eccellente per la sua fascia di prezzo, perfetto per i backpacker come noi che amano esplorare la città a piedi. Ci tornerei volentieri in futuro.

Che posizione fantastica nel mezzo del trambusto! Questo hotel è a conduzione familiare. Abbiamo incontrato il figlio e la moglie dei proprietari che gestiscono la struttura: sono persone adorabili e danno ottimi consigli. Il check-in è stato veloce e impeccabile. Ci hanno accolto con un tè di benvenuto e ci hanno dato una mappa con un briefing dettagliato sui migliori posti dove mangiare e visitare. Hanno persino caricato i nostri bagagli e hanno fatto accendere l'aria condizionata prima che entrassimo in camera, così che fosse fresca all'ingresso. La camera era accogliente e il letto aveva un materasso di supporto, ma io ho un debole per i letti duri asiatici. La colazione era al top in un ambiente bellissimo e ci preparavano le uova al momento. Peccato solo che la porta della doccia non facesse un lavoro migliore nel trattenere l'acqua. Abbiamo provato a prenotarli dopo la cancellazione della nostra crociera nella baia di Ha Long, ma purtroppo erano al completo. Torneremo!

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

I’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
