Hotel con parcheggio a Hanoi

I had a relaxing stay here; the apartment is beautiful and clean, fully equipped for cooking, and conveniently located near the shopping center.

In generale, le persone sono molto professionali e amiche, la struttura e la qualità del servizio sono anche soddisfacenti, ma purtroppo, alcuni del personale di questo hotel non hanno avuto l'ospitalità adeguata. Al colazione, andai alla macchina del caffè perché volevo un caffè, e un membro del personale mi disse che lo portavano alla mia tavola; ma un altro ospite prese il caffè, e nessuno mi seguiva o mi aiutava più tardi. Anche quando sono tornato alla macchina del caffè e ho mostrato che ero confusa e che avevo bisogno di aiuto, nessuno mi ha offerto alcun aiuto. Inoltre, passò un agente di custodia che uscì dalla stanza accanto alla porta, ma non mi salutava nemmeno e sembrava inamichevole. Spero che questi punti siano migliorati in modo che i clienti possano godere del soggiorno in questo hotel.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, vicinissimo al lago Hoan Kiem e circondato da ristoranti, bar e supermercati, il che lo rende molto comodo. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente; il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e accogliente. La colazione era deliziosa, fresca e pulita. Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi, molto probabilmente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

Non capisco come questo hotel possa ottenere un punteggio di 9,3 e una valutazione di 5 stelle su trip.com. Quando sono arrivato mi sono sentito ingannato, questo è solo un hotel a 3 stelle. La camera è così piccola. E con il prezzo che ho pagato, circa 85 euro, penso che sia meglio andare al Fraser Suites, che è ancora uno dei migliori di Hanoi. Questo hotel è uno dei miei peggiori hotel in Vietnam. Quando entri, il bagno ha un odore sgradevole e il lavandino è intasato. Immagina alle 23:00, già stanco morto, di fare la doccia a metà con un lavandino intasato e il pavimento allagato. Guarda la foto. Come può un hotel progettare il lavandino a pavimento in questo modo? Non c'è una fessura per contenere l'acqua e se è intasata, traboccherà naturalmente sul pavimento asciutto. Un design così stupido, per non parlare dell'odore. Il direttore sapeva benissimo che questa camera aveva un problema quando è arrivato, ma me l'ha comunque assegnata. Questo è il punto che mi fa infuriare. Sono riuscito a cambiare camera e questa è migliore senza lavandino intasato, ma la camera sembrava antiquata e piccola. La cosa più importante è che si sente un rumore costante di acqua che scorre, non so se proviene dal vicino o dal soffitto superiore. In generale, non c'è isolamento acustico ed è rumoroso quando passa la gente. Mi è venuta voglia di fare il check-out dopo la prima notte, ma la tariffa non è rimborsabile. Non c'è scelta. Nel complesso è un incubo per me. La colazione è nella media. Il lato positivo è che il personale è gentile. Non mi fiderò mai del punteggio di 9,3 su trip.com o del 4,8 di Google. Non ci posso credere e ho prenotato per provare, visto il punteggio buono, ma sono rimasto piuttosto deluso. Comunque, in generale, un consiglio è di evitare la maggior parte degli hotel nel centro storico e cercare suite Novotel o suite Fraser, che si trovano fuori dal centro storico turistico, per ottenere il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, e usare semplicemente Grab se si vuole visitare il centro storico.

Il primo giorno siamo arrivati ​​piuttosto tardi e non c'era nessuno ad aprire. Se arrivate dopo mezzanotte, dovete chiamare in anticipo. Dopo aver chiamato a lungo, la persona dall'altra parte del telefono parlava pochissimo inglese. Alla fine è arrivato un signore anziano che, anche lui, non capiva l'inglese e abbiamo dovuto comunicare a gesti per un bel po'. Il secondo giorno, volevano farci pagare 400.000 VND per più bambini. Ho controllato i dettagli su Ctrip e non c'era alcuna menzione di un supplemento. 400.000 VND in più a notte? Perché prenotare in un posto così isolato? Servizi: Il bagno non aveva la doccia, solo una vasca da bagno 🛁, il che era molto scomodo. C'erano macchie di sangue sui cuscini. Ho scelto questo posto perché le recensioni dicevano che era molto pulito, ma anche la biancheria da letto non era pulita. Non scegliete questo posto se questo vi dà fastidio. Servizio: Il signore anziano era completamente indifferente. Indossavo il pigiama e gli ho chiesto di aspettare un attimo, ma lui mi ha rincorso e ha preteso 400.000 VND. Incredibile!

Enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit farther from the center but not too bad. The room was spacious and clean. The drain in the shower was a little slow. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay!

Great experience staying there in Hanoi, the place is located in the Old Quarter, around which most of the city sights are located along with an insane number of cafes and restaurants. The taxi to the Mausoleum is very cheap, the walk to the Opera or Cathedral is pretty short and in just 10 minutes of walking you will find pretty lake with a pretty temple near the French quarter. The hotel itself was worth all the money, great European and Asian breakfasts, nice rooms and very friendly personnel.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

Ottimo ubicazione; solo 900m porta a porta tra hotel e aeroporto T2. Nonostante i diversi feedback negativi sulla pulizia; la mia stanza era assolutamente senza spot e molto pulita. L'unico feedback che ho è l'esca che devo salire all'ingresso principale e un altro all'ascensore. Fortunatamente, questa volta non ho avuto un grande bagaglio con me. In generale sono molto felice con l'hotel e lo userò di nuovo quando transito a Hanoi.
