Great location and very clean, nice rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served.
Annoyingly our room had a broken door on the wardrobe which meant the light inside was on all night. We only realised this late when we went to bed so not sure if the staff would have been able to do anything if we had asked earlier

We cancelled the stay in Halong Bay due to weather. Manager Sandy supported us in extending our stay in Hanoi. Provided the room with upgrade.

No lift to lobby. The stuff is willing to help with if they are available at that moment you need. Otherwise you need to carry up by yourself. When you book it, need to be aware there some rooms without window.

Location and hotel is great, breakfast can be further improved to have more varieties especially to have cakes. Front desk and hotel crews are friendly and helpful. Great hotel to stay in Hanoi

Location is good but room had a musky smell when I check in .. I need to open the window and also on the aircon . The room and hotel looks dated . Bed was okay .i opted for a city view room and was given 6 floor but I see nothing except for sides of other building . The hotel is surrounded by many buildings , u need to get higher floor . The breakfast view was good as u can see hiếm Koan lake , nice breakfast place - better than the rooms

A very good choice for first time visiting Hanoi. Took around 45 min from the airport with Grab 4 seater taxi. Bed was very large and comfirtable, and breakfast was great too. Stable wifi connection and walkability is great with nearby cafes restaurants and hanoi lake. Definitely a thunbs up. Also thank you Sandy for helping me out!

Good location as situated near to the lake in a quiet district!
We encountered problems during our stay but was fixed immediately!
Staffs are friendly & attentive to your needs especially Miss Sandy , she is cheerful & helpful! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights & really enjoy being at Hanoi !
