My recent staycation at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s elegant design, blending modern luxury with subtle Vietnamese charm, created a serene ambiance that made me feel both pampered and at home. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure. The dining options were a highlight. The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind, with creative cocktails and panoramic views of the city at night. The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. I indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage that melted away all stress, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience even more special. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day. Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

A good hotel with a wonderful location! The breakfasts are excellent, and the service is great. The only drawbacks I would mention are the lack of covered parking and the small, dark room, but we booked the room ourselves and overlooked these details. On my next trip to Hanoi, I will gladly stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at hotel chateau de hanoi for 2 nights and overall, it was an under-average experience. For its price (pre-discount and considering we were in Vietnam) it might not be that worth it. We booked the hotel because of its high-rated reviews and its branding as a 5 star boutique hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff was friendly. We arrived hanoi quite early, so we asked if we could do an early check-in. We were informed by the staff that an early check-in was not impossible, but there was an extra charge. It was however totally understandable that the hotel has their arrangements so we went along with the regular check-in time, but the staff quite passive aggressively told us that they informed us on WhatsApp— we were on a flight and later on a Grab to the hotel so we were unable to read the message entirely. I would expect a 5-star service to be more understanding. To be very honest, I would doubt if the hotel qualifies to be categorized into a 5-star hotel. Of course, the hotel provides customers with all the necessary amenities like toothbrush and shaving kits, but the hotel room didn’t have a window and lighting was insufficient. There was a bathtub, but there was no proper standing shower and it was just a shower head next to the toilet without curtains or doors. The twin bed was extremely small and too easy to be moved around (in a sense that if I wanted to sit at the edge of bed, the mattress would slide to that side). Hygiene was fine but some areas such as the wall and the bathing area could be improved. We ran out of tissue paper in the room as well but after housekeeping the box was still empty and not replaced with a new box of tissue. Soundproofing at the hotel was not solid since we could constantly hear noises from next door during midnight. In our booking package free breakfast was included, so we checked it out in the morning. A small buffet was provided, but the plates and utensils had oil on them. There was a set menu, but the scrambled eggs were not up to par and the pho was okay. Considering the hotel brands itself as a 5-star hotel, I would expect better hygiene and quality check. Location-wise, the hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarter. It is convenient but this also means traffic can get very hectic nearby. Moreover we realized the staff was getting less and less friendly as we reached the end of our stay. It would be nice if their attitude and service could be more consistent, again, given it is a 5-star hotel.

Ottimo servizio clienti da parte del personale. La posizione era ottima e vicina a tutto. A due minuti a piedi dal lago. Avevo prenotato una camera deluxe per i primi due giorni, mi hanno dato una camera più piccola e poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto un upgrade. Non so se si trattasse di un upgrade o di un downgrade. Le foto sul sito web mostravano una doccia con cabina, ma i primi due giorni ho avuto una vasca da bagno. La doccia aveva un po' di muffa, ma questa è una pignoleria. A parte il problema con la doccia, è andato tutto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo. Molto gentile, si prende cura di te. Ti conoscono per nome e numero di camera, il che dimostra che sono molto titubanti. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chiunque. Infine, l'hotel che si è offerto di prenotarmi un taxi per l'aeroporto inizialmente mi ha chiesto 400.000, ma ho detto che il Grab era più economico e poi mi ha chiesto 230.000 con lo sconto. Non ho potuto fare a meno di essere deluso dal fatto che mi abbiano proposto prima il prezzo più alto, invece di ricevere automaticamente lo sconto. Avrei sicuramente fatto un'impressione migliore. Non so se fosse la barriera linguistica e se mi abbiano offerto lo sconto, perché vengo dal Vietnam del Sud e il dialetto è diverso al nord. Spero solo di sbagliarmi.

Tutto il personale al check-in è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, assicurandosi che il check-in si svolgesse senza intoppi. Dopo aver fornito copia della prenotazione e dei passaporti per confermare la prenotazione, ci è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto. La signora Kate è stata super efficiente e cordiale e ci ha accompagnato in camera per mostrarci tutti i comfort e i gadget. I fattorini hanno portato i nostri bagagli dentro e fuori dall'hotel. In precedenza c'era stata un'interruzione dell'acqua che aveva colpito la città, ma siamo stati bene in hotel e non abbiamo subito alcun impatto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 601, era enorme, con un letto king size e un divano in pelle a due posti, un piccolo balcone (solo in piedi) e un bagno separato con vasca, doccia x 2 opzioni e WC; la potenza dell'acqua era buona. Nessun canale in lingua inglese in TV, ma c'è Netflix ecc. Essendo non fumatori, abbiamo riscontrato un problema con l'aria condizionata principale, con un forte odore di sigarette quando accesa. C'è una seconda unità più piccola che è riuscita a mantenere la stanza fresca e non l'abbiamo più utilizzata. Abbiamo avvisato la reception e la manutenzione, che è venuta prontamente a pulire i filtri. Abbiamo scoperto che gli ultimi ospiti avevano fumato in camera. Abbiamo infilato la combinazione della cassaforte e, dopo una rapida chiamata alla reception, qualcuno è arrivato in men che non si dica per risolvere il problema. Al sesto piano, il rumore della strada non era un problema. Le bevande in frigo non erano fredde, ma cambiare la spina in un'altra presa si è rivelato un'ottima soluzione e le bevande erano fredde. Abbiamo avvisato la reception. Piccoli problemi nell'insieme. Le camere vanno al decimo piano e poi ci sono le scale per l'undicesimo e il dodicesimo piano, dove si trovano la palestra, la piscina, il ristorante e il bar sul tetto. Il personale è molto cordiale in tutto l'hotel. La nostra camera veniva pulita e rifornita ogni giorno. Abbiamo bevuto un paio di drink al bar sul tetto: la vista è fantastica, le birre erano fredde e il servizio era buono. La colazione è al dodicesimo piano e offre un'ampia scelta di piatti occidentali e asiatici e molti posti a sedere. Il personale è molto cordiale e pulisce i tavoli rapidamente. Il cibo era fresco e abbondante, con molte opzioni calde e fredde. C'è una piscina con 4 lettini e un'ulteriore area lounge al piano superiore. Non è molto grande, ma data la posizione dell'hotel nel centro storico, è una fortuna avere una piscina. Ho provato i massaggi svedesi nella spa interna, situata nel seminterrato. I servizi sono puliti e il personale è impeccabile con le sue tecniche di massaggio. Il pagamento del conto e il check-out da parte del signor Rachel sono stati puntuali e ci ha offerto un piccolo omaggio. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati bene in questo hotel, i punti di forza sono il servizio molto efficiente e cordiale, le dimensioni delle camere, la vicinanza alle zone turistiche e i servizi dell'hotel. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia soggiornare nel centro storico. Il direttore di turno è stato gentile e desideroso di conoscere la nostra esperienza. L'hotel è aperto solo da 4 mesi, ma non si vedeva, la gentilezza del personale è ciò che distingue questo hotel, vale sicuramente la pena soggiornarci.

We had a very solid and comfortable stay at the San Premium Hotel, which is perfectly situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need located just a short walk away. The absolute highlight of our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff is extraordinarily courteous, welcoming, and proactive. Their English proficiency is excellent, which made communication seamless. When I approached them with several non-standard requests, they handled them with high-level professionalism and genuine politeness, and they were always quick to assist with our luggage. The accommodation itself was highly satisfying. We stayed in a spacious room that featured a wonderfully large terrace. The bathroom was well-appointed and in great condition. Most importantly, the level of cleanliness throughout the room was flawless. The bed and pillows provided a very comfortable night's sleep, and I specifically appreciated the use of proper fitted sheets - a crucial detail for comfort that many hotels surprisingly overlook. It is exactly this kind of attention to basic hospitality standards that makes a property reliable. The only notable area for improvement is the breakfast. The morning buffet was quite monotonous and the food lacked flavor, so I cannot say I was impressed by it. However, if you are only staying for a couple of days, it is completely tolerable, especially considering the abundance of excellent dining options right outside the hotel doors. Overall, the exceptional staff, meticulous room cleanliness, and prime location easily make up for the mediocre breakfast. This is a highly reliable hotel that delivers on the most important aspects of hospitality.

Quando è stato deciso di andare in città per una notte, è stato meglio scegliere vicino al lago di Liu. Per la prima volta, è stato in Vietnam. Per il soggiorno non è necessario ”stazione penale” alla reception. È possibile sedersi confortevolmente per mangiare il cioccolato gratis, bere bevande, e aspettare che il personale si occupi delle procedure di soggiorno, C'è anche un bellissimo cameriere, che ci presenta in dettaglio le attrazioni circostanti, il mercato notturno, la strada del treno e simili. È molto serio spiegarci in inglese. È davvero difficile. Anche se l'hotel a cinque stelle è in soggiorno, non c'è questo trattamento ～ stanza è molto comune, le strutture sono un po'vecchie, Ma tutto bene.E'anche conveniente mangiare fuori.Il colazione dell'hotel è basicamente soddisfacente. Ci sono stili occidentali cinesi. Dopo aver ordinato il Vietnam, vi invierà attivamente al sedile e qualcuno vi darà un po'di frutta.E il mio preferito bacon! Ci sono diversi gradini alla porta, il personale si assicurerà di aiutare a prendere il bagaglio ～ Non è sorprendente che così tante persone adorino venire in vacanza in Vietnam

Enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit farther from the center but not too bad. The room was spacious and clean. The drain in the shower was a little slow. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay!

Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Il personale è stato fenomenale e ha reso l'esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La posizione è un po' fuori mano rispetto alle attrazioni turistiche e, sebbene il cibo in hotel fosse buono, era piuttosto caro.

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.
