Very convenient location. Quite new and clean for the price. There's also a travel agency right in the hotel if you want to book tours. There's no breakfast even if you want to pay. It would have been convenient if they provided it. Though the lady explained why it wasn't provided anymore. Due to covid, people switched job from the industry, which does make sense.

Il capo è molto entusiasta. La posizione dell'hotel è buona da Hanoi e molto vicina al corridoio e presto arriva all'attrazione!

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.

Questo hotel era eccellente. Non posso dire abbastanza sul personale, si sono arrampicati indietro per aiutarci quando il nostro volo è stato cancellato. Il cibo era grande e i manager erano eccellenti. Pianifica un viaggio di ritorno a questo posto. Aggiungono che fossero la nostra famiglia. Amore questa esperienza!!!!!

Anche se è lontano dalle attrazioni turistiche come la vecchia città, camminare può raggiungere il centro commerciale, molto conveniente. Siamo anche soddisfatti delle strutture e della pulizia dell'hotel.L'acqua calda e l'acqua calda sono buone tra le due stanze. Ringrazio anche il servizio dolce nella stanza.
