Hotel pet friendly a Hanoi

I rented an apartment at Vinhomes Skylake and truly found the experience exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very clean, modern, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The space is quiet and airy, providing a comfortable feeling, just like being in your own home. The location is extremely convenient, right in the My Dinh area, making it easy to get to the city center and other important areas. There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and green parks nearby – ideal for both leisure and business trips. What impressed me the most was the host. The host is very friendly, enthusiastic, and responds extremely quickly. From the time of check-in throughout the entire stay, any questions or requests were handled thoughtfully, professionally, and with a very pleasant attitude. This creates a sense of security and comfort, especially for foreign guests. If you are looking for a high-end, well-located place with a reliable host, I highly recommend this apartment at Vinhomes Skylake. I will definitely return.

Un ospite meraviglioso, così pensativo, da acqua in bottiglia a asciugamani, detergente liquido a gel da doccia, shampoo e persino gel da lavare a mano, l'ospite ha conservato tutto prima della nostra arrivo. Molto pulita, eccellente posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro vincom. Ci siamo trasferiti per 4 notti e vorremmo poter rimanere più! Torneremo la prossima volta che siamo a Hanoi.

Questo appartamento si sentiva davvero come una casa lontana da casa. Era spazioso, moderno e completamente equipaggiato con tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui una lavatrice/siccatore e una piccola cucina per il caffè mattina. Ci piaceva soprattutto la vista privata balcone! Wi-Fi ad alta velocità è stato un enorme plus per il lavoro a distanza. Molto consiglia a chiunque visita Hanoi!

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

The check-in experience is very good. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, the room is simple and elegant, the lighting is good, the decoration is warm and comfortable, the supplies are complete, and it is very convenient to use. Hygiene and cleanliness are in place, no stains and no odor, and the details are full of attention. The service staff is warm and friendly, professional and considerate, and the procedures are fast and efficient. If there is any problem, they can actively help to solve it, which makes people feel comfortable. The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient to travel and eat, which is very suitable for traveling and living. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the environment is quiet, so that people can have a good rest. Overall, the environment, service and cost performance are very good. It is a very satisfactory stay. It is worth recommending. I will choose this place again next time

We stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home. Getting from the city center was very convenient and fast, and it wasn't difficult to find a hotel. We were immediately checked in, and I would especially like to mention the receptionist, a pleasant girl. She found out in detail about our plans, clarified the time of departure and even offered to take us to the airport in the morning. It was free, which made me very happy. The room is very spacious, but we noticed that it was slightly smoky, despite the presence of a no smoking sign. The next day, even her hair seemed to smell of tobacco. The room has everything you need for hygiene. It was quite noisy at night — poor sound insulation, we could hear all the passing cars and flying planes. It prevented you from sleeping soundly, so if a good night's sleep is important to you, it might be worth considering this. In the morning we were taken to the airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel is good for a short stop before departure.

L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro di Hanoi, ma è molto più tranquillo e tranquillo. Il personale sul desk è stato incredibilmente utile, ma a volte è stato in un'altra stanza o non sul sito, che ha fatto un po' di attesa 5-10. La stanza era bella e pulita, con tutto quello che ci aspettavamo inclusi e la custodia era efficiente e regolare.

Bar e ristoranti sono a portata di mano. Economico. TUTTAVIA!... NON PRENOTATE QUESTO OSTELLO SE DESIDERATE UN SONNO ADEGUATO E RIPOSANTE TRA LE 22:00 E LE 6:00! LE PARETI SONO SOTTILI COME CARTA E SI SENTE TUTTO DAI CORRIDOI, DALL'ESTERNO, DALLE CAMERE/PIANI VICINI. OSPITI CHE PARLANO A VOCE ALTA/URLANO/SBATTONO/IMPRECAZIONE. Direi che si ottiene ciò per cui si paga, ma nessuno dovrebbe dover sopportare una cosa del genere dopo aver viaggiato dall'altra parte del mondo. L'ostello dovrebbe applicare una ”politica di silenzio” come la maggior parte degli altri posti al giorno d'oggi. Solo per questo motivo non ci tornerei.

沒住過附近的店，沒法對比，反正這是正常價，周邊治安可以，這一片算相對富人區，治安放心，物價跟國內差不多。
