Il posto era perfetto dall'aiuto della reception al momento del check-in, nessun problema qui e consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, molto vicino a tutto, quindi dover uscire non è affatto un problema. Grazie per il bel soggiorno e ritornerei sicuramente.

L'esperienza era meravigliosa. Pensavo che stare all'aeroporto sarebbe stato irritante per i voli, ma non per niente. Il servizio era grande. Ho buttato il caffè nell'ascensore. Chiese alla signora che stava pulendo la stanza se avesse qualcosa che potessi portare e disse che se potesse tenere la porta aperta, mi prenderò cura di lei e lo farei con un sorriso e una conversazione. La struttura era molto aggiornata e la decorazione era bella, molto pulita e il personale era molto amichevole.Il cibo era buono, caldo, e molto abbondante.Insomma, ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno e rimarrò quando visito Manchester New Hampshire

So I booked through Priceline, for the 25-27 of June 2024. The maintenance and care of this place is non existent. I have stayed here many times. But every time the place gets worse. The manager does not get anything fixed or cleaned up. The curtains are rags. I nothing gets deep cleaned. This time the toilet was falling out of the floor. I brought to their attention within an hour of check-in. The maintenance, non English speaking, shows ups with a plunger, the next day. I told him it falling out of the floor...he leaves, says he will be right back, 2 hrs later, he finally shows up. with a crescent wrench. says its fixed....nope. still falling away from the floor. I asked the desk, they say they have no control over them...I'm am not able to go forward with my plans for the day. he comes back 2 hrs later again, removes the toilet, floods the room. I am in a room with sewer water. it's now 1:00pm, they move me to a room, took me an hour to transfer, my day is ruined. I ask about compensation, tell me I have to talk to priceline first. that took hours, they are a mess in itself. This hotel finally come back with a compensation of $20. for my inconvenience. They can't understand why I'm pissed. They acted like it's my fault the toilet is falling out of the floor. Like I should be grateful for the experience. Then tell me, they will refund me my fee, if i were to leave, because I am irate by now. But I won't be getting it until I check out, in a few days from now. Yeah, no dice......I will never see my money..The Hotel is under new ownership, who clearly do not intend to invest in any upgrades or repairs. Steer clear of this place, never got to take a shower, until 8:00, due to having to deal with priceline, and the hotel. Maintenance has gotten complacent, with doing the least amount. I don't think they have ever sanitized the Ice machine, or the washers and dryers. I had to scrub them down every time I have had to use use them. People, customer service, employees have gotten lazy. I will never stay here again, and because I got mad, they will not let me back anyway. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR FAILURES AS A BUSINESS. Last time I was here there was garbage strewn all over by the by the side door, for a week.....food, cig butts, nasty stinky trash. the manager walked past it everyday, and did nothing, or directed anyone to do anything.....LAZY!

The room was gross - the shower bar was hanging off the wall - we moved the chair and there was TRASH UNDER IT. I called the front desk on the phone and the phone didnt work? then the front desk clerk showed up at our door. THANK GOD I was staying with my man - he asked me to COME DOWNSTAIRS with him to get extra towels. the beds were stained - I didnt sleep a wink. Im a smoker so I went downstairs outside and as I was smoking outside and the male housekeeper stopped and STARED AT ME - through the glass door. I had 911 on speed dial it was soooo CREEPY. if we'd gotten there at 5pm instead of 10pm we would have found another place to go. we slept on top of the sheets, the water at best was warm and brown. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN! BUT hey... they have a free breakfast!? like that made up for it. $250 for a night - felt like highway robbery.

This is a hard one to rate, as there were so many good qualities, but a couple of challenging ones. The place was super clean, well appointed, everything working, comfortable bed, spacious rooms and cheery staff. It was at a convenient location for our travels and the price is on par with other similar hotels. Internet was great and we were happy with the microwave and fridge (we used both). So for all of those qualities, the Clarion ought to get a five star review from me. Sadly, the three challenging factors brought my rating way down. I won’t be staying there again. We happen to go during a heat wave. It was about 6:00 p.m when we checked in and the temps were still over 90 degrees. We wanted to go for a dip in the sweet pool. For us, it was a bit uncomfortable, as it seemed as if there was a family reunion happening. About a dozen or so people were enjoying the pool and even brought their own deejay, playing music very loud. Though the group did not ask us to leave, it was clear that it was not a party of ours to join! The other two challenges are related. As soon as I opened the door to our room, an odor hit me. What it was, I don’t know, but it was strong. It could have been the cleaning fluids used, or the new carpeting off gassing, or perhaps the smell of cigarette smoke; whatever it was, it was offensive. What added insult to injury, is the design of the hotel is such that the windows do not open to the outside. They open into a hallway. There was no way to get fresh air into the room. I am not sure why engineers design buildings this way, but I learned my lesson! I will always ask future places I stay, whether or not the windows open to the outdoors. If stuffy, smelly rooms don’t bother you, then this would be a lovely place to stay.

La stanza non era pulita come dovrebbe. Le lame sul frigorifero, la microonde e lo schermo piatto. Il tavolo di testa era sporco. Le tovaglie del bagno avevano capelli lunghi neri e alcune tovaglie avevano piccole tinture. Il bagno aveva un anello nero sotto il rim. La stanza stessa ha un odore di urina. Il letto era comodo e loro erano abbastanza luminosi. Solo un consiglio, controlla le finestre nella tua stanza se resti qui. Abbiamo fatto l'arrivo e entrambi erano aperti.

Good value for money, although the hotel is located quite far from the town centre. Large, clean rooms. They have a small gym and free coffee/water for guests. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast though. The staff attitude could be better towards the guests. One of the guys at the reception simply doesn't know what a basic etiquette is (at least to say ”hello” to his guests).

This hotel exceeded all the top requirements. I had a room on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was on the back, but still afforded a view of the valley. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Clean is my main concern and they fit the bill. I am an early riser and the Bistro was open when I went down and the coffee was reasonably priced compared to some. A great experience overall!

Andammo a Manchester per celebrare il compleanno di mia nonna. Ci siamo fatti qualche shopping, nuoto e Chuck E Cheese, ovviamente. L'hotel era perfettamente situato per tutte queste cose. Tuttavia, la notte tranquilla. Il ristorante non è tranquillo quanto il sito indica.

With few chain hotels in south Maine to choose from, we stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Hampton Portsmouth in Hampton New Hampshire. We used points to stay at the hotel that was charging over $300/night during Maine’s high season. For the rate it was charging, this should have been a first class hotel. It was not. The small room was very narrow with very little space around the bed. The furniture was white laminate and there was not enough storage - only two medium drawers, a small closet and two very small bedside table drawers. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator that was not very cold. There was NO SAFE. We could not lower the very cold AC and had to either turn it off or suffer the heat. The TV reception was very bad. The bathroom was brightly lit but the walk-in shower was small. Dining at the hotel was not good. There is no coffee/tea bar during the day. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. Plus the breakfast went from just okay to bad. The first morning was scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles plus hard boiled eggs, breakfast breads, cold cereal, oatmeal, apples and bananas, yogurt, fruit juices, milk, tea and coffee. The second morning featured scrambled eggs, really bad boiled turkey sausage and a prepackaged sausage egg biscuit (Jimmy Dean?). The third morning was a disaster – they ran out of hot food by 8:30 a.m. My friends and I left and got breakfast elsewhere. There was no housekeeping during our stay. We threw out our garbage in a garbage can outside the elevator that was not emptied by the time we returned that evening. People left garbage bags outside their rooms that were not picked up by the staff which I guess meant that the hall carpets were not vacuumed either.
