India: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Madhya Pradesh

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel Radisson RED Indore, e il livello di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato era davvero eccellente. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al momento in cui abbiamo controllato, l'intera squadra è andata sopra e oltre per guardarci con vera e propria attenzione. Il personale è un professionista assoluto e alcuni gruppi specifici meritano un riconoscimento particolare: La squadra di ricezione: i nostri processi di check-in e check-out erano senza sosta, ci hanno accolto con sorriso radiante, hanno gestito efficacemente ogni richiesta e ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente apprezzati come ospiti. Il servizio del ristorante: il personale del ristorante è stato un'attenzione particolare al nostro soggiorno. Il loro servizio impeccabile e la loro dedizione alla creazione di una grande esperienza di mangiare non sono andati invisibili. La nostra stanza è stata mantenuta assolutamente immacolata durante il nostro soggiorno. L'attenzione del team di custodia per i dettagli, il rispetto per il nostro spazio e la profondità sono state di prima qualità. È raro trovare un hotel dove ogni singolo dipartimento opera a un livello così elevato di ospite. Grazie all'intero team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così comodo e memorabile. Siamo sicuri di tornare e consigliamo molto questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno senza problemi!

The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent amenities. The staff were courteous, professional, and provided prompt service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The only drawback was the location, which was slightly less convenient for commuting. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend it, especially for couples or family travelers.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

La camera è spaziosa, la piscina sul tetto è piccola ma molto bella, il personale è molto amichevole, il trasporto locale non è un problema. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan e Manish sono bellissimi e sempre al servizio. La signora Shuli risponde sempre con un sorriso brillante e il signor Chetan è così impegnato nel suo dovere in silenzio.Il desk front dell'hotel è sempre proattivo

It was very good experience in terms of food and stay. Friendly staff at the hotel across the sections including parking, reception, catering, housekeeping. Few glitches were there in the room all solved by the staff promptly. Also food was specifically nice with the head chief rupesh who personally serviced us made our food more tasty. Wold recommend every one to stay at park indore.

Camere molto pulite e ben mantenute.Grande posizione e delizioso colazione . Servizio e ospitalità incredibile fornita da Naval Rahul, Ajay e Sulochna.

感覺還一般吧，就是早餐差了點！中國人不太習慣！東西環境還可以，就是設施舊那麼一點，總體還算不錯吧。OK
