India: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Madhya Pradesh

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel Radisson RED Indore, e il livello di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato era davvero eccellente. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al momento in cui abbiamo controllato, l'intera squadra è andata sopra e oltre per guardarci con vera e propria attenzione. Il personale è un professionista assoluto e alcuni gruppi specifici meritano un riconoscimento particolare: La squadra di ricezione: i nostri processi di check-in e check-out erano senza sosta, ci hanno accolto con sorriso radiante, hanno gestito efficacemente ogni richiesta e ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente apprezzati come ospiti. Il servizio del ristorante: il personale del ristorante è stato un'attenzione particolare al nostro soggiorno. Il loro servizio impeccabile e la loro dedizione alla creazione di una grande esperienza di mangiare non sono andati invisibili. La nostra stanza è stata mantenuta assolutamente immacolata durante il nostro soggiorno. L'attenzione del team di custodia per i dettagli, il rispetto per il nostro spazio e la profondità sono state di prima qualità. È raro trovare un hotel dove ogni singolo dipartimento opera a un livello così elevato di ospite. Grazie all'intero team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così comodo e memorabile. Siamo sicuri di tornare e consigliamo molto questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno senza problemi!

I recently stayed at HRJ Sarovar Portico Indore and had a truly pleasant experience. The overall property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that make your stay relaxing from the moment you check in. What really stood out for me was the housekeeping service. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, perfectly arranged amenities, and a refreshing ambiance throughout. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The prompt response to requests and the consistency in service made a big difference. Whether it was room cleaning, replenishing essentials, or ensuring everything was in order, the team handled it efficiently and with a smile. Overall, a great stay experience, especially for those who value cleanliness and well-maintained spaces. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!!!!

It was a wonderful stay and i love the hospitality the most and also the location, will recommend this and come to stay again.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Room are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service. Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive

It's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.

No photos this time. Cons- no dedicated parking place , cars parked on road not at all safe. Service is pathetic. Especially on breakfast time. Staff doesn’t even give you a look. Not attentive at all. Limited breakfast . Unnecessarily hyped place . Avoid it

感覺還一般吧，就是早餐差了點！中國人不太習慣！東西環境還可以，就是設施舊那麼一點，總體還算不錯吧。OK
