Canada: hotel con bar nella provincia di Columbia Britannica

The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a ****** hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

Amazing location with beautiful views and can enjoy Emerald lake when there is fewer tourists. However, amenities in room is more dated and has a damp smell. 

Bene, le camere erano pronte per noi, pulite, ma anche se erano piccole, eravamo occupati tutto il fine settimana e ci dormivamo in loro, non ospitava una festa, ecc.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

Ho prenotato questo hotel all'ultimo minuto dopo essere arrivato dagli Stati Uniti. La camera aveva una bellissima vista sullo skyline e nel complesso era un bel posto in cui soggiornare. il quartiere sembrava meno impreciso di molti posti. Ritornerei sicuramente. Mi è piaciuto anche il parcheggio. mi ha dato la tranquillità sapendo che la mia macchina era stata curata. Il 100% lo consiglierei e in più c'è molto da fare nella zona!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel era eccellente. Le strutture e i servizi erano eccellenti, e il personale era incredibilmente gentile e professionale. L'ambiente dell'hotel era bellissimo e tranquillo, e le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli. Ritorneremo certamente e consigliamo molto questo hotel ad altri.

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy. The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water. Staff at the front desk was courteous. I think parking should have been included.
