È stata una sorpresa aspettata quando abbiamo prenotato o 24 ore prima di entrare. Il luogo era sorprendentemente situato in fondo al centro dei parchi, come si ottengono l'approvazione del consiglio?
La colazione inclusa è stata fantastica, perché è una atmosfera scomparsa.
La stanza è piccola, ma non è una preoccupazione perché ha un grande stile e non si è sentita crampata per un paio di persone.
Questo sarà il mio futuro che andrà a posto per ogni viaggio futuro.

We booked this hotel because of the global ballooning. It is right at the hotel. This hotel is beautiful. It is not near to the town, and needs to travel longer distance as usual. The parking area is further from the room that we are allocated. We are given room with staircase, and we have 4 big luggage to push & carry. Raining and there is no shelter from car park to our room unit. The heat lamp in the bathroom is not working. No portable heater when we ask for. The heater in the living room (the sofa bed) is not working well, though there is hot air blowing out. It is still cold in the winter time.

It is highly recommended to get the suite with the river view! The view from the window is absolutely gorgeous. The suite is huge, clean, and modern; I really have nothing to complain about regarding my stay.
However, their reception closes at 8 PM. If you plan to check in late, you need to pre-fill their forms and other information, and you only receive the instructions for your keys later that evening. I found this to be inconvenient and unsettling. This was the only downside of my stay.

We stayed here overnight on a trip further north. I got it for a great price and couldn’t believe how exceptional this unit was. Everything you could need and so amazingly clean. Holidaying here with children would be fabulous- the facilities were amazing and the grounds beautiful. Cabins are well set out and there’s plenty of space for caravans. Loved it!

La posizione è vicina al terminal dell'aeroporto di Melbourne. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto impeccabile. Gli autisti e il personale della reception sono disponibili e cordiali. Altamente consigliato.

La stanza era buona, un po' vecchia e ovviamente ben usata. Era pulita, e questo è davvero tutto ciò che conta per noi.. Non mangiamo nel ristorante ma andiamo al bar, e le bevande erano ragionevolmente prezzi. Non ci sono troppi posti confortevoli, o ci saremmo rimasti intorno un po' più, ma va bene, soprattutto il fuoco nel mezzo della stanza.

Armour è un bel motel. Il servizio è veloce e amichevole. Le strutture forniscono tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Sono vicini i bar e i ristoranti.

The location is great—close to the CBD, so no issues there. However, the bathroom layout was disappointing. There was no holder for essentials inside the shower, and the towel rack was placed far from the shower area. I'm not sure how they came up with such an impractical design.
Overall, I’d say the hotel deserves an average rating.

CClarrence LeoSiamo una famiglia di 5 adulti e 1 bambino, e abbiamo prenotato 2 camere separatamente. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la buona posizione vicino al terminale nazionale e un punto di prezzo non così costoso (rispetto a Parkroyal che era direttamente al contrario dell'hotel). Le camere erano di dimensioni decenti, niente di troppo lussuose, come si occupava principalmente dei viaggiatori che trasferiscono all'aeroporto. L'hotel aveva una palestra enorme, che si è sorpreso di vedere che era quasi vuoto, ma avevano tutti i tipi di attrezzature per la catering in tutte le parti del corpo. Non è il miglior cibo, ma almeno è riempito di stomaci con la diffusione standard di cibo occidentale - frutta, pane, uova e bacon, ecc. In generale, consigliere questo hotel se si sta passando a Melbourne per una notte e cercando un posto economico ma non troppo scalpabile per dormire!

RRontalAbbiamo prenotato l'hotel da trip.com che è stata la migliore decisione che abbiamo preso per assicurare un posto a Melbourne. Il suo facile, conveniente e offrono un prezzo affidabile rispetto ad altri siti di prenotazione. Best Western Hotel, il suo 5/5. La struttura è molto attraente, e sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo per il prossimo viaggio a Melbourne.

UUtente ospiteIl puliziatore della stanza ha fatto un lavoro molto mediocre. V sloppy. L'acqua non era riempita né lavato. La stanza era molto rumorosa, non era prova di suono. Il servizio in generale era buono. Un hotel molto vecchio e stanco che ha bisogno di ristrutturare male. L'unico motivo per cui si dovrebbe stare è la posizione molto conveniente.

UUtente ospiteThe location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great.
By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

Vvan0ffthewallStayed at Ibis Kingsgate for two weeks as I was here to celebrate my birthday. It is my second time staying here; I also came here last year for two weeks and for my birthday!
The hotel is located within a good and safe area - which is great for solo travellers such as myself.
I’ve seen families at this hotel too.
Ibis Kingsgate is within the free tram zone (you can take the 86 or 96), with access to many amenities nearby such as Coles, Woolies, Southern Cross Station (great for when you have to catch the SkyBus), My Chemist, and a range of food and cafe options.
Located at the cross junction of King and Bourke St, the hotel is also walking distance to other popular streets such Elizabeth, Queen, Williams, Colins, Lonsdale, La Trobe, and more! Flinders is nearby too, and you can just cut across to Southbank as well! In fact, you can even walk to Lygon, Docklands or even as far as Collingwood, which I did!
If walking is not your thing, there are also many options for trams, trains, and buses near this hotel.
Room is adequate and clean, with a nice range of television channels. There’s a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee which is occasionally refilled. Bathroom is good too; sufficient and spacious enough, and for some - there’s even a window in the bathroom!
The hotel staff are nice and it’s always great to be back. Thank you for the room upgrade, it made my trip even more special. I returned the gesture by keeping the room as clean and tidy as possible. ;p

BBec143I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one.
Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now.
Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!).
I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone.
The beds were comfortable though!
The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

UUtente ospiteLocation: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing.
Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash.
Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised.
Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it.
Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great

UUtente ospiteNon è possibile colpire il personale, ma le strutture devono essere riassegnate. Le camere TV non lavoravano non potevano essere fissate fino al giorno successivo. Sono andate a usare il secco per scoprire che non funzionavano punti di potenza su quella parte della stanza. Ancora consigliato non può essere fissato immediatamente. Doveva usare la TV come specchio per il cappello secco! Poi abbiamo continuato a ricevere chiamate dopo le 10:00 dalla ricezione se tutto era bene nonostante essere stato detto che non può essere fissato. Veramente deludente. In un'azione positiva per GM e il recettore Cheryl erano in grado di aiutare e rimuovere alcune accuse.

The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.
The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

Mi ha offerto una stanza e era abbastanza vicino agli ascensori! Tutto era così buono. Il colazione era un po' deludente. Tuttavia, è incluso così ancora accettabile, 6/10.
Ben fatto al personale di servizio e al personale di manutenzione, e chiunque pulisca la mia stanza, voglio dare loro credito perché hanno addirittura adattato la mappa sulla mia tavola per corrispondere alla direzione della porta d'ingresso.
La posizione è super brillante. 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Southern Cross e secondi al tram di Bourke Street. Posso facilmente accedere ai tram e al Skybus!
Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere!
