Where do I begin? Asked for extra pillows but was told no. They use small pillows that are not even standard size. At 8am my wife attempted to take a hot shower and no hot water. You know, upset wife is upset life. Front desk assistant told us to "wait" because they were fully booked. Which is the hot water heater can't support their actual hotel to accommodate the number if rooms. 9:30am still ice cold shower. Should I mention the stains all over the bed once we woke up and removed the sheets. I guess the pictures will serve justice for future potential customers to stay the hell away from this place.

At first, checked me into an extremely dirty room. Seemed as though someone else was s staying in it. Quickly rectified the situation once alerted

Only stay there if you have too. Sometimes the price is ok. Sometimes it’s HORRIBLE. they add charges when it’s prepaid or when they feel like. It’s not consistent

Toilet didn't flush properly, absolutely no hot water. I shouldn't have had to pay anything for this.

The 2nd night of my stay all the towels from the previous night were taken away and No new towels were provided. The heating unit in the room was defective. NO hot air came from the vents no matter what temperature was selected up to 90 degrees!! The room was uncomfortably cold and I had to sleep in my clothes underneath the blankets. Entirely UNACCEPTABLE level of service!!

There were people sitting on curb outside entrance smoking, coughing and talking to self, in need of help and a bath.
Not very inviting when you pull into parking lot.
No coffee or juice available at breakfast area.
Management allowing a man mumbling with no shirt or shoes on touching food, starring at people and hanging out in breakfast area.
People shouting profanities outside windows after midnight.
Hallways were dirty and in need of a vacuum.
I was not comfortable leaving my car doors unlocked, just going in to register.
Been coming here for many years, we have family in the area - we will not go to this motel again.

Musty smell in 1st floor room. No coffee at breakfast on 10/20(did have it on 10/21).
