Australia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Victoria

The hotel is located in the CBD. We are able to access to the places of interest and shopping centre easily. The shopping centre is just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff iis friendly, provides immediate assistance when I enquire for baggage storage. Though there is a notice about on the 3rd day room service but there was room service on the next day of our stay. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to the free tram zone, which made it very convenient to explore Melbourne. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne!

Traveling to the airport was super convenient thanks to the nearby SkyBus. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which made things even easier for us. Our room was very spacious and looked exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and sweetly comfortable. The bedding was especially nice and cozy. The layout of the hotel is a bit complex, so it took us a little while to find our room, and it was a bit of a walk from the elevator. Still, once we settled in, everything was great. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, but we did enjoy the gaming area located at the back of the lobby—it was really fun and a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the SkyBus!

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is at the opposite. The Pegasus has a real kitchen and utensils since it's an apartment hotel. No view at all but it's ok for a night's stay. The bed is so soft but so as the Radisson and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had reasonable service, but I overheard the guest in front of me checked out 30mins later than he should and the staff were not happy about it at all, like teacher talking to a misbehaved student. Overall it's price for money.

L'hotel è arrivato presto e la nostra stanza non era disponibile. Seduto nel check-in in zona per un'ora perché eravamo troppo stanchi di volo a occhi rossi. E il personale di gentile uomo ci ha offerto un aggiornamento gratuito per poter controllare la nostra stanza prima. Abbiamo riuscito a prendere un po' di sonno prima di uscire. L'hotel era pulito e la posizione era eccellente. La stanza era spaziosa, ma l'arrangement era un po' strano come si può vedere dalla posizione del bacino. La pressione dell'acqua è bassa e uno specchio corporeo completo sarebbe bello. In generale, buon hotel e grazie al personale che ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo.

Non ho una richiesta specifica per le camere, ma voglio solo un check-in precoce. Penso che Natalie mi abbia fatto entrare e lei era molto carina. Mi ha offerto una stanza e era abbastanza vicino agli ascensori! Tutto era così buono. Il colazione era un po' deludente. Tuttavia, è incluso così ancora accettabile, 6/10. Ben fatto al personale di servizio e al personale di manutenzione, e chiunque pulisca la mia stanza, voglio dare loro credito perché hanno addirittura adattato la mappa sulla mia tavola per corrispondere alla direzione della porta d'ingresso. La posizione è super brillante. 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Southern Cross e secondi al tram di Bourke Street. Posso facilmente accedere ai tram e al Skybus! Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere!

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

We stayed at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf as a family and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal — right next to DFO for shopping, with easy tram access to the city and kid-friendly spots like SEA LIFE Melbourne and the Melbourne Museum. Our room was modern, clean, and had beautiful views of the city. The beds were super comfy, and the space worked well for a family of four, although a little more storage would’ve been helpful. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had great options for both kids and adults. While there's no pool or play area, the convenience, comfort, and location more than made up for it. A great base for exploring Melbourne as a family — we’d definitely come back!

Hotel ideally located within walking distance to Westfield mall. Front desk staffs are friendly n helpful . Hotel room is quiet, clean and comfortable
