應該是扎蘭屯最好的酒店了，房間配置都達到了三星級標準。就是客人太少，入住附樓那天，貌似整棟樓就我一家，感覺特別的冷清。建議以後能將客人都籠在一棟樓裏。 至於早餐，還可以，能吃飽。

The room we stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room’s amenities, which included everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked minibar to a well-appointed bathroom with premium toiletries. 整體還是可以，前台小姐姐的服務態度很好。 早餐的餐品也還不錯，雞湯麪和牛肉麪挺好吃的。 但是酒店衞生需要在注意一下，不知道是不是因為國慶假期人可能太多了，床品什麼的跟不太上。 開始第1間房床上不太乾淨，前台小姐姐及時給我們做了更換，但是第2間房進去煙味和空氣清新劑的味道太大了，本來想説再換一間，但是那天到的時候太晚了，就沒有換了。 不過也希望後期打掃衞生的阿姨可以把房裡抽煙的情況及時同步給前台，然後前台人員就能及時把這種房間做個標記。 本來好好的無煙房，但是也耐不住要抽煙不講秩序的人。

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Ha avuto un incredibile soggiorno all'Hotel Vyluk. La posizione è fantastica. Cercata dalla destinazione commerciale più alta della città, e si trovano in modo uniforme tra due stazioni di metro che offrono facile accesso al resto della città. Il servizio era eccellente e il personale ha gestito il processo di registrazione straniero senza problemi, ci hanno anche aggiornati in una stanza di vista della città che era spettacolare, e c'erano molte luci all'interno della stanza che potevano essere tagliate dai pulsanti di muro bilingue. L'acqua e i bagni sono disponibili gratuitamente.Il doccia innescato è grande, come lo shampoo. L'hotel ha il robot di consegna covette, quindi se ordina la consegna di cibo o riceve il tessuto extra inviato, il robot viene direttamente alla porta e si riceve una chiamata al telefono in camera. Il servizio in camera è venuto il secondo giorno e ha pulito il posto. Niente altro che il meglio da dire in merito a questo hotel. Non dovrei essere chiuso il palestra e la piscina. L'unica questione che ho avuto con questo hotel è che su Trip è andato all'Hotel Vyluk e credo che abbia visto quel nome arrivare su un'altra mappa e questo è il nome. Non ci sono menzioni di “Vyluk” fuori o all’interno dell’hotel che hanno reso più difficile trovare, dato che ci sono altri vicini. Il nome cinese non è anche una tranlitazione, ma piuttosto il nome Wei Lai . Tuttavia, mi fermerò al 100% su qualsiasi altro hotel vicino, dato la qualità, il servizio e il prezzo che era la metà di quelli vicini.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.
