All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff, great food and wonderful facilities. I enjoyed the pool and steam room and then the dinner and drinks in the bar. Nice walks around the golf course and easy to navigate the local area. All the staff were excellent and I'd happily return.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Il giorno dopo, ho prenotato una stanza per il 80° compleanno di mia madre, un pasto e un pasto nella sala da pranzo con la famiglia. Tutto era perfetto per mia madre, dalla stanza alla cena e al servizio - un grido speciale a Vicki Wood e (Mi dispiace non aver ricevuto il suo nome) la signora che si occupava di tutto per noi al Claret Jug.

Excellent location just off the motorway. Spa / pool / gym are great to break up the day. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely. Bar & grill could do with a change of menu. Food choice and standard are both poor. The price also being expensive for what it is. No one asks if everything was ok with any meals. Frequently cold meals / parts of meals. Breakfast buffet was not the best and the hot selection was poor in taste & quality. Not worth £10. I would stay again but order food in or bring food with me.

L'hotel era grande. Il personale è stato molto amichevole, utile e ben organizzato. Ci è stato anche permesso di aggiornare il nostro pacchetto che si è rivelato eccellente per il costo aggiuntivo. Vorrei consigliare a chiunque considerasse il soggiorno a Leeds. La posizione è stata buona con una passeggiata di 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e anche al centro della città.

Il bagno è stato molto confortevole, il personale è molto amichevole e il cibo è stato molto eccellente. La posizione era anche buona, a pochi minuti dall'M1.

Molto buon hotel e servizi. Inoltre, si trova una piscina e una palestra. Parcheggio (per un canone) è disponibile anche sul sito. Nessun serbatoio di stoccaggio sicuro nelle camere. Le camere possono avere un bagno piuttosto che una doccia.
