Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di West Yorkshire

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Poor customer service. There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us . Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent

Ho fatto la prenotazione al 12-07 arrivando a circa 3-15 - 3-30 e avevo richiesto un modulo aggiuntivo ma è stato detto che questo non era possibile perché avevo fatto la prenotazione tardiva e la ricezione non aveva alcun!! Sono cabine forestali e avrei dovuto pensare che si trattasse di una richiesta comune e di un'ulteriore scheda disponibile facilmente. La cabina è stata riscaldata da un riscaldatore elettrico mobile che ha richiesto ore per riscaldare la cabina. Le porte erano chiuse con difficoltà, probabilmente a causa di pitture ripetute, e le maniche di metallo erano dipinte; la porta esterna non si chiuse dall'interno. Non c'era posto dove stare in cabina, non c'era superficie libera per impostare le cose come l'unica superficie adatto, un desk, aveva una TV in piedi liberi su di essa; c'era un guardaroba, ma si scioglieva disgustosa. Il cibo era buono, ma il servizio era lento perché il ristorante sembrava sottoscritto con il barista di te che aiutava come cameriere. La struttura è bella e il personale è molto piacevole.

Possiamo controllare in anticipo, che erano così grati dopo il nostro lungo viaggio.Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole.La colazione è molto buona.Vorremmo solo avere delle salsicce di verdura, perché non mangiamo maiale.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Bella ricezione. È stato un ottimo colazione! Purtroppo l'hotel ha avuto un forte odore di vapore alla ricezione principale e nelle vie della sala. La camera potrebbe essere stata più pulita visto le dita di cioccolato sulle tende del precedente ospite. Belle strutture per il tempo libero.

Il migliore vantaggio è stato il supercarro Tesla, che mi ha dato un'aria distante e che ha un'auto elettrica. Ho avuto la camera di base e non ha incluso la colazione o l'accesso alla palestra/pool. Parcheggio overnight è un costo di 5 sterline. Per me tutto era un extra anche quando ho chiesto un kit dentale, come ho dimenticato la mia tosse da denti era un extra £1. Non c'era telefono per il servizio in camera, quindi dovevo andare a piedi.
