Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di West Yorkshire

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

Ho fatto la prenotazione al 12-07 arrivando a circa 3-15 - 3-30 e avevo richiesto un modulo aggiuntivo ma è stato detto che questo non era possibile perché avevo fatto la prenotazione tardiva e la ricezione non aveva alcun!! Sono cabine forestali e avrei dovuto pensare che si trattasse di una richiesta comune e di un'ulteriore scheda disponibile facilmente. La cabina è stata riscaldata da un riscaldatore elettrico mobile che ha richiesto ore per riscaldare la cabina. Le porte erano chiuse con difficoltà, probabilmente a causa di pitture ripetute, e le maniche di metallo erano dipinte; la porta esterna non si chiuse dall'interno. Non c'era posto dove stare in cabina, non c'era superficie libera per impostare le cose come l'unica superficie adatto, un desk, aveva una TV in piedi liberi su di essa; c'era un guardaroba, ma si scioglieva disgustosa. Il cibo era buono, ma il servizio era lento perché il ristorante sembrava sottoscritto con il barista di te che aiutava come cameriere. La struttura è bella e il personale è molto piacevole.

Il più amichevole benvenuto e check-out in qualsiasi hotel nel Regno Unito. Posizionare la scena per un buon soggiorno dopo un lungo viaggio. Molto comodo camera, grande servizio in tutto il mondo.

Stayed for one night, that was enough. Chose a twin room it was on the third floor round the back of some corridor. The beds were used together and the headboard wasn't large enough for them. My husband's bed wasn't on the divan base properly and it protruded at the end. He managed to catch his legs on it on getting out in the night The flat sheets were so small they didn't tuck under the mattress. I ask for a top sheet to anchor the bottom sheets in. The pillows were the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on they were like concrete blocks. The plug hole on the bath looked dirty, and all the skirting boards and edges of the bedside table and Tele stand were the same. Such a shame we have stayed here several times before and it has been clean and everything was fine. Don't know if it was because we paid a cheaper price for this room. Won't be staying there again.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Nice welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent! Unfortunately hotel had a strong smell of damp at main reception and in hall ways. Room could have been cleaner seen chocolate finger marks on curtains from previous guest. Tv didn’t work in room. Nice leisure facilities.

Il migliore vantaggio è stato il supercarro Tesla, che mi ha dato un'aria distante e che ha un'auto elettrica. Ho avuto la camera di base e non ha incluso la colazione o l'accesso alla palestra/pool. Parcheggio overnight è un costo di 5 sterline. Per me tutto era un extra anche quando ho chiesto un kit dentale, come ho dimenticato la mia tosse da denti era un extra £1. Non c'era telefono per il servizio in camera, quindi dovevo andare a piedi.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno, ma penso che dovrebbero avere un rapido prelievo AV come attualmente dovevamo prelevare overnite per ottenere il pieno prelievo sulla macchina.
