My recent staycation at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s elegant design, blending modern luxury with subtle Vietnamese charm, created a serene ambiance that made me feel both pampered and at home. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure. The dining options were a highlight. The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind, with creative cocktails and panoramic views of the city at night. The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. I indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage that melted away all stress, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience even more special. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day. Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. The hotel was excellent overall, and what stood out the most was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. As we are from an Indian background, we found it difficult to enjoy some of the Asian dinner options. The team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by specially preparing Indian breakfast items for us during our stay. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. We were also touched when the staff packed fresh mangoes for us to take on our flight. A special thank you to the Kitchen Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The exceptional service and genuine care shown by the team made our visit memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The stay was average. The hotel was nice and new but overall the experience was mediocre. Service, public areas, room were all just so so. For a new hotel and at the price point it was a disappointment. The breakfast quality and service was below average compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The highlight was the wellness spa and gym which was very luxurious and spacious.

Non capisco come questo hotel possa ottenere un punteggio di 9,3 e una valutazione di 5 stelle su trip.com. Quando sono arrivato mi sono sentito ingannato, questo è solo un hotel a 3 stelle. La camera è così piccola. E con il prezzo che ho pagato, circa 85 euro, penso che sia meglio andare al Fraser Suites, che è ancora uno dei migliori di Hanoi. Questo hotel è uno dei miei peggiori hotel in Vietnam. Quando entri, il bagno ha un odore sgradevole e il lavandino è intasato. Immagina alle 23:00, già stanco morto, di fare la doccia a metà con un lavandino intasato e il pavimento allagato. Guarda la foto. Come può un hotel progettare il lavandino a pavimento in questo modo? Non c'è una fessura per contenere l'acqua e se è intasata, traboccherà naturalmente sul pavimento asciutto. Un design così stupido, per non parlare dell'odore. Il direttore sapeva benissimo che questa camera aveva un problema quando è arrivato, ma me l'ha comunque assegnata. Questo è il punto che mi fa infuriare. Sono riuscito a cambiare camera e questa è migliore senza lavandino intasato, ma la camera sembrava antiquata e piccola. La cosa più importante è che si sente un rumore costante di acqua che scorre, non so se proviene dal vicino o dal soffitto superiore. In generale, non c'è isolamento acustico ed è rumoroso quando passa la gente. Mi è venuta voglia di fare il check-out dopo la prima notte, ma la tariffa non è rimborsabile. Non c'è scelta. Nel complesso è un incubo per me. La colazione è nella media. Il lato positivo è che il personale è gentile. Non mi fiderò mai del punteggio di 9,3 su trip.com o del 4,8 di Google. Non ci posso credere e ho prenotato per provare, visto il punteggio buono, ma sono rimasto piuttosto deluso. Comunque, in generale, un consiglio è di evitare la maggior parte degli hotel nel centro storico e cercare suite Novotel o suite Fraser, che si trovano fuori dal centro storico turistico, per ottenere il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, e usare semplicemente Grab se si vuole visitare il centro storico.

Il hotel è stato molto pulito, confortevole e ben mantenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione era perfetta e a pochi passi dai luoghi che volevamo visitare, che rendevano molto conveniente l'esplorazione di Hanoi. Grazie speciali al personale di accoglienza che è stato sempre amichevole, accogliente e utile durante il nostro soggiorno. Il loro servizio ci ha resi davvero confortevole e curato. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e saremmo stati felici di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Very good hotel located in the heart of the old quarter makes local bars, restaurants, shops all easily accessible by short walk. Excellent location close to the beautiful Ho Hoan Kiem lake which is idyllic and touristy. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. Omlette station, desserts and excellent coffee ☕️. We found all of the breakfast staff extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Richard and Winnie who were brilliant and added to our positive experience of this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for ease of getting around and seeing the sites snd attractions.

Il bar sul tetto e la piscina sono ancora in costruzione, quindi è innegabile che si tratti di un'inaugurazione soft, ma l'ospitalità del personale ha compensato questa delusione. In particolare, la gentilezza del portiere e del personale del ristorante della colazione mi ha fatto venire voglia di tornarci.

Il check-in è stato semplicissimo. Ci hanno accolto con un drink di benvenuto e asciugamani freschi e rinfrescanti. Ci hanno anche portato i bagagli in camera, così abbiamo potuto partire. Quando abbiamo visto la nostra camera per la prima volta, abbiamo scoperto che Trip aveva indicato nostra figlia come 12enne e non 13enne, quindi non avevano preparato il letto per gli ospiti e il personale se n'era andato. Per risolvere il problema, ci hanno subito cambiato camera con una con più letti. Ci hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto, a cambiare valuta e a depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out. La colazione era deliziosa, con caffè vietnamita e frittata preparata al momento. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, quindi tutto profuma di nuovo, c'è polvere da cantiere e qualche segno che i lavori non sono ancora terminati. La posizione è raggiungibile a piedi e l'arredamento della camera è bellissimo!

Manevi Premier Hotel was one of the most memorable hotels of my entire trip. From the moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by the interior design. Every space is beautifully curated, in a exquisite way. The attention to detail is simply exceptional, making the hotel feel stylish, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. My room was beautifully furnished, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. Every element, from the choice of materials to the lighting and décor, reflected outstanding taste. It is the kind of hotel where you genuinely enjoy spending time, not just sleeping. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax after a busy day exploring. The staff deserve special recognition. They were always warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to every detail made the experience even more special. If you appreciate boutique hotels with beautiful architecture, refined interiors, and exceptional hospitality, Manevi Premier Hotel is an absolute gem. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.
