È stato un soggiorno fantastico a Richmond. Ben accessibile a varie linee ferroviarie, ristoranti e negozi. Proprio accanto al famoso Sensoji. Ho fatto delle rinfrescanti passeggiate mattutine ammirando le costruzioni architettoniche dei templi e le antiche attrazioni tradizionali della vecchia Tokyo. I caffè gratuiti e la colazione a buffet sono eccellenti.

Convenient location, 6 minutes by subway to Ginza, subway entrance from the hotel. Close to many stores, bakeries, quiet and peaceful neighborhood Spacious room, comfortable bed, great view. There is a table and chairs along the window, you can admire the view. There is a smoking room on almost all floors. Very nice interior, spacious and spectacular lobby with a view of the city and bar. Very convenient bath complex, everything is clean and comfortable. Polite staff, if it were possible, would put a rating of 6 Definitely worth its money!

Anche se è un po' lontano dalla stazione (15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kojima Nitta), il prezzo è perfetto vicino all'aeroporto di Haneda e l'hotel stesso dispone di un bus navetta per l'aeroporto e la stazione, il che lo rende molto adatto per pernottare la notte prima prendere un volo. L'ambiente dell'hotel è impeccabile, si affaccia sul fiume Tama, è possibile noleggiare scooter e passeggiare lungo il fiume, la camera ha solo il bagno con doccia e non la vasca, ma al secondo piano c'è una grande vasca da bagno. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono disponibili detergenti per il viso, struccanti e prodotti per la cura della pelle. Nel complesso, è molto confortevole ~

Distanza dalla stazione di Tokyo - 8~10 minuti ma con bagagli, è consigliabile utilizzare il centro commerciale Yasue Underground per tutta la strada verso la fine di questo centro commerciale in direzione della linea Giza o del Museo Artizon. La pressione del bagaglio in questo modo è molto più facile di condizioni stradali superficiali con molte bombe. Una volta che avete l'orientamento, questo hotel è in effetti una bella posizione con Takashimaya a sinistra e le centrali sotterranee dietro l'hotel, Daimaru e Tokyo Station. Una semplice tavola come la soppa di miso può giudicare l'impegno del cuoco, quindi non giudicare.Non è troppo sicuro che ci sia una stazione di omelet, ma probabilmente dovresti farlo se ti chiedi. La camera è nuova, pulita e il bagno è buono, non piccolo. Non c'è tavolo studio ma questo è fatto con una tavola da caffè con 2 sedie .... ben meglio con più spazio a piedi. Molto deludente è ancora nessuna interruzione USB o piastrelle di parete. Quindi, per favore BYO Giappone adattatore e caricatori telefonici. Internet è buono, non sempre caduto. TV come al solito, non aspettare troppo di programmi in inglese. Oh, al contrario è la costruzione. Chiedi di stare tranquillo.La mia faccia davanti all'ufficio vicino all'hotel ... di solito vede il personale lavorare. Sarà sostenuto se tornerà a Tokyo.

Hotel is clean and sufficient for short stay. Rooms are a little small but location is excellent. Train station is just 1 min walk via exit A10 and this ginza line connects to main areas like shibuya so it is extremely convenient. 7/11 is just right below the hotel. Only problem is service, the staff speak minimal english so there are communication problems. Also, we tried borrowing a weighing scale for days and they seem to be unable to find any (claims it is rented to other guest who refused to return), but we also find it very ridiculous that such a big hotel has no weighing scale. Check in is also super strict, do not even expect them to allow you to check in 1 minute early. We arrived at 2.30 but they insisted we wait till 3pm so there were lots of people cluttered at the hotel lobby area.

The staff is welcoming, and tries their hardest to help you out with what ever you need. The 'save the environment' mission means you can take what amenities you need at the lobby, as well as your choice for the cleaning staff to clean the room. The rooms are compact, but don't feel claustrophobic. The beds are comfortable and on the whole the hotle was very quiet. Water, slippers and pajamas are left in the room for you, along with cleaning soaps in the bathroom. Other amenities like vending machine, washing machine and ice are on different floors. The buffet breakfast has it's staples, and some new dishes changed daily. I especially liked the 'to go'' coffe/tea, which is available throughout the day (with some biscuits). This breakfast is must, and if you're in a rush you can even ask them for a doggie bag. It's in a good location, as there are many stations in close proximity (+/- 10min walk). If you are in the area and find your self hungry, you'll be spoiled for choice with the food trucks for lunch or the plethora of restaurants nearby. There also a 7/11 right across the street. Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is super well located in Ginza. You are close to the subway making it a breeze to get anywhere in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is super clean BUT the rooms are rundown, dark and old. They are in desperate need of a remodel and there's signs all over the place that they will close in May for a remodel. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that one day I left at around 8 am and came back at 3 pm and housekeeping had not stopped by. When I called I was told housekeeping stops working at 4 pm and they needed an hour to clean the room, I had requested housekeeping in the morning and no one could tell me why they hadn't come earlier. Since I had to get ready for the an event at Ariake Arena I did not have housekeeping done that day but they gave me fresh towels. I booked my trip last minute and this was one of the only options left with Marriot the didnt cost $500 a night. But I wont be staying here again.

I will visit again. Great location as I could access most tourist centres easily. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast options also gave me the chance to try japanese cuisines even though they had few Western options. I love the fact t that the toilet was separated from the bath area. I loved the fact that you needed the access card to use the elevator 🛗 to the rooms. Security was very important to me even though Japan is a safe place generally.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.
