Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Tokyo

L'unica cosa che questo hotel a cinque stelle offre è il comfort e il servizio di prima classe. Mi sono colpito dalle moderne strutture e dai dettagli del hotel, e più importante è che i camerieri dell'hotel hanno sempre mantenuto sorridere e entusiasmo, che mi hanno fatto sentire più cordiale e caldo. Se cerchi un hotel di qualità cinque stelle, questo hotel è senza dubbio la tua scelta migliore.

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly (and they all spoke English) and it really made our trip to Tokyo so much sweeter and enjoyable. It was very refreshing compared to the other hotel we stayed at. We were treated very much like VIPs all throughout our stay. Special mention to Yui, Fred and Alexis who helped us with everything from finding stores, spas, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. And was super enjoyable to talk to. They even have great extras like free gourmet coffee, free happy hour drinks, and free morning post hangover shots. Lol! I really like the set up of the room. Its a well thought out layout. It’s spacious and the bathroom layout is separated like a suite - like shower and separate room for the WC. So one doesn’t have to wait for the other and both can use with privacy at the same time. And I can open all the lights on this part of the room early morning and do my make up without bothering my room mate. And black out blinds are really black out. Beds really comfortable. Well done. Definitely recommend and come back again.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel Hilton. Abbiamo apprezzato così tanto la colazione. E il bus navetta da/per la stazione ferroviaria è davvero un grande vantaggio! Vale il centesimo che abbiamo pagato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Very nice service. They all speak fluent English and know diff kind of languages. The rooms size is big and spacious, neat and tidy. Everyone is polite and helpful, greet you every time when you pass by. Definitely worth the money, but the only thing to complain is that rhere is no socket beside your bed which is inconvenient.

Per diverse ragioni abbiamo dovuto estendere il nostro soggiorno di un'altra notte e siamo stati felici di farlo. Ci ha permesso di sperimentare il ristorante K’shiki e il Tapas Molecular Bar, che abbiamo già prenotato. Osmu Okazaki ha assicurato che il nostro check-in andasse molto bene e ha offerto servizi che ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti. Ha davvero alleviato lo stress causato dagli eventi del giorno. La stanza era magnifica e ci ha permesso di rilassarci completamente. L’hotel è abbastanza vicino a luoghi di interesse per riempire il vostro tempo se necessario. I ristoranti erano eccezionali. K’shiki con il vago nodo verso la cucina italiana era eccezionale. Abbiamo scelto il menu del pranzo del capo e ogni corso era interessante e sorprendente. Il servizio era eccezionale. Il Tapas Molecular Bar è uno di quei ristoranti che è davvero speciale nel mondo. E' difficile scrivere un commento senza rovinare le sorprese. Basta dire con solo seduto per otto, si deve davvero considerare la vostra prenotazione in anticipo. Capo Kento Ushikubo è così talentuoso quanto si ottiene. Il suo cibo è intenso nel gusto, creativo e in molti casi solo disgustoso. Potrebbe essere quasi membro del Circolo Magico con le illusioni che crea. Uno dei più pensativi e considerati che ho incontrato, e lo incontrate, perché è con voi che prepara tutto il pasto, volete solo applaudire con un'ovazione permanente alla fine. Egli lo ha fatto particolarmente speciale per i nostri anniversari e non posso dire come perché avrebbe rovinato un'altra illusione. Mi è stato solo sorpreso che con tutta la nostra esperienza di mangiare in tutto il mondo siamo stati introdotti in nuove esperienze. Spoiler: non posso credere che il suo “crema di ghiaccio polverizzato” non sia stato “prestato” da altri cuochi. Purtroppo, a meno che non riusciremo a tornare, alcune di queste esperienze saranno una volta in un evento di vita. Grazie per una serata memorabile

Enjoy our 5 nights stay at this lovely hotel! The hotel was kept very clean even around the common areas despite being a hotel that allows you to bring your dogs. Every morning you get to see owners dining at the cafe with their cute dogs, which was very therapeutic for my friend and I. Hoel staff were also very helpful, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Hotel room size was ok, there was just enough space for 2 large and 2 cabin luggage to be opened at the same time in the twin room. Location is just 2 mins walk from JR line and 6 mins from Metro, quiet environment but yet you can find food options and convenience stores, all within 1-5 mins walk !

Not the most bustling area of town/city if that’s what you are looking for. But a really really nice and grand hotel with banquet rooms and nice pretty garden that looks amazing day and night. Room was big and spacious and we even got tempur beds that could be raised/lowered at a touch of a button!

The room was dark and 15m2. Read well all the details of the Hotel before doing the reservation. Ive read regarding 15m2 and was ready for it, but that it will be almost black and with window to the wall - was a real surprise. The rest is ok: good service, moderate breakfast and great location.

The hotel is good as we expected. Four seasons services is very well. Recommended if you wanna stay in the city hotel. Hotel located in the hearth of Tokyo. The room and bedding is good like sleep in the heaven BF are also good.
