AAsiaFamTravelsDirectly connected to the T3 terminal about a 10-15 min covered walk to the Monorail and departure terminal. Super convenient for our 6am flight. It is also connected to a small mall with lots of decent restaurant options and a Pharmacy - totally separate to the main Haneda building. The spa does not permit kids under 4 and it is open to the public as well - 2500 jpy for access. 3 different types of hairdryers in the ladies change room! Small room but has a free minibar and everything is perfectly comfortable and functional including nice bed sheets (although still dodgey overly limp pillows!)

UUtente ospiteLovely new hotel with onsen, free soba at night, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Room is of decent size and did not feel like 15 square meters. I may have gotten a slightly bigger room? There was more than enough space for solo traveller. Breakfast is decent. Only thing is the distance to the subway is not that near, but it’s in the middle of 3 stations, so you compromise that with added convenience of being able to access more lines within walking distance. Can’t complain much. I would recommend it as it is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities.

HHairol MBell'hotel nella baia di Tokyo, di fronte al Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. Collegato alla stazione di Shijo-mae. Le dimensioni della camera erano accettabili. Ho pagato 2.200 ¥ per la colazione a buffet. Un minimarket proprio di fronte all'ingresso principale.

MmtmlLa pulizia è caricabile a 1.5k yen per pulizia. Altrimenti non si pulisce nulla - ma ti danno ogni giorno nuove toletta e una borsa di spazzatura (sconciata sul pulsante della porta).
La colazione è bella e domestica - mi piaceva quando ho provato in una provincia diversa, quindi ho ripreso il mio dormitorio.
La strada di shopping intorno alla zona è molto interessante, e amo uneo parco.
Tuttavia, alcune cose strane durante il mio soggiorno:
1. Hanno insistito sul mio ingresso per un ”ispezione”, ma non hanno specificato perché.Quando ho chiamato per chiedere, hanno detto che era un'ispezione di cottura.Come una sola donna che viaggia, la mia preferenza non è lasciare che persone casuali entrino nella mia stanza, Specialmente se non si ripuliscono dopo che queste persone esterne entrano, ma la ricezione disse che non potevano aspettare che il mio soggiorno fosse stato qualche giorno dopo. Quando sono tornato in camera, il mio giacca era spostato e svuotato completamente da un lato, e la mia elettronica era circondata.
2. Un bug apparve sul mio specchio di immersione, quindi ho dato un feedback al personale dell'hotel, perché i mini bug significano che ci sono altri bug, e ho suggerito che fumigassero. Hanno detto ”oh ... scusate” improvvisamente tutto proceduto a guardarmi lontano e fingendo che non esistevo, che era un trattamento straordinario, e molto brutto lol. Non li ho nemmeno chiesto di cambiare la mia stanza, il punto è che questi bug sono probabilmente infestati, E se tornassi in un altro viaggio in questo hotel, non vorrei vederlo più. Non mi hanno nemmeno chiesto quale piano ero, quindi al 100% non sembrano avere alcuna intenzione di affrontare questo. Comportamento molto strano e povero - penso che sia stato anche Non vedo l'ora di tornare a Dormy Inn.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is great if u like onsen. We like to use the onsen every night after an exhausting day walking. Then enjoy a free ramen or ice cream. There’s free small simple ramen each night on the 2nd floor, free coffee, at the lobby, yakult & ice cream (15th fl) ( during specific time slot’s) We never used our room shower cos it’s tiny. We go to the public bathroom where u wash up sitting on a stool, then enjoy the Onsen & Sauna. Free drinks available at a drink machine in the sauna, also toiletries like shampoo & such. At the ladies washroom u can choose from a selection of shampoo & conditioner. But u can’t use the onsen if u have a tattoo. On the 15th floor, washing machine available for free, u gotta pay to use the dryer, but is quite cheap, we used about 300 yen to dry a full load of clothing. There’s also free manga, & a smoking area.
U get pick up extra towels at the reception, also stuffs like toothbrush, razor etc.
Hotel is within walking distance to many kombini’s, supermarkets ( I recommend Seiyu) & Sunshine City. Room is quite small though, but we had no trouble with 2 large suitcases. I like it that u can open the window to get fresh air, & it’s not far from the Ikebukuro station where all the shopping, food & actions are! I love going to the food street at Loft & Parco. Tobu is also amazing with lot’s of food & the biggest Daiso in Tokyo. We used the airport limousine bus to travel to & from Narita. Bus stop is at Sunshine City Prince hotel, ( 5 mins walk all flat terrain).
I would suggest the hotel make extra space by hanging up certain things, like the hair dryer, television. The walls are very empty, there can be more hooks, planks available for guests to place their stuffs or hand up a bag or jacket.
I also have a slight complain about the water kettle in our room. It won’t stop automatically when at boiling point, we asked the reception to change it, she said the cleaning lady will. But we found out the next day the kettle is still the same! We gave up cos sometimes communication in English isn’t totally ok with some staffs & just manually switch the kettle off every time it boils.
But all in all just some minor bugs, we did enjoyed our week-long stay here & will certainly consider coming back!

KKimVery nice. Definitely a hotel if you’re looking for a spa location but still close to everything. Soba noodles were great just wish they were open earlier.
Close to shopping good food, train station, and some sightseeing spots. ( go to those spots early they get crowded)

GGdnightMy stay at Dorms Inn Korakuen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Tokyo.
The concept is brilliant: modern, clean, and compact pod-style dormitory rooms paired with a genuine, high-quality natural hot spring (onsen) on the top floor. After a long day of exploring the city, there was nothing better than soaking in the spacious, soothing baths. It was the perfect way to unwind.
The facilities are impeccably clean, from the shared showers and bathrooms to the comfortable sleeping pods, which offered more than enough privacy and space. The common area was a great place to plan my day or meet other travelers.
Its location is another huge plus. Being just a short walk from both Korakuen Station and Tokyo Dome City made it incredibly easy to get around. The neighborhood has a lively yet relaxed vibe with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
For anyone looking for an affordable, unique, and authentically Japanese experience in Tokyo, I couldn't recommend Dorms Inn Korakuen more highly. It offers incredible value for money.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power
Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

ZZhengdongchrisLa camera era ricca di letti: c'erano due letti a castello e altri due letti larghi 1,4 metri, per un totale di sei posti letto, più che sufficienti per quattro persone. L'ingresso era un po' sprecato, poco funzionale, e l'insonorizzazione non era delle migliori. Tuttavia, la posizione all'interno di Ameyoko era davvero comodissima. Nelle vicinanze c'erano anche molte izakaya; una molto vicina all'hotel era deliziosa e a buon prezzo. Anche la stazione era molto vicina. Lungo la strada dalla stazione all'hotel, c'era un ramen di Hakata anch'esso ottimo. Peccato solo che non abbia scattato foto dell'hotel! 😂
