Stayed at Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport during an 11-hour layover with my nephew — super convenient, located right in Terminal 3. Accidentally went to Villa Fontaine Grand first, but staff kindly pointed us to the Premier.
✨ Highlights: Beautiful decor, smooth check-in, and a room with a stunning river view.
♨️ Amenities: Cozy bar, great access to airport shops and transit.
🛁 Room: Clean, quiet, stylish, and super comfy.
🍽️ Breakfast: Tasty buffet with both Western and Japanese options.
🛎️ Service: Friendly and professional staff.
💗 Overall: Great choice for a relaxing, high-quality layover stay. Would definitely book again!

UUtente ospiteLovely new hotel with onsen, free soba at night, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Room is of decent size and did not feel like 15 square meters. I may have gotten a slightly bigger room? There was more than enough space for solo traveller. Breakfast is decent. Only thing is the distance to the subway is not that near, but it’s in the middle of 3 stations, so you compromise that with added convenience of being able to access more lines within walking distance. Can’t complain much. I would recommend it as it is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities.

UUtente ospiteÈ stato molto facile spostarsi in città perché la stazione della metropolitana era molto vicina e c'era un mercato del pesce di fronte all'hotel, quindi era buono mangiare, e anche le terme sul tetto erano aperte di fronte, quindi è stato molto bello usare le terme notturne, e c'erano molti ottimi posti per scattare foto fuori dalla stanza, dall'ascensore, dalla hall dell'hotel e dall'hotel, quindi l'ho sfruttato bene per quattro giorni.

SS_tanEnjoyable hotel stay with lots of thoughtful perks! Loved the buffet-style shampoo selection in the onsen, free ice cream and late-night ramen, plus Yakult and coffee in the morning. Though it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station, the area is convenient with nearby malls, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Close to shopping good food, train station, and some sightseeing spots. ( go to those spots early they get crowded)

GGdnightMy stay at Dorms Inn Korakuen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Tokyo.
The concept is brilliant: modern, clean, and compact pod-style dormitory rooms paired with a genuine, high-quality natural hot spring (onsen) on the top floor. After a long day of exploring the city, there was nothing better than soaking in the spacious, soothing baths. It was the perfect way to unwind.
The facilities are impeccably clean, from the shared showers and bathrooms to the comfortable sleeping pods, which offered more than enough privacy and space. The common area was a great place to plan my day or meet other travelers.
Its location is another huge plus. Being just a short walk from both Korakuen Station and Tokyo Dome City made it incredibly easy to get around. The neighborhood has a lively yet relaxed vibe with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
For anyone looking for an affordable, unique, and authentically Japanese experience in Tokyo, I couldn't recommend Dorms Inn Korakuen more highly. It offers incredible value for money.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power
Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era piuttosto piccola, cosa che per me è stata inaspettata. Questo è davvero troppo caro! D'altro canto, poiché un giorno, quando sono tornato in hotel dopo mezzanotte, nessuna delle mie tessere della camera funzionava per aprire la porta o usare l'ascensore, e in quel momento c'era solo un dipendente di turno, ho la sensazione che lei fosse riluttante a riattivare le mie tessere della camera. Questa dovrebbe essere la mia esperienza nel soggiornare in un hotel a Tokyo: lo trovo molto maleducato. Non capisco davvero come ciò non possa accadere in nessun hotel di qualsiasi livello di Tokyo.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione è molto vivace e comoda, con molti ristoranti e locali proprio sotto l'edificio. La camera non si trova nello stesso stabile della reception. Lo spazio della stanza è buono, ma per gli standard giapponesi non era pulitissima e c'era un leggero odore. D'altra parte, il grande bagno pubblico era molto confortevole, il che è un grande punto a favore!
