UUtente ospiteIt was our first time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, as we usually stayed at the adjacent Villa Fontaine Hotel. The Premier property definitely feels more upscale and refined.
Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Unlike the sister hotel next door, the front desk here is staffed with courteous and attentive personnel. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, we left our luggage with the staff and went shopping. Upon returning, our suitcases—and another one delivered by Yamato Transport—had already been brought up to our room, which was a very nice touch.
We stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a generous washroom featuring a deep bathtub, and a long sofa by the window that was perfect for relaxing or having a quick meal. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the overall room design felt modern yet cozy. The wardrobe wasn’t particularly large but sufficient for coats and travel clothes.
We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight at 7 AM, but the convenience store downstairs made it easy to pick up yogurt, fruits, and light snacks. Another charming feature was the aroma pouch-making station in the lobby, where guests can choose from several fragrances — it’s a small but thoughtful detail and a lovely souvenir idea.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travellers catching early flights — it took only about 10 minutes to reach our airline’s check-in counter after checking out. The hotel also provides easy access to Tokyo’s major shopping areas like Shibuya and Tokyo Station.
We’ll certainly be back on our next visit to Haneda!

UUtente ospiteLa stazione di New Horse è 5,600 metri da qui a Xiao. L'hotel è molto conveniente. Tutti i beni sono gratis. È troppo felice che ci sia una macchina da bere gratuita tutto il giorno sotto. Ci sono bar di autoassistenza gratuita la sera. La piscina calda è anche molto comoda, il pane per la colazione è anche buono, si raccomanda di sperimentare. Altri hotel sono in aumento durante il fine settimana, questa casa è buona e conveniente.Anche se la stanza è relativamente piccola, non riesco a aprire due scatole, ma altre strutture sottostanti possono ancora risolvere questo problema. L'hotel è una piccola strada tranquilla, ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi convenienti, e c'è un ottimo uccello bruciato.

UUtente ospiteLovely new hotel with onsen, free soba at night, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Room is of decent size and did not feel like 15 square meters. I may have gotten a slightly bigger room? There was more than enough space for solo traveller. Breakfast is decent. Only thing is the distance to the subway is not that near, but it’s in the middle of 3 stations, so you compromise that with added convenience of being able to access more lines within walking distance. Can’t complain much. I would recommend it as it is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities.

JJamieLeeCMQuesta è la mia seconda prenotazione per questo viaggio a Tokyo. La mia precedente prenotazione era stata effettuata tramite un altro fornitore. L'hotel è così fantastico che ho cancellato la mia precedente prenotazione e l'ho estesa qui tramite Trip.com. Questo hotel è fantastico, è pulito, offre moltissimi servizi tra cui shampoo, bagnoschiuma, siero e persino alcuni integratori alla reception ogni giorno. Forniscono anche i pigiami.
Dopo le vostre passeggiate giornaliere tra visite turistiche e shopping, potrete tornare a godervi l'incredibile onsen. Fate un bagno e immergetevi nelle calde acque termali per alleviare il dolore alle gambe e la stanchezza. C'è anche un piano riservato alle donne (dove ho soggiornato nella mia prima prenotazione). L'open bar è GRATUITO tutti i giorni dalle 17:00 alle 20:00, e occasionalmente lo prolungano fino alle 21:00.
Infine, ma non meno importante, il personale è gentile, disponibile e nel complesso fantastico! Un ringraziamento speciale al turno di notte di Washida San quando ero lì. È stato di grande aiuto nel farmi spostare la mia prima camera dalla mia seconda e nell'aiutarmi a soddisfare alcune mie richieste.
Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie al meraviglioso team dell'hotel!
P.S.: hanno il cane residente ”Au” (il cane robot nella foto), super carino e mi ha coccolato :)

UUtente anonimoConsiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Ginza e voglia anche un onsen all'interno dell'hotel. Non riesco a spiegare la gioia di tornare dopo una lunga giornata di 25.000 passi e bagni in un onsen. L'hotel fornisce un accappatoio e pantofole da esterno (non per la stanza) in modo da poterli usare per muoversi all'interno dell'hotel. L'onsen ha anche gel doccia, shampoo e balsamo, quindi tutto ciò che devi fare è portare un asciugamano che l'hotel fornisce. Per chiunque se lo stia chiedendo, l'hotel ha anche una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice a gettoni. Non ricordo il costo esatto, ma un ciclo di lavaggio e asciugatura probabilmente ammontava a circa 300 yen! Vale la pena evitare di fare il bucato a casa.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza in sé, sebbene sia piccola, con qualche manovra da esperto siamo riusciti ad aprire 1 bagaglio grande e 1 piccolo per mettere le cose. È una tipica stanza giapponese, ovvero piccola, ma è piuttosto funzionale, quindi va bene se stai solo cercando di chiudere occhio. Tutto sommato, consiglio questo hotel!

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power
Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era piuttosto piccola, cosa che per me è stata inaspettata. Questo è davvero troppo caro! D'altro canto, poiché un giorno, quando sono tornato in hotel dopo mezzanotte, nessuna delle mie tessere della camera funzionava per aprire la porta o usare l'ascensore, e in quel momento c'era solo un dipendente di turno, ho la sensazione che lei fosse riluttante a riattivare le mie tessere della camera. Questa dovrebbe essere la mia esperienza nel soggiornare in un hotel a Tokyo: lo trovo molto maleducato. Non capisco davvero come ciò non possa accadere in nessun hotel di qualsiasi livello di Tokyo.
