Hotel con balcone a Tokyo

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia stato in Giappone. Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla fermata Ryogoku e a 20 minuti a piedi da Asakusa. Colazione eccellente. Staff gentilissimo. Stanze pulite e dimensioni ottime considerando lo standard giapponese. Vista sul fiume Sumida. Spesso con offerte che lo mettono anche in un'ottima fascia qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Our stay in Tokyo at this hotel near Kinshicho was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, which connects you so easily to the rest of the city. Around the station you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even entertainment. It made exploring Tokyo simple, comfortable, and stress-free. But what impressed us most was the room itself. From the very first moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The design is simple yet elegant, with warm touches that make it feel like home. The apartment-style layout was incredibly practical – a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and pillows, a large table perfect for working or enjoying a meal, and a bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after busy days in the city. The curtains blocked out light perfectly, and the lighting in the room was cozy yet bright when needed. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise – fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric kettle. Having this option made our stay even more comfortable, whether we wanted a quick snack or a home-style breakfast before heading out. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. Everything was spotless, the shower and bath were modern and easy to use, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine – such a valuable convenience for a longer stay. The separate sink area with a wide mirror and good lighting was perfect for getting ready. Every detail of the room showed how much thought was put into the comfort of guests. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – it truly felt like our own Tokyo home. The atmosphere was peaceful, the furniture was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and organization exceeded our expectations. Staying here made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to returning to the room after exploring the city, knowing it would be a clean, calm, and welcoming space. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tokyo, especially around Kinshicho, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, wonderful facilities, and a beautiful, well-maintained room – it’s everything you could want for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Vista mozzafiato sulla Tokyo Tower. Al risveglio, vedrete l'iconica Tokyo Tower proprio di fronte a voi. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Grazie a Machi san per averci prenotato la camera con la vista migliore durante il nostro soggiorno e a Orita san per averci consigliato e prenotato un ristorante ad hoc. Ideale per ogni tipo di occasione speciale.

Мы путешествовали компанией из 5 человек. Квартира довольно просторная для такого количества людей, очень чистая, есть балкон и комната в традиционном стиле. В ней было все необходимое для проживания большой компанией: два душа, принадлежности для умывания и ванны, стиральная машина с моющими средствами, принадлежности для чистки обуви, утюг, небольшая гладильная доска и прочие хозяйственные мелочи. Располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Асакуса и примерно 10-15 минутах ходьбы до ближайшей станции метро, рядом несколько магазинов 7/11, несколько кафе и баров Единственный минус - нужно поднимать багаж по не очень просторной лестнице на 3 этаж, но, в целом, это терпимо

The owner has poured genuine creativity into every corner – vintage posters, handmade handpicked furniture, and an artsy blend of retro and modern elements. I booked a single bed this time, but unlike the typical 10-square-meter hotel boxes in Tokyo, my space felt genuinely roomy. I could stretch out, lay open my suitcase, and still have floor space to do morning stretches – a rare luxury for solo travelers. 3. Fully Equipped – With Surprising Extras The amenities go way beyond basics. A full kitchen with cookware, a washing machine. But the real delight? The owner’s personal toy collection scattered around – retro figures, board games, and quirky knickknacks to tinker with. Un ottimo hotel per coloro che viaggiano con più di 2 persone. È come un resort, con i propri giardini e altre strutture. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana più vicina o dalla stazione JR. Il personale è cordiale. È inoltre possibile depositare i bagagli per alcuni giorni e con numerosi taxi nella hall. Una varietà di ristoranti nell'hotel e anche attività da svolgere. Lo consiglierei.

Dash Living Nihonbashi was the perfect home base for my trip. The studio is modern and surprisingly spacious for Japan, with everything I needed: a well-equipped kitchen (rice cooker, full utensils), comfy bed, strong WiFi, and good soundproofing. Location is fantastic—super close to metro lines in Ningyocho/Nihonbashi, easy walks to sights and great local eats. Check-in was smooth, facilities feel new, and it's excellent value for a longer stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting apartment-style comfort over a traditional hotel.

La casa è a destra della metro, e la vista sul balcone è eccellente. La zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono molte combinazioni vicino, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale vicino SkyTower, molte strutture carine vicino. E' interessante che quando uscite in strada: molto tranquillo, ma in un appartamento con balcone aperto molto si senti il rumore della strada. Viviamo tre: un posto sufficiente, ma un “divano” piegato su un amante per softenere - mettere una mattress, un cappello extra e un cappello più, ma in generale non vi erano problemi del tipo di dolore alla schiena. In presenza di utilità, microonde e altri attrezzature di cucina, c'è una lavatrice, ma non era collegata e non abbiamo cominciato a capirci. C'era una canna, ma è molto debole e piena di polvere quando si gira - comincia a sentire bruciato, quindi non l'abbiamo usata. L'appartamento è in buona condizione, ma c'è l'impressione che sia ancora un po' e possa già andare in classe di appartamento troppo vecchio. Tra i lati inferiori del feno, il vestito era una foglia sporca, disse il proprietario, si scusò e era pronto a mandare un nuovo vestito, ma abbiamo trovato un altro foglio. E abbiamo sottolineato che vivremmo tre, ma il “divano” non era dipinto, doveva essere dipinto.

Very nice location, ~10 mins walks to Shibuya station. Highly recommended for backpack traveller. But there are uphill road toward the hostel and have to climb the stairs to 5th floor, think twice if you are planning to go on a trip with big luggage, especially solo girl travellers. Overall it was a good stays for me.
