"Clean, cozy room at a quiet and convenient location, less than 5 minutes away from JR Akihabara station.
Staffs were nice and helpful too - I left a small box at the Keisei Dentetsu, and the hotel reception provided me with a LINE account to seek assistance. I was able to recover it, and I am grateful for their help, even if it might be a small gesture.
Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Akihabara."

Fantastico
LLoJaniceWe stayed here for one night. Having arrived early in the morning at Haneda, we tried our luck by ringing the hotel to see if we can get an early check-in and was lucky enough to be offered a room at 8am. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel has a direct entrance from the metro station which is a plus. Staff was always helpful and courteous. I would gladly stay here again. However, I won't say this is the most convenient location for a short leisure trip.

LLazgolfWe booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing.
The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay.
Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name.
I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

JJosephineIt was a last min booking for my early flight departure. Was greeted by very professional staff and was pleasantly surprised by the invite to the onsen. I didn’t expect to have an onsen on the top floor of the airport . It’s a huge facility with lots pools and sauna . They provide very plush slippers and also in room beverages .

IIgorAvoid Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel — the smell is unbearable.
I stayed here knowing the hotel is a bit old, and the price seemed to reflect that — but nothing prepared me for the smell. It reeks everywhere. In the lobby, in the hallways, in the rooms — it’s a constant, unpleasant odor. I couldn’t even tell what it was — stale cigarettes, old carpet, mold, or something worse. At some point I honestly wondered if someone had died in the room.
But the worst part? The bathroom. The shower smelled exactly like urine. The moment you turn on the water, it hits you — like walking into a public restroom. It was disgusting and made the whole stay feel unhygienic.
This is supposedly the only five-star hotel in Shibuya, but it doesn’t even come close to that standard. The smell alone makes it unworthy of even three stars. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. You're better off booking a newer hotel outside Shibuya — seriously, anywhere else.

UUtente ospiteFantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

ЮЮрий ИвановQuesta è stata la mia seconda permanenza in questo hotel mentre la prima volta ho trovato l' hotel come un buon valore per il rapporto di denaro . Non so cosa sia successo all' hotel questa volta , ma il livello di servizio è diminuito . Arrivammo circa due ore ( 1 ora prima del controllo ufficiale in tempo ) e il cameriere non acconsentiva a lasciarci entrare, anche se abbiamo detto che siamo venuti lontano con due bambini piccoli con uno di loro dormire nelle mani di mia moglie . Il cameriere ha detto che la stanza è pulita ( che dubito ) e ha detto di tornare a tre aperti.Quando siamo tornati, aveva una grande linea ( di quelle persone che sono venute prima ) immagine attaccata e passiamo quasi un'ora ad aspettare in linea . Spero che il personale possa ottenere una migliore formazione sulla empatia e avere migliori valori di servizio . La posizione è buona e la scelta del colazione è limitata nel buffet . Le camere non sono grandi .

LLaoLu - My around the world trips ✈️I’ve been in this property on 2019 and, despite the 6 years in between, the hotel kept is style and it is still a solid choice while traveling in Tokyo.
Position is good with good access to metro or a 15-20€ Uber ride to the major sightseeing points.
Room is also very good with breathtaking views over the bay.
Breakfast is a good mix of western and Easter cuisine.
Only downside is the fact that the pool is not accessible for free. As HH Gold member I’ve would have expected more a free pass rather than a discounted entry (25€).

DDMLHAsakusa è in una bella zona tradizionale di Tokyo. Il più vecchio parco di divertimento era all'ospedale dell'hotel, il tempio sensoji era a pochi minuti, la stazione era a circa 8 minuti ma si cammina attraverso tanti negozi che non si sente come una passeggiata lunga. Il colazione era gioioso, rami e gelato a notte era un grande aggiunta dopo un lungo periodo di esplorazione. Oh e il onsen e pjs gratis era solo sorprendente! Non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza, ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno.
Lavanderia, lavaggio gratuito (compreso il detergente) e asciugacapelli sono stati 200 yen per 20 minuti

UUtente anonimoThe hotel room was sizable in pretty expensive but affordable price. My family stayed at a smoking room with one double bed and bathroom with a bath tub because there was no other available room at that time. So we both had a fairly comfortable stay.
Perhaps, we pay for what we get. However, the location of the hotel was super convenience. It is nearby the river with a very nice view of Tokyo Sky Tree within short walking distance. It is within 10 minutes walk to the nearest train stations. It also takes you only about 3 minutes to go the nearby convenient store or supermarket. Very ideal if you go to Tokyo for sightseeing Asakusa areas and shopping nearby

Iiris GailHad a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn! The ramen at night was amazing, and the unlimited popsicles and ice cream were a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the public bath/onsen was a perfect way to unwind. Great location, friendly staff—everything was worth it. We'll definitely be back!
