Alberghi a Tokyo

Our family of five, including three young kids, had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku Okubo. The hotel is conveniently located near Okubo Station, making it a perfect base to explore Tokyo, yet it offers a peaceful and welcoming retreat from the city's bustle. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Mr. Agawa, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with every request made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable stay, but Mr. Agawa epitomized that spirit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The hotel's calm and family-friendly environment allowed us to relax after busy days of exploring. We wholeheartedly recommend Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku Okubo to anyone visiting Tokyo. With its prime location and the exceptional hospitality of staff like Mr. Agawa, it’s a gem we’ll be happy to return to on our next trip!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for my trip in Tokyo. It is located within 10-15 minutes on foot to a busy JR and metro station. Also, there are many eateries, shops and supermarkets nearby, in fact, there was a “Family mart” just a stone throw away. It is a very convenient area to base yourself while visiting Tokyo.  Although the flat allowed you to experience the micro-living in Japan first hand, it had everything I needed to keep my stay very comfortable, the landlord even had washing liquid ready for use if I needed the washing machine. There were stove and utensils for cooking a light breakfast or supper. In short, I would have no hesitation to go back there if I visit Tokyo again soon, it was just very difficult to pick any fault with the place……Although it would be extra helpful if the check out time is pushed back to 11am, rather than 10am. Overall, very lovely stay.    

They don't allow the option to use the ”Cooling” setting on the air condition in March. It was warm in the room and the blankets are thick. We had the sleep with the window open, and it was still too warm. The hotel is located near a medical center, so you hear ambulance sirens all night long. It was very difficult to get a good night sleep here. The toilet is very small, and there is only 1 electrical outlet by the beds. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and professional and spoke English well, and everything was very clean.

Nel complesso, è piuttosto buono. La funzione di self check-in è molto comoda per i turisti cinesi e la possibilità di depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out è ottima, così non bisogna trascinarli avanti e indietro. Un bel vantaggio!

Con cinque persone a casa, voglio una casa a casa, quindi ci sono pochi scelti per questo hotel di fiori.Questo è un piccolo hotel giapponese... La camera familiare è una casa al quinto piano. La casa è praticata principalmente da un grande giardino. La stanza è davvero super grande. Ci sono due grandi camere da bagno a mais che possono essere separati dalla porta. Inoltre, c'è un singolo camera con un letto piccolo. Il corridoio ha una lampada acustica molto sensibile.Il bagno è uno stile di wc pubblico, con un cappello e una piscina... Ci sono anche due lavastoviglie e una piccola piscina.La debolezza è che la frontiera dell'hotel è al secondo piano, e le scale da 1o al 2o piano possono camminare.Non è molto vicino alla metropolitana.La stazione di entrambi i valli è a circa 500 metri, e la stazione di erba sembra essere a 2 km. Quando sono venuto, ho tirato la scatola da Canyon. Non sono lontano dalla mappa, sono davvero un po' stanco.L'hotel non ha colazione, ci sono negozi convenienti sotto.

L'hotel era tedioso, ma non c'era ascensore e era una scala forte, quindi era difficile andare in piedi e giù con un portatore ㅠㅠ E' stato un buon posto, ma non è stato questo. C'è un mart proprio davanti alla stazione e un negozio di comodità vicino all'ostello.Era un quartiere tranquillo, non grande, anche se era un suono di treni. Riposo bene ^^

L'hotel è economico. Lo svantaggio è che è piuttosto lontano dalla metropolitana, quindi è meglio arrivare in auto. Il parcheggio è economico, proprio accanto all'hotel, dalle 22:00 alle 8:00, solo 500 yen. La camera era più piccola di quanto pensassi. Riuscivo a malapena ad aprire la valigia. Indicativamente, la superficie indicata era di 25 metri quadrati, ma sembravano solo 18. Riuscivo ad aprire la valigia e a buttarmi sul letto. Non c'era il servizio di pulizia. Ho soggiornato tre notti, usando gli stessi asciugamani. Nel complesso, è stato ragionevole, considerando il prezzo.

Si trova in una strada tranquilla a pochi passi da Shibuya. La biancheria da letto era morbida e ho dormito molto comodamente. Il bagno con doccia e i servizi igienici erano molto puliti ed è stato molto intelligente che ci fosse un tavolo nel corridoio. Se ne hai la possibilità, penso che sarebbe una buona idea restare qui per molto tempo e vedere i dintorni di Tokyo. Avrei voluto provare il ristorante al primo piano, ma non ho potuto perché il momento non era quello giusto. Visiterò di nuovo la prossima volta.

Good for the price you pay, no towels available except for a coin operated compressed towel. Workers really helpful, loved the guide book so if your just tired or missed information your still good. Common areas kept clean, and has everything you could need. Highly recommend for other people booking, it's a shared place everyone can hear you in the hallways so please respect the place especially at night. Grown adults shouldn't need to be told to be quiet, get a airbnb if you can't share.
