Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

Uno dei posti migliori (se non il migliore) in cui soggiornare nella zona di Shibuya, specialmente se sei in partenza per Yokohama, Kawaguchiko e così via. Molti ottimi ristoranti nell'edificio dell'hotel ed è a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Shibuya, sia dalla stazione della metropolitana che dal terminal degli autobus. Ma l'edificio è piuttosto vecchio e la stanza è fuori moda, sicuramente ha bisogno di un rimodellamento / rinnovamento. Nel complesso, ne è valsa la pena per quello che ho pagato.

Hotel di novità terribile, nei 4 piani superiori di un edificio di ufficio. Circa 320 t0 30 minuti a piedi a Shibuya, Ginza o Harajuku o 2 minuti a piedi alla stazione di metro. Il metro è facile da usare, poiché le istruzioni sono in molti linguaggi e si può pagare con monete, banconote o carte. Abbiamo pagato un po 'di più e siamo stati in una più grande stanza con vista 180 gradi. Il minibar generoso riempito ogni giorno. Il personale era al massimo. Il ristorante giapponese è al secondo piano, indipendente dalla noleggio. È un prezzo eccellente e giusto. La colazione era parte del nostro pacchetto e molto sopra la media. Se hai bagagli o non puoi gestire le scale, chiedi al taxi di entrare nel seminterrato da dove si accede all'hotel con facilità Tokyo non è economico ma sarò di nuovo qui.

What a gem of a hotel….seriously! This boutique hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful decor, a very cool, bustling lobby with coffee/bar & boutique & staff who really were the icing on the cake. The staff were so friendly & extremely accommodating to our family. The hotel is located in an amazing location in Shibuya …close enough to cat st for cool shopping & there were a plethora of amazing eating options at your doorstep. Notable places: Streamer (the BEST coffee around…not to mention their red velvet cheesecake brownie) , SHIbuichi bakery for delicious hot out of the oven breakfast bagels, croissants, kaarage chocken sandwiches & baked goods. For dinner do not miss Kushi just by the hotel entrance. Delicious rice dishes, yakitori & curry-they also do a deal offering a free glass of wine to hotel guests with your order. Menchirashi udon noodles ALWAYS had a queue & Yai Yai okonomiyaki was delicious. Do not miss The Little bakery Tokyo for the most delicious gourmet cakes, sandwiches & baked goods around. A big shout out to Yukiya for making our stay super special…& going above & beyond to make our stay so memorable 🙌🏻

Ben distante dal rumore del traffico e dei treni, e a 5 minuti a piedi dall'inizio della trafficata Shibuya, questo hotel è una buona posizione. La lobby dell'hotel è rappresentativa dell'hotel; kitsch e pieno di decorazioni pacchiane. Un vero tocco di nostalgia degli anni '70 ma pulito ed efficiente. Il check-in è stato semplice e sono state offerte aggiunte extra per il tuo soggiorno e disponibili gratuitamente. In linea con l'arredamento, l'apertura delle camere avviene con le chiavi che si consegnano alla partenza e si ritirano al rientro. La camera andava bene, un po' piccola, ma questa è la norma in una città frenetica e ad un prezzo ragionevole. Tutto il necessario era nella stanza, la mia unica delusione erano i cuscini: solo un piccolo cuscino a forma di cuscino. Un ottimo soggiorno se utilizzi l'hotel come base e un delizioso bar/ristorante annesso.

The location need walk 7 to 10 mins from train station, but there is family mart and shopping mall and donki on the way, so its ok. Also very close to 2 5star restaurant we booked so still good. The hotspring after service is interesting and so good that will provide one ice cream per people every night. Also have free ramen before 11pm. The overall experience is veryvery good.

Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

Questo posto è fantastico. E ' estremamente pulito e sembra lussuoso. Il letto era super comodo, non mi sentivo claustrofobico a tutti perché la zona che si ottiene è abbastanza grande con un letto grande e un tetto alto, quindi non si sente che si trova in un hotel capsula. Il personale è fantastico e utile. La posizione è centrale. quando viaggio di solito rimango a quattro o cinque stelle hotel, ma durante la stagione della cera Blossom tutti gli hotel di lusso sono stati venduti o sono stati ridicolmente costosi come tre o quattro volte il prezzo regolare. È la prima volta che sono rimasto in un hotel di castello, e non mi è sembrato di essere in una prigione perché era così lussuoso e pulito. Rimango tre notti a Shibuya e 4 a Kyoto e entrambi sono stati sorprendenti. Mi riferirei a restare qui ogni volta che visito il Giappone .

E' la mia seconda volta in questo hotel. Il primo soggiorno è stato tornato nel 2020 e la nostra famiglia ha scelto questo hotel in 2023 perché è così perfetto. Le camere non sono piccole come altri hotel giapponesi sono. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 3pax e ciascuno di noi ha un letto singolo. Il bagno ha un tubo e il personale pulisce la stanza ogni giorno, sostituendo anche tutte le toilette. La posizione è vicino al tratto Shibuya, a circa 500 metri di passo (sulla collina), ma è solo super vicino al mega donki. La ricezione dell'hotel permette anche agli ospiti di lasciare il bagaglio nel lobby anche dopo aver controllato che ti risparmi molto da noleggiare le luci di moneta.

Sopra la stazione di Shibuya, la posizione è molto consigliata. Se parcheggi, devi essere preparato mentalmente. La tariffa del parcheggio è costosa. Dopotutto, il prezzo è abbordabile. Room was small but it’s expected in Tokyo hotels. Free toiletries, tea and coffee that can get in the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. No daily room cleaning but it can be requested but not suggested, cleaning will be on the 3rd day of the stay and it’s upon request. Location was excellent the subway was literally an elevator away from the hotel and very close to Shibuya crossing.

We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.
