Hanoi: hotel con bar

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in the Old Quarter and just steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake and night market, yet without the usual restrictions on vehicle access. The highlight for me was the stunning pool and the sky bar, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city. It’s a great spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Hanoi from above. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. They even arranged a hassle-free airport pickup for only $16, which was a great convenience. The only minor downside was some construction happening next door, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent amenities, and incredible views!

Per la prima volta in Vietnam, ci sono molti disordini. Il più dolce è vivere a Jupele. Il concetto di tema passa attraverso ogni dettaglio. Il buon design è quello di rendere la gente paziente.E'bene stare all'hotel ogni giorno. E'un po'scioccante, ma il servizio e il design mi permettono di chiudere gli occhi.

Service was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff esp night staff: Ms. Ly, Ms. Than, Ms. Hang and a guy (didn't get his name). Room was clean. Was easily able to access many touristy hot spots from hotel. Laundry service wash and dry, steamer iron upon request. Staff was able to suggest places nearby to get food based on what you were looking for. Would recommend👌

Hotel rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable bed, especially Manager Ding Dong is super helpful and excellent service. We can ask anything from him to help us in Hanoi and Sapa! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great, there are staffs will help you cook on the spot when we want to eat scrambled egg or Pho noodles. From hotel we can go to Train Street in 7mins walking distance, around the hotel there are many local food and drink. Many coffee shop to buy gifts for friends. Also you can take photos with beautiful Church. I recommend everyone to book the Splendid Grand Star hotel and experience yourself.

The neighborhood also features several local eateries and cafes, enhancing the authentic experience. Such as a charming nearby bakery offering fresh pastries and coffee. Additionally, a nearby Circle K convenience store. With its modern facilities, excellent location, and warm, attentive staff, the hotel provides a stylish, convenient, and relaxing stay for travelers in Hanoi.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade. One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic. The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable. Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

La posizione non è buona, ma tutti gli altri erano eccellenti! I cibi sono deliziosi, i servizi sono sufficientemente toccanti e le strutture sono convenienti per l'uso. E la stanza era così buona. Se visitassi ancora una volta Hanoi, prenoterò senza dubbio questo hotel.

We booked this same day because our previous hotel turned out to be a catfish. This place is beautiful and the staff is so kind. We were welcomed with smiles and welcome drinks. I also went to the spa which was so peaceful and I was given pre and post massage tea and treats. The location is less than 5 minutes from train street, can not recommend this place more.

È un grande dipartimento con due bagni. È possibile vedere la vista della città sul balcone. E camminare per 15 minuti, c'è un supermercato di Lotte che è molto grande. Sotto il dipartimento c'è un centro commerciale, si può acquistare Starbucks caffè e trovare alcuni ristoranti per il Vietnam cibo. IVA, la posizione non è nel centro della città, quindi è necessario prendere un taxi per 10-15 min.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!
