UUtente ospiteThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

PPranav Patil PA Solid Base for Exploring Chichen Itza
From Cancun Airport to Hotel/Chichen Itza:
-Cancun Airport to Cancun Downtown by ADO bus, cost 180 Mexican Pesos, time 35mins. (1st bus starts at 7.50AM). Tickets can be bought at the time of departure.
-Cancun Downtown to Hotel/Chichen Itza by bus, cost 280 Mexican Pesos per person, time 4hrs.
-Chichen Itza ticket cost 671 Mexican Pesos (can be bought at the time of visit).
We recently stayed at Hotel Doralba and found it to be a very good choice for visiting the famous ruins.
The property is very large and spacious, which is great for families. The highlight for us was the swimming pool area, which has a dedicated section for children and a separate, larger pool for adults.
Our room was cleaned daily and was always tidy and comfortable. For the price, we felt it offered excellent value.
A few important things to note for future guests:
· Location & Transportation: The hotel is within walking distance to the ruins(2km walk).
For Taxi, It is about a 5km drive away. We used a taxi which was readily available and cost 100 Mexican pesos for a one-way trip.
· Dining Options: Be aware that there are no restaurants or shopping centers near the hotel. At hotel you have very few option that also non veg.
As vegetarians, we were a little worried, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even arranged to have extra vegetable dishes brought in from outside—a incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Suggestion: Do not forgot to bring your own extra food too.

UUtente ospiteI don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra stanza era a 2 piedi dall'ascensore nel lobby principale, e possiamo sentire chiunque parlare e camminare per la nostra porta, così come i bambini urlando perché il negozio di gelati era a 15 piedi. La pressione che stanno esercitando su ogni ospite per andare e partecipare alla promozione del tempo è incredibile. Se si partecipa, di solito ti danno dei regali decenti. Abbiamo un buono di 200 dollari per spendere sui cibi e sulle bevande. La maggior parte dei casi non volevano prendere i titoli, o dovevi spendere tutto il $50 all'uno perche' la regola non era il denaro.Quindi se spendiamo $30 o $40 dobbiamo darli $50. Il cibo era tutto, ma buono. Il pranzo promozionale del taco era disgustoso, con pesce secco, carne di bovino senza sapore, e pollo secco e overcooked. E non accettavano i biglietti. Sono tornato a casa con un biglietto inutilizzato $50 nella mia borsa perché non potevo usarlo.

Tutti i server e i lavoratori sono persone molto dure.

UUtente anonimoWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

UUtente anonimoSono stato in questa posizione 2 anni fa quando era Grand Fiesta Americana. Il menu e la qualità del ristorante di cena erano eccellenti. Come Hilton la qualità del cibo nei ristoranti è certamente scesa da un 8 a 5. Il divertimento notturno è molto cattivo. Devono fare alcune attività di piscina più divertenti e spettacoli notturni. Non c'è niente da fare alla notte dopo cena. Raccomando di lavorare su migliori opzioni di menu, qualità del cibo e intrattenimento. Il ristorante messicano ha principalmente cibo americano. Il ristorante italiano ha opzioni molto limitate e il cibo non è buono affatto. Non potevo nemmeno mangiare il mio cibo italiano. Ma la posizione, il servizio e la vista dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Odio scrivere recensioni negative, ma questa è una recensione onesta. Grazie!

FFraserIl hotel è pulito, offre un'atmosfera confortevole e accogliente, perfetta per il lavoro e il relax. La rete è veloce e affidabile, che è un obbligo per me quando lavoro a distanza. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e attento, sempre andando fuori dal loro modo per assicurarsi che gli ospiti siano ben curati. Una delle mie caratteristiche preferite è il tubo caldo, che è il modo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. La posizione è anche fantastica, vicino a tutto quello che avete bisogno, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. In generale, è una grande scelta per i soggiorni di lavoro e di svago!

MMr. TravelTropicana è un hotel familiare messicano sulla spiaggia. È innesco nella zona *** di Puerto Vallarta al bordo della zona storica centro. Le camere erano grandi ma spartano. Avevamo un grande balcone con vista sull'oceano. Le aree pubbliche come la piscina, il ristorante, i giardini e il lobby erano magnifiche. L'hotel è anche molto. Nessuno sembrava troppo costoso ...e ci erano molti grandi ristoranti intorno. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui!
