Spagna: hotel con internet nella provincia di Comunità Valenzana

Struttura interessante accanto la fermata Roses della metro. Prendendo questa fermata, non c'è bisogno di prendere il biglietto ”Aeropuerto” bensì uno comprendente le due zone di Valencia (per esempio 5€ per 24h). Stanza pulita, servizi tutti a pagamento (wifi, colazione etc.) Per l'aeroporto circa 10 minuti a piedi (con un sentiero un po' complicato) o con una fermata di metro.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

All good. Reception helpful as we needed to store bikes. Good english. Cheap food and drinks. Noisy room neighbours spoiled this but not hotels fault.

Good location and nice breakfast. Had luggage room to store luggage after we checked out which was very convenient. The main problem was that air conditioner was not working. The lady in the front desk told us the air conditioners were not working in the whole building, so they could not do anything. I stayed on the 5 th of June, and it was 26 celsius degree. We felt very hot in the room, no fan, no air conditioner. That means no air flowing in the very small room. We woke up several times and sweating. My hair and my nighty were wet. Finally I got up to shower again. But we were still sweating, couldn’t sleep well the whole night. That was terrible for tourists if they could not have a good sleep. I thought the staff should tell the customer that the air conditioner was not working before check in. Let the customer choose if they still want to stay. We ended up our sweating after we went to the strong air conditioning restaurant to have our breakfast.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e le camere sono molto moderne e confortevoli. Colazione variabile e buona, riposano costantemente.

La mia esperienza è stata molto cattiva, perché ho fatto la prenotazione pensando che andava all'hotel come tutti cercavano di riposare e rilassarmi. E era tutto il contrario perché l'app trip non mi ha mai avvertito che erano in opere e la mia sorpresa è stata quando sono arrivati lì e vedendo che erano in opere e non riuscivo a riposare perché erano con il motopico e piccante facendo rumore per la mattina e la sera e a Alle 8:00 di mattina, si sono ancora legati a piccare. Era un soggiorno orribile. Anche se mi lamento a Trip niente cambia. Ho un'altra prenotazione che ho fatto prima di passare questo con loro e sarà l'ultima prenotazione che farò con loro.

Come sempre, l'Hotel Accor Ibis standard, Metro Lines 3 e 5 è a meno di 500 metri dalla stazione Rosas, e c'è un supermercato Lidl a portata di mano.È a meno di 1,5 km a piedi dall'aeroporto o da una stazione della metropolitana .

Il ristorante dell'hotel non è buono, e lontano da qualsiasi zona commerciale.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato un hotel per 3 persone (2 adulti + 1 bambino) ma la prenotazione è stata effettuata per una camera classica per un massimo di 2 persone, quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare in aggiunta 80 euro per 2 notti per nostra figlia durante il check-in in hotel. Inaspettatamente e molto deludente! Quindi, in effetti, abbiamo pagato troppo per soggiornare in questo hotel.
