Consiglio al 100% una delle migliori esperienze in hotel, il servizio è molto attento, piacevole, la camera è pulitissima, pulita, il letto è fatto perfettamente, panorami incredibili, la piscina, l'esterno e il cibo sono perfetti, tutto è perfetto, accessori per il bagno ecc. con molti dettagli, infatti abbiamo ripetuto nella stessa catena un altro hotel Santhiya in un altro posto in Thailandia e un ottimo servizio e qualità prezzo per quello che è!

First time to Khao Lak. Only 1 hour car from Phuket Airport. The hotel has private beach, spa & massage , cafe, restaurant and bar. Nice and big public pool (some suite come with private pool). This place not crowded as in Phuket city . Suit for Solo, Family and with buddies . Hotel staff are very friendly and warm to be here. Especially thanks to staff named Kig & Praew ! 👍🏻

Had a wonderful stay at the sands as a family of 3 . Check in was a breeze as we arrived late at night due to a cancelled flight. Room was spacious however I did not like the layout of the room bathroom being very open, bed was comfortable , no issues with cleanliness - however some mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet was ok but very busy chaotic at times , we found it a bit repetitive the food options. Our daughter had the time of life at the pool,slides and playground it kept her busy all day. We enjoyed the swim up bar the cocktails were okay too sugary we enjoyed the happy hours at different bars at the resort we did walk along the beach 2 min walk to hippie fish bar and enjoyed the cocktails there more much better quality I believe happy hr was 6 to 7 there highly recommended good vibe. The gym was well maintained everything you need. We ate dinners at spinach, thenight markets, room service was great as well. We also loved the roti and fried chicken cart . Would only recommend staying here with children not as a couple.

We spent 10 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! An utterly beautiful hotel with clean rooms and facilities and the kindest, most helpful staff I've ever come across in a hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with direct access to the 2.4km pool - this was a great feature and it felt like we had a bit of private pool whilst being able to swim all the way to the main pool. The pool also adds to the feeling that you're in a village community rather than a commercial hotel, as we made friends with our ”neighbours” and would see them from time to time when we were out swimming. The hotel's beach is clean and stunning, the sun beds are thickly padded and comfortable, and we made use of the bodyboarding and kayaking equipment on our stay. The restaurants at the hotel were incredible! The main ones are Ta-Krai (Thai), Sakura (Japanese), and Olive (Italian). Before arriving I was a bit sceptical at how authentic the restaurants would be but the hotel has ensured they've brought in the best chefs who could bring authentic cuisine to Khao Lak. The sushi at Sakura was probably the freshest and tastiest I've ever had (albeit, I've not been to Japan yet, but it's still better than all the London sushi places where we live and even better than Nobu). We loved Olive restaurant too, in particular their Sunset BBQ evening where you're spoilt for choice on meats, seafood, sides, salads, and a full-on Italian cheese and ham bar with really delicious, authentic selections. Chef Enzo there was dishing out cheeses to us and making recommendations what to pair each cheese with and was so helpful (and the cheeses were incredible). We opted for the Breakfast and Dinner package and we're really glad we did as we loved going back to those restaurants over the 10 days. For lunch we'd eat at the hotel cafes, or out at excursions, or at local restaurants adjacent to the hotel, such as Phen's (delicious!). We also bought a spa package at Quan Spa in the hotel and booked in lots of treatments throughout our stay. The spa is beautiful and the massage therapists were excellent; it's a bit pricier than outside the hotel but the spa environment is worth it for that luxe feeling (and still cheaper than in the UK!). Overall, I don't think we found and faults with our stay at JWM and we will definitely come back in the future, perhaps for our anniversaries! And we would highly recommend it to all our family and friends!

Siamo stati in questo resort in occasione del viaggio di nozze mio e di mia moglie. Tutto meraviglioso. Partiamo dalla camera, bella, pulita e con vista piscina. Incantati. Per quanto riguarda poi il modo in cui ci hanno accolto ogni giorno nei diversi ristoranti e bar della struttura è stato davvero tanto tanto professionali. Ci e tanto piaciuto il modo di accoglierci di Herman, direttore argentino del ristorante centrale. Unico a parlare italiano, ha avuto sempre un comportamento che ci ha fatto sentire a casa coccolandoci con le leccornie della cucina e consigliandoci quelle un po' più adatte a noi. Grazie a lui abbiamo potuto godere ancora di più del posto. Anche quando per un piccolo disservizio in camera, abbiamo chiamato lui e subito lo ha risolto. Anche se non era di sua competenza. Un mostro dell'accoglienza. Uno che ama tanto il suo lavoro. Alla reception poi vorremmo ringraziare Pao e Popeye per come ci hanno accolto e supportato nel grande caldo del posto. Le asciugamanine ghiacciate sono state manna dal cielo per rinfrescarci dopo pranzo o dopo cena. In ultimo vorremmo fare un plauso a tutto il giardino. Che bello vedere a pochi metri dal mare le palme con i cocchi, l'erba sempre tagliata, le siepi sempre in ordine. Peccato che sia finita la vacanza e siamo dovuto partire. Ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio.

State per 2 notti in questo hotel. Amore la camera da letto molto - molto spaziosa e moderna, ben progettata/decorazione. Alcuni polveri sono stati trovati all'angolo del letto, ma le letti erano pulite.molto utile personale dalla ricezione al ristorante. Avere cena per 2 notti al ristorante- gusto abbastanza buono per cibi thailandesi. Piscina stella era sorprendente. Piscina principale era piena di attività. สระน้ำมีเหลี่ยมมุมใต้น้ำ เป็นจากการดีไซน์ เวลามืดควรระวังในการเล่นน้ำ

Un peccato dover dare un brutto voto a questo resort perché la struttura è molto ben collocata e dispone di camere belle e spaziose, purtroppo però Francorosso che propone la struttura come sea club facendo pagare assistenza e animazione per tutta la famiglia non esiste proprio! Nessuna persona è presente in struttura nessun tipo di assistenza nessuno che ti aiuti a risolvere o organizzare anche solo una semplice escursione. Inoltre tutti i reparti dell hotel sono gestiti da thailandesi che nonostante la gentilezza sono completamente disorganizzati,svogliati e parlano solo un inglese traballante. Direttore della struttura mai visto neanche una volta in 15 giorni nonostante diverse lamentele presentate al ricevimento… incredibile!! Comunque questa volta Francorosso ha proprio deluso e con quello che fa pagare dovrebbero vergognarsi!

โรงแรมอยู่ในจุดที่ดีติดชายหาด โรงแรมสวยมากใหญ่มากด้วยมีรถกอล์ฟขับไปส่งที่จอดรถจุได้หายคัน ห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 1 บนตึกเดินไม่ไกลจากหาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายรสชาติดี เงียบสงบดี แต่ประตูเก็บเสียงไม่ดีได้ยินเสียงคนจากด้านนอกห้อง ช่วงที่ไปอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงหลายส่วนพี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟช่วยเหลือดีมากตอนที่เปิดห้องแรกชั้น 4 ไปเจอว่าห้องยังไม่เรียบร้อยก็ช่วยโทรประสานงานให้ รอแป้บๆ ก็ได้ห้องใหม่มาห้องกว้างมาก มีระเบียงให้นั่งจิบชาริมบึงแต่ไม่กล้าออกไปแมลงเยอะ เตียงแย่เป็นหลุมยุบตรงกลาง ไม่ใช่เตียงสปริงดีๆ คลุมผ้าไม่เต็มเตียงดูแล้วน่าจะเป็นเตียงเดียวกับที่ใช้ในหอพักนักศึกษา หมอนนุ่มแต่หนาไม่หน่อยไม่ค่อยยวบเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นในระดับเดียวกัน ตอนเช้ายังไม่ทันได้เช็คเอ้าท์พนง.จะเข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องแล้วพูดเหมือนไล่ให้รีบๆเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไป พ่อกับแม่บอกว่าจะเดินเข้ามาในห้องเลยด้วยซ้ำ ทั้งที่กำลังเก็บของอยู่ รู้สึกว่าตั้งแต่เข้าพักโรงแรมระดับนี้มาหลายที่ ที่นี่เป็นที่แรกที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเข้าพักมาเลย หวังว่าจากนี้ทางโรงแรมจะมีการปรับปรุงเรื่องต่างๆให้ดีขึ้น

Good: Good (not excellent) breakfast buffet, good hot springs / pools area: there is a small slide for kids and few special shallow areas for them as well. The breakfast / main lobby area is well decorated and air flows through it nicely. There are few well lit places to walk in the evening and pool area also works at that time. Bad: The parking near lobby is not big at all, the parking near guests' houses is also pretty small and people park on the (wet/muddy) grass which is not nice at all.

Colazione, c'è tutto quello che potresti voler mangiare, il pane è fresco cucinato, omelete, salate, carne, sushi la lista continua. Personale estremamente bello e così utile, sempre sorridente e salutandovi con Sawadee khrap 🙏, abbiamo trovato questo anche fuori dall'hotel, non abbiamo mai incontrato persone simili. Le piscine sono senza spot e abbondante da scegliere, spiaggia carina con abbondante letto solare & ombra. Feliz orario 3 volte al giorno, cocktail amazing Mia Tia è stato il mio preferito 🍹 La città è solo un breve passo, ci sono molte negozi, ristoranti, bellezza/massaggio & Taylor’s. Ho avuto un vestito fatto a Milano, 2nd taylor mentre cammini dall’hotel. Il taxi può essere prenotato all'hotel, ma abbiamo camminato per strada e siamo arrivati in un camion aperto e sono andati a White Sands Beach, ben valsa una gita. È molto più economico prenotare i vostri viaggi fuori dall'hotel e c'è una vasta scelta di luoghi da visitare. Abbiamo fatto James Bond un brillante giorno fuori. Tutto in tutto l'hotel è eccellente, persone carine, perfetto ambiente e non possiamo aspettare di tornare.

Grande posizione 2 ore a nord di Phuket. Era lontano dalla folla di ruggine e bustina di Phuket. Bella piscina. 2 opzioni di ristorante. Torna alla spiaggia e diversi altri resort vicino. Abbondanza di bar di spiaggia. Il personale era fantastico e non poteva fare abbastanza per noi.La gente thailandese è così gentile. Preparatevi a camminare a sufficienza se il vostro alloggio è al fronte del resort - 800m a piedi alla piscina principale e al ristorante di Mango verde e spiaggia al di là del resort. Andrebbe di nuovo. Ideale per le famiglie o coppie come.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage und Service inkl. dem Programm was angeboten wird immer noch eine Top Adresse. Essen und Getränke sind breit aufgestellt und lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch das Preisniveau ist sehr gut. Für Reisende die nicht nur 3 mal am Tag zum Buffet oder in die verschiedenen Restaurants möchten, bitte sich nur Frühstück an…den Rest kann man in den vielen Strandbars bzw. Lokalen Restaurants sehr gut bekommen. Hier und da fehlt mal ein frischer Farbtupfer aber das ist kein großer Mangelpunkt. Was aufgefallen und nicht so schön ist, in den Zimmern war es trotz Klimaanlage relativ feucht, haben wir vor Ort angesprochen und das Team wusste das auch schon. Service oder Erneuerung der Klimaanlage sollte geprüft werden. Fazit nach dem 3 Besuch im Robinson Khao Lak, jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Неплохой отель, новый и современный с удобным расположением. Номера с интересным дизайном, достаточно просторные, но уборка оставляла желать лучшего- на полу обнаружили длинные черные волосы. Холодильник чуть живой, температуру не регулирует и напор воды в душевой слабый. Кровать и постельные принадлежности очень удобные, спать одно удовольствие. Территория отеля большая и зеленая, есть мини сад и мини зоопарк, где можно покормить кроликов. Пляж очень красивый и живописный в хвойном лесу, большое количество шезлонгов и диванчиков. Но, поскольку были в низкий сезон, в море зайти не удалось, а плавать в бассейне не возникло никакого желания- мутный и грязный и сам по себе неинтересный, просто небольшой прямоугольник в затемненном месте. Может просто попали под длинные тайские выходные, и в отеле было столпотворение. Завтраки тоже не впечатлили. Кажется и есть из чего выбрать, но еда так себе и выпечка была несвежая. Наверное, мы не сожалеем, что останавливались в этом отеле, но второй раз, скорее всего- нет

Un bel hotel, il personale sono amichevole e utile. Molto buoni servizi e un bel colazione che è molti articoli e varietà. Nel frattempo, non solo molti angoli per prendere foto, ma anche l'hotel ha ancora molte attività per servire l'ospite. Raccomandato!! #designhotel

We have just returned to the uk after spend 11 nights at the moracea in khoa lak we arrived on saturday the 24th of feb , no one we know had stayed here so we booked on the strength of past reviews which were very good ,So we booked now we have our opportunity ,to review we must say ,this holiday ,the hotel and staff were excellent . bungalow 221 was perfect right on the pool and 20 metres from the beach . bungalow,well kitted out with a huge bed .air con fan .which all worked spot on and cooled us down after the hot days on the beach .cleaned evey day to the highest standard, food spot for us ,breakfast was for all taste on a serve your self basis .dinner and evening meal ,was different ,order off the menu .cooked fresh and always served within 10 mins The big one for us was the staff ,So eager to serve and please all of them.But like in any walk of life ther were several who really stood out so id like to name them Luk Pad ,Sae ,Namu,Pop .brilliant Thank you Hotel Moracea for making our holiday perfect mick and kirsty will see you soon

Our stay at Merlin Khao Lak was pretty great. We had a week there, and sincerely enjoyed the feeling of staying in a contained and nicely taken care of rain forest by the beach. The location was nearly perfect, but the beach itself wasn't very swimmable (beginning of rain season, to be fair). Fortunately, there were other beaches on the same coast that were nicer during the same time of year, so we did get time in the sea water. Even without sea swimming, the ambience from the waves and the sunsets made the beach plenty nice for us at Merlin. There is also a variety of nicepy kept pools to enjoy, though I typically don't enjoy pools personally. Service/food were both nice as well. The staff was pleasant enough, but it did feel weird that an ecologically minded resort had the least meat/dairy alternatives of any of the several resorts/hotels we stayed at. I found ordering curries with no seafood or meat simple though, and they were mostly still good. The massaman curry was a miss, but everything else I tried was quite good for resort food! We really loved the touch of the room's default tv channel being an info channel about the resort's wildlife and maintenance. That, plus the several info booklets allowed us to have a more guided and knowledgeable experience while sightseeing on the exceptional grounds. It was really fun running into others who were also just having a look around and waiting to see a different animal pop up. We enjoyed our stay. Next time we'd likely come back, while also spending some time up the coast a bit.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato così sconvolto che abbiamo deciso di tornare alla fine del nostro viaggio. Tutto è perfetto, da un magnifico personale fino alle moderne camere lussuose e al delizioso cibo. Il manager di questo posto fantastico ha davvero una profonda comprensione dell'ospitalità e del comfort. Questo è il luogo più memorabile che abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro viaggio, assolutamente vale la pena di rimanere!

โรงแรมอยู่ในจุดที่ดีติดชายหาด โรงแรมสวยมากใหญ่มากด้วยมีรถกอล์ฟขับไปส่งที่จอดรถจุได้หายคัน ห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 1 บนตึกเดินไม่ไกลจากหาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายรสชาติดี เงียบสงบดี แต่ประตูเก็บเสียงไม่ดีได้ยินเสียงคนจากด้านนอกห้อง ช่วงที่ไปอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงหลายส่วนพี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟช่วยเหลือดีมากตอนที่เปิดห้องแรกชั้น 4 ไปเจอว่าห้องยังไม่เรียบร้อยก็ช่วยโทรประสานงานให้ รอแป้บๆ ก็ได้ห้องใหม่มาห้องกว้างมาก มีระเบียงให้นั่งจิบชาริมบึงแต่ไม่กล้าออกไปแมลงเยอะ เตียงแย่เป็นหลุมยุบตรงกลาง ไม่ใช่เตียงสปริงดีๆ คลุมผ้าไม่เต็มเตียงดูแล้วน่าจะเป็นเตียงเดียวกับที่ใช้ในหอพักนักศึกษา หมอนนุ่มแต่หนาไม่หน่อยไม่ค่อยยวบเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นในระดับเดียวกัน ตอนเช้ายังไม่ทันได้เช็คเอ้าท์พนง.จะเข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องแล้วพูดเหมือนไล่ให้รีบๆเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไป พ่อกับแม่บอกว่าจะเดินเข้ามาในห้องเลยด้วยซ้ำ ทั้งที่กำลังเก็บของอยู่ รู้สึกว่าตั้งแต่เข้าพักโรงแรมระดับนี้มาหลายที่ ที่นี่เป็นที่แรกที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเข้าพักมาเลย หวังว่าจากนี้ทางโรงแรมจะมีการปรับปรุงเรื่องต่างๆให้ดีขึ้น

L'hotel è composto di due corpi. Questo più vicino al mare, più vecchio. Mobili stanchi, oscuri nella stanza. Sulla strada rinnovato. Camere con la uscita io vedo la piscina. Tutto è grande! Grazie al buon colazione. Il mare è vicino. Alcuni piscine. Dalle basse - in poche camere in legno alla piscina. Non abbiamo. E'inconfortabile uscire dalla piscina, si può scivolare. Le mutandine sono molto alte e solide. Non ho mai trovato una comoda, anche se sono quattro. Il bagno contiene molto poco gel e shampoo (perforare su richiesta su una piccola bottiglia).

Il proprietario è molto carino, la casa è bella, bella, ed è molto grande, molto valente.

Moved from our big expensive hotel to TuaProd Home because it was so much cheaper, a short drive to the pier for diving, and we are pretty happy with just a room to sleep in as we are seldom hanging around a resort. We've been travelling Thailand now for 6 months staying all sorts of accomodation from empty resorts to Bkk hotels to more basic 700 baht-or-less rooms for a night or two. Tuaprod is **easily** the best we have stayed at in that last category. We got it a bit cheaper than advertised without breakfast (we are out early each morning). Don't be put off by the low price - the little cabin is comfortable, quiet, has a nice bathroom with everything actually working (a rarity in Thailand), has nice quiet aircon (another rarity in Thailand), has a super comfy bed, is bug and mosquito-free in the room, and is situated in a lovely garden/palm plantation down a 200m driveway from the main road. There are no barking soi dogs at night, and no annoying rooster(s) in the morning, which is unbelievable really. Also nice is that sitting here on the patio in the 'bush' really reminds me of what Thailand was like 25 years ago, when most accomdation was a hut of some sort in the greenery. It just feels very authentic Thailand. I love it! Highly rated. We'll definately come stay here again.

Good: Good (not excellent) breakfast buffet, good hot springs / pools area: there is a small slide for kids and few special shallow areas for them as well. The breakfast / main lobby area is well decorated and air flows through it nicely. There are few well lit places to walk in the evening and pool area also works at that time. Bad: The parking near lobby is not big at all, the parking near guests' houses is also pretty small and people park on the (wet/muddy) grass which is not nice at all.

Stayed here from 4th - 11th April recently for a family wedding which took place just up the coast on Natai beach at a villa. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was in the surrounding area to the main hotel complex. My understanding is the hotel have acquired these villas which were part of another complex and recently joined them to the hotel. The outside area was beautiful with gorgeous flowers and plants and cute paths leading straight to the beach. The room was very spacious with great air con and facilities were good - although we did not have a balcony we had sun chairs brought to our room so we could sit outside. Room was cleaned well and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water etc every day. Only downside was the bed which was uncomfortably hard although enormous! Missing in the main room was a mirror but this was fixed when we asked for one - a full length mirror was brought to our room which was a necessity to enable me to style my hair. The hotel pool which backs onto the stunning beach was a gorgeous spot to sit with a lovely breeze from the sea and looked so pretty as sunset drew in with beautiful tree lights. There is one main restaurant where breakfast is served which backs right onto the beach. It was uncomfortably hot inside - could do with fans to make the dining experience more comfortable. As the surrounding area is extremely quiet you need to taxi out to local restaurants, the hotel restaurant menu was quite limited although most of the meals we ate both during lunch and dinner were lovely although a bit repetitive. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food and we enjoyed this very much. There are kayaks, surfboards you can hire from the beach hit by the beach and table tennis/boules also. Pool/beach towels are readily available from here too. In all, a lovely hotel in a stunning location on the most beautiful beach. A great get away from it all hotel for the perfect beach retreat holiday. Would definitely return to this hotel if I was in this area again.

La stanza è magnifica! Ci siamo trasferiti nella grande villa deluxe piscina. È situato lungo la strada della villa principale. Amato il decoro della stanza, quanto confortevole il letto e le mutande sono. TV è intelligente così ci’’ YouTube e Netflix. La spiaggia è sorprendente, ma le onde sono spaventose, quindi non abbiamo passato molto tempo li'. I nostri bambini amavano la piscina nella stanza! Ci piaceva anche il tempo al club dei bambini!

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Quiet location on Natai beach. Good size room, huge comfortable bed, new center ceiling aircon. I guess these pool access rooms are renovated recently. Staff is really nice and service minded. Breakfast was little disapointment. Sausages, becon etc. were all cold. Many food were finished and not filled in 30 minutes time. Hygiene low level. Many people took food by hands because no proper tools or containers. Would like to see rice soup in breakfast while in Thailand.

I have to admit that my expectations of the Hotel for the price were much higher. The experience has not been good since the noise from the construction of the hotel next door and from the room has not been very positive. Since we arrived at the Hotel, the people at the reception were very insistent with the payment and the language barrier, the arrival was very uncomfortable for us. Room type Site Seaview / Site Seaview - Standard - The Hotel has wonderful views. It is not worth booking a room with a view because the entire hotel has a view. If you travel with children (from 1) book another room if they don't put a very thin mattress on the floor to sleep on - the space is small. The bathroom is horrible, it does not have a shower plate and it is very deteriorated. The new hotel that are building next to Samet Boutique Hotel makes your stay very noisy. the people who work in the restaurant and kitchen are wonderful with smiles and make the stay wonderful
